JamesMonroe, yeah I do kegels, regulars, root locks, slow-mo's. I will continue with some kegels because I feel they are not strong enough yet, but my kegeltraining will be more about the reverse kegel from now on. I don't masturbate to porn anymore, I want to keep track of my arousal levels and I can't really do that yet with all those naked ladies in front of me.
ByggD, you provide some valuable information. I looked up some things about preconditioning, really interesting.
I think I'll try that preconditioning with watching porn without masturbating. Just watching it and consciously keeping the pc muscle relaxed. After a while it will stay unconciously relaxed, I think and I hope.
As for the actual practice, I started out with once a day, but as you say, the more practice the better so I'll do it whenever I have time and privacy. Besides, it's not torture.

No, no. I wasn't apologizing for the long posts. Just a conscious reminder to learn to consolidate information in a simple and clear way. Out of everything I have mentioned I think the primary part of the routine should be the successive addition of time. I really like the idea of trying to "master" a 10 minute masturbation session. During this ten minutes you would NEVER reach "level 10." Not once. You would consciously recognize when you are up to a nine then you would either 1) stop or 2) slow down and concentrate on getting back to "level 7." I am considering making an additional thread to this one. The additional thread would be very condensed in comparison to this thread. I am currently taking a graduate course in behavioral conditioning and I have read some information that I think is valuable for PRE-E sufferers. But, I don't have the time right now. Life is busy so I have left this thread to those who have time to comment. Keep on trucking through. Ejaculation is a survival mechanism. Survival mechanisms are EXTREMELY tough to change. It take hard work and a lot of time. I am beginning to think I was too optimistic saying 30 days would be enough. If one is lasting less than a minute, it will take 60+ days to really change their brain physiology. Not too many people will stick with it for that long. Even though they could be lasting up to 45 minutes in bed in two months.
Keep up the good work! Arm yourself with knowledge.

I've been trying ByggD's method for a few weeks and the improvements are pretty good!
I found out on day 2~3 that adding 2~3mins per day is kinda hard for me, so I aimed for 20-30sec improvements instead, and has been slow but steadily prolonging the PONR response. I find that ejaculating by accident during training counts one step forward, two steps backwards to my time, since I usually will reach PONR a bit faster the next day!! However if I tell myself "I am totally in control, I am ejaculating because I want to." when I am in a masturbation only session, it won't effect my time too much. I guess it is really not good to cum out by accident when you are trying to reprogram your brain.....

Oh, trust me, I still get erections when I am horny and the girl I am with increases sexual advances. I don't care anymore. I can't hide a 7" boner. I've just read this thread in full & I am incredibly inspired. Great advice ByggD & thanks to everyone else who has contributed.
I've just had my first "session" lasting 3 mins, and I have a few questions about the routine & other things:
1. Should I reach the PONR defnitely during the session? I stayed around level 7, occassionally up to level 8 for 3 mins, so should I carry on until I reach PONR in order to make most progress?
2. I have found in the past that if I don't ejaculate for a few days, especially if I have sexual thoughts or I masturbate without coming, then I have wet dreams. I am 21 and thought this would have passed by now, so I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem?
3. I'm very new to actually reading into overcoming PE, so I've heard a bit about Kegels, but don't know the excercises that well, and reverse kegels are completely new to me. Can someone point me in the direction of good reliable information about these 2 types of excercise.
I feel I have A LOT to learn about the causes of my PE and how to overcome them, but I'm already feeling good about the possibilities having read this post.

1. Over time you should be creeping closer, yes. I found that over time, where I used to see level 9, then 10 (boom!) I can now identify level 9.5, 9.9 and so on. 2. I'm 36 and I still have wet dreams on occasion. It's not as common as it was, but it happens. Maybe that makes me weird! I just see it as my body's need to ejaculate, so if I haven't given it that chance, at least I know everything's working down there!
3. Check the link in my sig (which is a sticky now - yay, me
) for a lot of links to and summaries of information about tackling PE. These are all things that have worked for me too.
I think, especially if you're this new to the ideas we talk about on here that your first port of call should be working on that self awareness, arousal levels and so on, just as youre doing. You usually do this by edging (as here, creeping up to PONR and settling back down without blowing.. many times) and you can get more sophisticated with so-called "peaking" exercises as you get more in tune with yourself. From here, you're armed to the teeth to explore the many approaches we talk about on this site, and that have been successful for an ever growing number of guys here.

I just wanted to add to the praise for this routine & bump it up again.
I have just ended my first week of this routine with by far the best masturbation session of my life, including one of the best orgasms I have ever had. In just one week I have gone from not being able to last more than 5 minutes even when wanking pretty slowly (I didn't last very long anyway and I always got carried away and succumbed to my desires!) to lasting 30 minutes, and giving myself pretty intense pleasure during that time - much more than I ever got in the 5 minute sessions. I really have learned how simply relaxing my muscles, being aware of my arousal and not actually wanting to ejaculate straight away can enable me to last about 10 times longer than before.
I'm looking forward to seeing how listening to porn will effect me. I think it will probably increase my arousal significantly, but I'm not worried at all by that as I'm sure that using the techniques I've learned this week I will be able to control that arousal.

Thanks for all your efforts in compiling this. I'm eager to start the program.
One question, though, before I begin. I usually have no trouble getting aroused and even can maintain that "7" level for a short time (obviously too short a time or I wouldn't be here). Once I hit the cusp of that PONR, or "9," I can stop before ejaculating, but if I do I'll typically lose my erection really quickly unless there's immediate stimulation, and that stimulation brings me right back at that 9 ... no 5-8 in between. In fact, even if I allow my erection to go away, and come back a minute or two later, I'll find myself almost immediately back on the cusp of PONR.
Any advice on dealing with that, or tweaking your program to accomodate.

Tbh two weeks ago I grabbed the Vaseline. I ended up going in a min or so... I thought I was doomed to having this hypersensitivity.
