  • I can't. Right now I practice seperating reverse kegels when I have to pee.

    So it's like I feel like I am doing RKs while not letting a drop dribble out. It's tough.

    • Reverse Kegels have worked for me. I also had involuntary Kegels while having sex which increased my arousal levels and ejaculation became impossible to control. Now I do a reverse Kegel before reaching the PONR. After that I can Kegel VOLUNTARILY to stop ejaculation. I am not an expert but I have seen major improvements in very little time (two weeks aprox.) Now my goal is having dry orgasms every time without having to stop sex.

      This takes some time guys, but the smiles in their faces are priceless!

      • I've been trying RK's for about a week now.. Thought id share my experience thus far. I know for a fact my regular kegels are a lot stronger than my RK's. I've only got to try RK's 2c durning sex, and didnt notice much help seeing as they are not very trained.

        After doing sets of 20 all day, i thought i would try it with masturbation tonight. Started off doing 25 RK before, and did normal stretching aswell as warmup with a hot shower. I noticed doing RK's threw-out my masturbation instead of regular kegels made a huge difference. I noticed my PC muscle was very relaxed, everytime i had the urge to kegle, i RK'd along with deep breathing.

        When I felt i was coming up on PONR, i started to take deep breaths threw my nose and attempted to RK. There was a couple times i had to Regular kegel really hard but RK's worked for the most part.

        I feel this method can really work with enough practice. I know now i have to balance out my kegel strength.. I'll keep you all updated with my progress.. hopefully this is the key to my current PE.

        • I agree with this post its very valuable but is some way it doesnt heal premature eyaculation since you still have that urge to eyaculate too soon. What it does is teach you how to control that urge and keep going for longer.
          This technique has lot benefits,the one pointed that it combats the yeaculation urge. It also gives more blood to the erected penis making it harder. using this technique and good breathing you can easyly get to the 45min/hour range. I did with my ex
          Ive found that inhaling gives you the urge to eyaculate,inhaling and kegeling.
          So what worked for me was like all of you say,relax the pubic area,just like when you are peeing(the contrary to kegeling interupts the urine flow).So lets say you ar ein doggy style position where you can have a good control(and why not say it my favourite lol).So when you feel the urge breath slower,completely empty your lubgs of air,and wait til you inhale again.At the same time you exhale you can do a reverse kegel.Push out air and imagine you are peeing really strong after a long wait.
          Breathing fast and inhaling a lot will lead you to fast eyaculation In my own experience.Focus on exhaling.
          But like I said in teh begining this is not a cure this is a little trick. If you really want to get rid of Prem.Eyaculation you need to teach yourself to be able to handle high stimulation.I just wrote a post called. my simple advice where I explain what worked for me.So I could do it for 15 or 20 min without condom without worrying about anything.I could see it really far.After that some breathing and reverse kegels allowed me to brake the 30min 45min zone.I could ahve gone longer but you loose weight by sweating and after a while you are just desensetized of just hitting like a machine and both tired so I just stopped bored.lol too much of anything ends up boring.
          For reverse kegels Ive noticced that one thing that helps is tighten your abs. I dont know what it is but by tighten your abs you seem to focus on that,blood goes tot eh abs and you relax your BC in some way.So contract your abs,not meaning contract them to the inside like when you try to fit in small jeans,I mean tight em hard trying to show your 6pack

BRILLIANT! (this must be repeated many times to effectively re-condition your nervous system)

                I'm 100% positive that this will work, (With practice) and I am implimenting it with success in my own PE efforts. The COMPETING RESPONSE mechanism is very common in training new behaviors and association with new stimuli to replace old ones. It is a widely used tactic in my field (psychology).

                Wow, those seem interesting. Thank you very much for taking the time to post this, I HAVE to suggest this to a very good friend of mine. Just a few days ago, he was talking about how Kegel actually got his P.E worse, rather than improve it. This may give him some perspective.

                              Some guys get immediate results from kegels and /or reverse kegels .
                              Some guys find the right woman and all is well.

                                Before that session i went about 20-25 minutes?

                                Just had sex 2 days ago and performed for about 30 minutes! I could of gotten off earlier, but i chose to not too by doing RK's.

                                Also, im cut, and don't use a condom..

                                As for routine.. i've taken time off of my "getting my penis bigger" exercises, and concentrated more on lasting longer. I've done this by making myself last as long as i can during masturbation.. and instead of kegelling during PONR i RK instead.

                                Incorporating RK's, deep-breathing, and a calm state of mind has honestly done it for me.

                                I feel that alo't of members on this form might of had the same problem as me, to many kegels.. without incorporating Revers Kegles!
