  • Thanks for replying pegasus.
    I find that my standard kegel just isnt strong enough to prevent ejac, I know its because the muscles arent strong enough yet so im trying the reverse method, I am doing both normal and reverse kegs to condition the muscles at the moment so hopfully soon I will be able to master both.
    I do find that deep breathing and reverse kegeling helps to make me last alot longer before reaching the ponr though.
    If what you are saying about the kegel being stronger while holding the reverse would it be worth trying to hold both at the ponr?

    • I definitely have been fighting doing Kegel and RK at the same time.

      I actually wondered if i'm doing a RK with the back and K with the front muscles, if that makes sense?

      It is exactly like tensing bicep and tricep at the same time - in fact I think I did it automatically. Like if i try to tense my bicep, I don't actually move my arm, i tense both. I actually need to think 'move' to move. I guess maybe I need to try to actually piss

      I find it a little easier to RK more gently. Its when i try to rk 'really hard' that I',m more inclined to kegel too.

        Your intuition is good. I find it easier to RK progressively. If I try hard RK at the beginning, it kind of stress my muscle.

          • Hi, this is my first post in here.

            I had this very weird moment when I first started doing reverse kegels.
            Once when I masturbated and the PONR came, I did a very hard reverse kegel and continued masturbating even harder and faster, while still holding the kegel.
            Then after 10 sec I blew my load like crazy, it was very intense shaking feeling. I did not had any contractions, what was new to me, just kept holding the reverse kegel to the end.
            So I thought that was it and stood up to go and continue my day.. but for my big surprise, I was still hard. I thought that it will go flaccid in a moment, but it didn't. So I kept on masturbating for another 15 minutes.

            It was the only time that I had this, haven't had any success yet to repeat it. Don't know how was it possible to happen at all?

            • I have kegeled front and reverse kegeled back as an exercise, but only for that. I tend to avoid doing k and rk together, as I don't like the feel, so I have not tried it as a dry orgasm method.

              Ok Newbie when I rk dry orgasm, I use a series of short rk spaced very close together . Try that and see how you go ,it does have advantages later when it comes to wave mmo.

              Hmm the1 this could be partial ejaculatiom?

                • The reverse kegel can involve the PC muscle, but also the BC muscle at the root of the penis. Both are good to stretch. You can stretch them at the same time or, if you can isolate them, concentrate on stretching one at the time. But I think stretching both at the same time offers the best value.

                    Ok here is a problem, because to most people rk does not feel like a relaxation and trying to teach it as a relaxation yields poor results. It feels like a push ,now likewise, you might say push out a piss or force out a piss,you would not say relax out a piss.

                              Do you know the basic difference? Reg: you suck in. Rev: you push out.
                              Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
                              Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
                              I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

                                Of course here Hanma is talking about spliting standard kegels into front and back versions ,rather than the difference between standard and reverse. There are also 2 reverse versions ,can you split them Hanma?
