Yes, and not to make things more difficult, you can isolate front and back reverse as well.

Yes.Originally posted by solfeggio View PostI'm trying to figure out this Reverse Kegel wizardry. So if some of the more senior guys could tell me if I'm in the right direction, that would be awesome
When you do a kegel the sensation is described as if trying to hold your pee while in the toilet. I've been doing kegels for years already but only recently found the reverse kegel. And am trying to figure out if I'm understanding it correctly. The sensation I'm looking for when doing a reverse kegel (in toilet terms) is pushing the pee out with more pressure. And that is what I'm doing and consider a reverse kegel. Am I in the right direction?

I read a bit about RK's but I still don't know if I'm doing Front Rk's right, do you push from the bottom of your bulb out? Or from the front on the bulb which is near the bottom of where you can actually see your penis? Should the "balloon" that you should feel from front RK feel kind of boney when you do it? Or when you say stretch should it feel similar as if your for example doing a stretching excerise on your leg except that feeling is on your bulb?
Do you focus on where the arrow is pointing to the Bulb Muscle (right hand side of picture) or right at the top just before the red turns into blue? To perform a front reverse kegal correctly.

Hi all
I need some help with an issue:
I have been doing normal kegels on and off for a few years. Recently I discovered this post and reverse kegels and I have been doing around 15-20 minutes of kegels and reverse kegels every other day. My problem is that since a few days I am feeling a constant need of peeing. I feel urine in my urethra but when I go to the bathroom nothing happens..
I assume it is caused by too much reverse kegels (? my muscle is getting to relaxed which makes me want to pee every 10 min). I have stopped doing reverse kegels but the prob is still there..
Does anybody have any clue on this?
Has anybody experienced the same?
Should I stop worrying and continue only normal kegels to see if the problem was due to reverse kegels? Or should I stop all kegels exercise?
Thanks a lot

Please jlemon, one post is enough, do not do multiple postings of the same.
I've deleted your other two.

When I do a front RK, I feel the area just behind my balls inflate a little like a balloon.
With a back RK, I feel the area just in front of my anus inflate like a balloon.
Is this how it is supposed to feel?
If not, could someone give a better description of how and where I should feel it, rather than how to actually do them?

Hey guys,
This is my first post. just recently registreted after a long time im reading here lol.
My greatest confusion with RK is that i can actually do regular kegels simultaneously. I mean.. if im doing the reverse correctly its suppose to be impossible no?Because its pushing out.. its weird and according to alot of the discriptions I've read here im doing it correctly.. but then again during masturbation or sex im doing it but my pc is yet clenching (He is really really tense. Long time only regular kegels caused this).
I'm doing the RK for not very long but i can hold it for a long time - another thing thats got me thinking about me doing it the wrong way.
When doing front RK i feel below my belly- lower abs kinda blowing up and if I press hard the urge to pee is really feeling. And back RK the urge to fart.
I'm getting a lil bit desperate so will really appriciate any kind of help.
Thnx

Doing a rk and a kegel at the same time is like trying to contract and stretch a muscle at the same time. It feels weird and is ineffective.
If your rk is not yet strong, your involantary kegel will overcome it and clench anyway.
