  • I don’t presume to know Gods will. I just have to have faith in it. Not easy when you see your child in pain a lot of her life. I try to see past it, to her future without pain but apart of me expects the 12th shoe to drop. It always seems too.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

    • Sorry Party. I hope she gets better and quickly too. I think you are handling this situation far better than I would. Love and prayers to your daughter.

Thank you my friend. Actually I’m not doin well at all. Stress. Delusions. Seeing things that aren’t there. Drinking to much. Ugh.

Exactly. Very well and beautifully said. I don't have children and wish i did; i cannot imagine what it must be like to watch one's child in pain. The word "helpless" comes to mind but even that seems insufficient.

          • Ok, round four of six completed. Blood test today. White cell count .90, under 1, damn it. Also hemoglobin count under 8, so 2 units of blood infusion tomorrow. Hope her Nuestra kicks in soon to help with low white cell count. She refuses to wear a mask and won’t stay home from her internship at the church. DAMN she’s a stubborn Lil’ SHIT.

            • Down to St Louis again for scans, blood work and follow up with her oncologist. I’m a bachelor again. After her transfusion she was feeling a lot better. Energy level up. She was an ornery pain in the ass the rest of the day. Loved every minute of it.

              • They are on their way. I know it will be good news. I can’t handle anything else. Been butt naked since they left. Except for the pump of course. Gave the Mrs a multi orgasmic good bye early. She’s tired. The girlie is driving.

Ok. Here we go again. Waiting for the next shoe to drop. And praying it won’t.

I am so losing my mind. I’m not kidding my friends.

"No one ever told me that grief felt so like fear. I am not afraid, but the sensation is like being afraid. The same fluttering in the stomach, the same restlessness, the yawning. I keep on swallowing." C.S. Lewis, from A Grief Observed

                  • I’m not going to grieve yet. No reason to. She’s gonna be ok. I won’t allow anything else. We will always fight. And if worse comes to worse. I’ve already told her. I’ll be at the gates with you to meet Peter.

There's a time to grieve, but premature grief is inappropriate in that it can cause one to give up.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by this a bit? It's hoped you're posting this in the sense of seeing her in the hereafter as opposed to you departing at the same time.

                        • So, we are close to the end of this nightmare, God willing. The girlie is in her last week of chemo. I’m with her right now, she’s so sick. She’s sleeping, breathing hard and deeply, worrisome. She’s had a bad day, worse than usual, I couldn’t even get a slight smile from her. Shit. For the life of me I don’t know why this is happening. We are so close to the end and yet. She will never be declared cancer free or in remission. Not with cernovial sarcomas, there’s no complete cure, the best we can hope for is »no evidence of disease « God I love her. Now I got myself crying again

To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Been there, done that, worn the t-shirt. The end of cycles of chemo is always the worst time as it's compounded in her system. Once the chemo is over she will recover day by day and hopefully fairly quickly.

                                Be strong.
