Great thread imac. I never heard of RK until I read this thread. I have been facing PE all my life and nothing seems to work. When I read this thread I realized that RK are the major factor in fighting PE.
As I understood from this thread that if my target is to cure PE I have to concetrate only on RK for a period of time and then incorporate kegels once my RK is strong.
I started doing RK a couple of days ago, but when I am trying to experience the balloon feeling at the bottom of my penis, I feel that I am tensing the mucscle instead of relaxing it. Is this feeling ok?
Another question, if I am trying to cure my PE should I incorporate back RK or should I only do front RK? Is ten minutes daily training enough?
