Hi MTI, I read your message, and saw that Dangler had replied to your question. You will indeed have to call or email customer support for more information on returns or refunds. I am here to offer guidance to forum members about using the device itself. That being said, if you do have any questions in regards to using your extender I am happy to help. Thanks.http://www.x4labs.com

I started a ticket with the refund page but I do not remember my ticket number. I requested it to my email but it is not sending, is there an issue with the web page?Originally posted by X4Labs View PostHi MTI, I read your message, and saw that Dangler had replied to your question. This is a very common issue. I would recommend if you feel like you're experiencing loss in blood flow because your device is fastened too tightly that you either take periodic breaks or that you loosen the fastener slightly.
What you want to do is balance comfort and slippage reduction. I assure you, taking a 10-15 minute break every hour or so will not affect the end results. Also, not sure if you are a Quad user, but the InfiniteFit System was made in part to address this issue with penile traction therapy. Because of the larger surface area and increased number of slots, it allows users to limit slippage more effectively but without cutting off circulation or sacrificing comfort.
If you can give us more details about your current setup, I would be able to give you more accurate advice on how to adjust your device.
Let me know, thanks.
I have the X4 Labs Premium Edition with the hybrid support system I didnt get the quad support promotion unfortunately. With the hybrid I experience blood loss and slippage very often. I tried the comfort straps and the rubber fasteners with the same conclusion. The mail problem is the blood loss it feels uncomfortable and if it's too loose it slips off, and with the blood loss in the head makes it really uncomfortable, the slightest touch from fabric on the head is annoying and unbareable. So that's my issue lol

If I don't stretch my flaccid length when I put on the extender I don't feel any tension, with some light stretches before putting on the extender I am 6&1/2 " flaccid and the extender is at 7&1/2" extended and I can wear or for over 1 hour with just about 2 lines showing ,but when I take it off it want to turtle back to the length before the slight stretches, am I doing something wrong?

has anyone from UK bought this? did they have to pay custom duties or is it shipped from the uk? it's a real pain when I get a 10£ fine from the post office for unpaid tax when I import some things from USA.
I don't need an extender, would just like the wide girth attachment and maybe the powerful springs.

Hope all is well. The key with penile traction therapy is that you have the device on and are feeling tension along the shaft of your penis. If you feel it is more effective doing light stretches or not, that's fine. To put it simply, if you have the device on and it's not slipping off, it is working. Don't read too much into measurements from one moment to the next. True results come over time. We suggest you wear your extender, with as much tension as possible (without being uncomfortable) for between 4-8 hours per day. Then measure your length and girth once a week and make note of it.
It is a process that has been described by some doctors as glacial in speed. What they mean by that is that change is occurring but it is gradual and takes time to see a difference. But to answer your question, if you are feeling traction tacking place along your shaft, you're not doing anything wrong. Try measuring between longer periods of time, and let me know if you have any other questions. Keep at it.
Thanks.http://www.x4labs.com

Hi there, I returned my X4 gold luxury around a month ago and according to my tracking number it has been received quite some time ago. How long does a refund take if I may ask? I have been waiting ages for my return ticket to be responded to and it honestly feels like my refund is going ignored. Could I get the assistance of a rep here?
Thank you, I can provide the tracking number and the ticket numbers if need be

All I can do is offer you insight on how to use the device itself. If you would like you can send me an inbox message with some more information about your order (make sure you include order number, name and email), and I can have someone in customer service email you.
Thanks!http://www.x4labs.com

Hi,
I hardly have any time during the day on week days, let alone 4-6 hours. So my question is, will the effects be the same if I reach 1000 hours by doing 2 hours each day on weekdays and 8 hours each day on weekends ( albeit it will take longer to accumulate the amount of hours ) as opposed to doing 4-6 hours per day as advised?Initial NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 5 15/16 inches MEG = 4 inches
6 months of extending NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 6 6/16 OR 6 3/8 inches MEG = 4 inches
Initial NBPEL ( after the injury ) = 6 inches MEG = 4 inches
