      Had me a little masturbation today, did one DO for a good measure than ejaculated.

      I noticed that i can't go into wave orgasms while standing up because i am not able to allow wave to spread while standing up. I noticed however that laying down and sitting positions are a ok, but the sitting position brings less pleasure so it boils down to lying down.

      I noticed also that if i want to enter RO i have to twitch my body a little (i don't know why i just feel the need, as if i'm letting energy spread, or forcing energy to spread) and then enter a slightly body rocking motion like i'm making waves with my body.         Today I attempted to have a DO, though bare in mind I don't regularly practice kegals. I did some edging..and even tried some ballooning. It wasn't a long session..maybe 15-20 min and as I neared PONR, I kegaled hard and held for like 15 seconds...but could still feel and see some cum dribbling out. I believe this was simply a case of my kegal not being hard/strong enough..though in another thread someone said I may have had a retro-orgasm..but I personally don't think that is the case.

        I was super sensitive and my cock was still really hard..simply touching it again wanted to send me over the edge..so I know I at least had a semi-wet orgasm the first time but never had the full blown orgasm.

          You are on a good road

          What you had is half DO, or dribble DO, and it is a mark that you are doing it right but just haven't got the strength down.

          As you loose some of the sperm your orgasms will be weaker, only when you do the clean DO will you have the almost same level orgasm as the first one. Plus the brain isn't quite used to the fact that you are preforming multiple orgasms, as you try it you will see that your erection won't be as much affected as it was here.

          If you had a retro ejaculation, in most cases, you will experience the exact same thing you experience when you ejaculate but with no ejaculation. In other words you will heave "the switch" (when you suddenly lose all interest in sex and libido), you will go limp fast, and your glands will be very sensitive almost hurtful to touch.

          The fact that you had been able to have ha dribble DO shows the fact that your kegels are in a good condition but need a little more practicing. I would recommend that you create some routine for your kegels and that you also implement erect kegels.             Gave it another try today...I was denied sex last night by the wife...in all honesty I was VERY surprised how hard/aroused I was last night given I had gotten off in the middle of the day via the wet DO I mentioned earlier.                             Had an retro ejaculation this morning, it happened because it jumped from DO to DO too fast so that my last DO resulted actually in a reverse ejaculation, it made me a little grumpy. But if I go slow then it ends up getting flaccid.

                            I keep telling myself that when you don't feel like it, then don't do it, but my ego sees it as a sign of impotence, and then i end up half forcing myself into and edge session, half forcing my imagination to work, half forcing myself to PONR. It is hard, even though I know all this things and even know where i go wrong, i keep forgetting it.

                            Another thing that i found annoying is my constant lust for higher pleasure.
