    I had this, what i did was turn the involuntary (i even think i wrote this somewhere) kegel into a counscious kegel (1-3 second hold). The other option is to do a very slight weak kegel and then a reverse kegel (this is also a good tool for learning kegels, you just degrease the kegel motion while the revese kegel motion stays the same, and in time you learn to do it without the starting kegel).

    Also exaling and r/k is a good stategy but, don't try to exale to forcibly and don't push out a reverse kegel in a to strong manner, the point of reverse kegel is relaxation not power.

    Also when the involuntary kegels start ocurring, tell your girlfriend to kiss you on a spot one the shoulders or face (if you are in that position) and focus youself on that kiss or touch, it is also a good way (one of the correct way, not the "granma" stuff) of attention diversion.

    Just as you try to notice your feelings over your body during porn, observe her actions on your body too.

    Also tempo, make sure your speed and her speed are in sync, that will prolong the sex more. Do not allow neither her or you to change the tempo to much while you are sensitive, the dictation of tempo in that occasion should be yours. Like in a dance when a man leads When you find the right tempo and position (or speed of thursting, overal movement, breathing, pace etc) you will be able to last much much longer, and since the friction is constant your girlfriend will be also grateful

    • The trick for me in lasting is to resist getting up that high. I find it's far easier to slow down, breath and kegel down to medium arousal from say 7/10 than to sustain higher levels.
      so i've reread some of your threads and posts but still am at a loss. when i am about a 6 or 7 arousal, i slow down and hold a RK but dont notice any decrease in arousal. Maybe im just not holding long enough or could it be just that my muscles arent strong enough? ppl talk about how they hold a RK and their glans decrease in sensitivity to touch. do i just need to practice more?

      Anyway this thread is genius and everyone should be aware of these things. i know my head isnt completely wrapped around it yet, but the implications are truly amazing.

      • He is probably refering to a material form the book "How to Make Love All Night" by Dr. Barbara Keesling. There is a set of exercises that involve controling your arousal level. Overall a recommended book for reading for those that have premature ejaculation, or want to be MMO.

          For what it's worth I can't always do it, though that's more than likely psychological rather than physical. I can often do it by easing up stimulation and doing an RK or kegel hold, concentrating on the rest of my body rather than my cock, but you'll need to find what works for you. If nothing else, stopping all stimulation and taking a deep breath should do it, but you will get better with practice.

          Yep, that's the one, though I have seen those same or similar exercises repeated elsewhere. When I first read it I found it patronising and unhelpful if I'm honest, probably in retrospect just too much information at once, but coming back to it with the knowledge I've gained here it makes a *lot* more sense as part of a bigger picture.

                    You reverse kegel as soon as you feel the involuntary kegel flex coming up? Then hold it for a few seconds and then carry on until you feel the sensation on the involuntary kegel coming again?

                      • This method really does work. I tried it out whilst masterbating last night and I was going for an hour and 20 minutes. When I came to the end I actually had to try really hard to ejaculate.

                        I just held a reverse kegel for a few seconds when I felt the tingling sensations becoming stronger and the involuntary kegel getting closer

                            Do a reverse kegel as soon as you feel yourself coming to the part where your penis starts to flex and starts to ejaculation process. By doing one and holding it for a few seconds it'll return the penis back to a calm stage where you can start masterbating again
