I have a query, it is about the darkening that occurs in about half of the PEers. Mine is like a purple, puce color. I have gotten used to it. What is the best way to remove or reduce this darkening?

Thank you. As I said, I have gotten used to a puce colored penis. I will try the vinegar thing, I use natural cleaners which includes vinegar, it should be an interesting experience, at least I will be cleaner.
I've read that a bit of white vinegar added to the water in a Bathmate reduces discolouration.
This is a good solution for recent darkening. As mentioned earlier in this thread- Brownish stains are thought to be cause by hemosiderin deposits in the skin. This is often seen in men who perform clamping. A Vitamin B-5 (Pantothenic Acid) solution should be effective at helping to alleviate this type of discoloration- though you might want to test it first if you need to cut it with something else so it's not too strong for the sensitive skin of the penis.

New member here. I want to know if there is such a thing as too many kegels. I started exercising about two weeks ago and have done them every day since. Typically I do them on my drive to work, which is rather long. As a result, I do about 2000 of them every day. I do 50 back and then 50 front for a set of 100, and do that 10 times to and from work. Is that too many? Should I be focusing on quick contractions or holding for a few seconds? Also, should I be taking rest days from kegels?
I know it's a lot, I just want to maximize my early gains. I can already tell a huge difference in my erection quality since I started, but I'm not sure if this is solely due to the kegels. Thanks in advance!
Yes even I was wondering the same thing....because I have read in some places that too many kegels or continuously doing them isnt good, and what qualifies as too many kegels ?

There is definitely a thing as too much kegeling! From whai I can see the kegel has surpassed the jelq as being the most abused of male enhancement exercises.
How many is a relative term. If you're new to kegeling you should attempt to work up from a low level of volume and intensity. I generally recommend 5 reps using just enough contractile force to complete the rep- then adding one rep per session from this point.
If you've worked up to your current rep counts, gotten benefits from your program and your PC muscles aren't overtrained then I couldn't say your program is too much for you.

Is possible to gain more than 3 inches in lenght?
Here is my point: I have a 10,5 cm erect penis and 12 cm circunference.Now in this picture i show my ideal size for a penis
Is a kitchen roll wich is 20,5 cm length and 16 cm circunference.
Now i was thinking about it.Is just 4cm more in girth,but is 10cm more in lenght.4 inches is too much.So i said to myself,i could gain 3 inches in lenght and instead of gain 4cm in girth i could add that inch of lenght.So it would be 3 inches in lenght and 6,5cm in circunference.
And in conclusion would be from 10,5 erect to 18 cm and 12 cm girth to 18,5 cm
What do you think?Is more realistic? a 18 x 18,5 penis?Or is too much girth?

It's been done before, but it's not typical. You'll have to put in a lot of work to attempt to make that happen. Inch for inch gains in girth are even more difficult. The typical ratio appears to be about 2:1 for length to girth gains- though there are definitely exceptions.
