I've read that it's important to get the PF muscles stretched and relaxed first, then you gradually start adding regular kegels to strenghten it. So maybe start with only reverse kegels and squats.
I'm avoiding all sorts of regular kegels, but during stimulation they're like unstoppable. Also stopping kegels also led me to lose a lot of EQ, because I was used to do kegels to force more blood into my penis.
