    Thank you for the feedback.

Eight weeks is a pretty solid period, I am glad to see it paying off, and even more glad that you didn't rush it. Level 2 might take a little bit longer, but it will be worth it.

Feel free to share any details, problems, questions about the routine etc.

At level 2 you should also start slowly working on the technique (see PART III ).

Something I noticed as an avoidance for retrograde ejaculation - if you feel that you won't be able to hold your kegel for long enough you can 'go forward' and ejaculate but it will likely only be the part of the ejaculate you didn't hold back. So you won't loose all the energy you would from a full ejaculation.
I normally ejaculate a large amount, but noticed when I did the above it was a very small amount and I didn't have the weakness and fatigue I would normally feel after a full ejaculation. I still felt energized. Far from a DO but much better than retrograde.

You did ejaculate all of it but most of it stayed in the prostate area the thing is that you didn't trigger the "last/final spasm" that tells your brain that you have ejaculated. This way you can have multiple ejaculations, but that can be too draining and it isn't that healthy in the long run.

What you have had is partial ejaculation (the non partial-retro version, see the first post) and while it is not as harmful as the retro ejaculation (or even partial retro ejaculation; when you have a partial ejaculation but the rest of it goes into the bladder) you should try to avoid it until you get more conditioned.

The thing is you "went forward" a little too late. Of all the bad DOs fortunately this is the least harmful one. But your decision to 'go forward' and ejaculate after you noticed that you can't hold your kegel, instead of forcing it down was a good decision.

I can say that you are on the right road just try not to attempt it to freqentlly until you have progressed with the pelvic floor routine.

Elsewhere I've read that one should not kegel everyday, but your routine suggests otherwise. Would this routine be as effective if it were done every other day instead? I can understand if it would take longer to accomplish, but giving the time for the muscles to repair seems important too.

In other words, where it says that one should be able to do a particular set everyday for a week with little or no fatigue, would it be essentially analogous to being able to do the same set every other day for two weeks?

In short, yes you can do it every day for two weeks, or you can do it longer or shorter as long as you follow the detailes of each exerise (when to advance on the next sublevel, how to increase the reps etc.)

Rapid kegel flexes and simmiiar movements can and will cause involuntary kegels, so it is not a good idea do do them, that is why there are none in this routine (the kegel flexes noted in this rouine are normal slow ones).

If you follow the routine as noted then you will feel little to no strain or fatigue because of the way the exerices are stuctured (and if you notice).

However, while optimal there is no need to do it every day you can do it every second day as you noted as long as you repsect the flow of the routine (for example doing the .5 sublevel of a previous level each first day of the weak you are doing a sub level of the next level, when to advance, when to increase the reps etc).

My proposition how ever is to give it a shot and start from level 0 and see how it works out for you, if you notice problems either in fatigue or something else then modify the routine to fit your curent state (also a feedback would be usefull for me to see how I can further optimize the exerices).

              Part V updated

              2) THE AFTERMATH

Even with all three aspects mastered after preforming a clean DO you might run up to a problem. The problem is that your penis suddenly goes flaccid after a clean DO even though you didn't ejaculate, and while you can bring it up after some time it just kinda misses the point if you can't continue in a short while.

The problem is that your brain still isn't accustomed to the dry orgasm and misinterprets the signals as you have ejaculated, while this mostly happens during the bad DOs it might happen to you even if you do a clean DO. With clean DOs this problem usually goes away after a few sessions (ten or so) of dry orgasming, but if you still notice this happening even after then that is mostly connected to your arousal build up.

If you have a short session or your arousal isn't properly build up, after one dry orgasm you will lose the desire to edge since you are in a way satisfied in order to circumvent this you should practice longer sessions with a gradual arousal build up and DO at the peak of that arousal, since during the DO the arousal, if gradually build, stays you will remain hard (or in some cases due to the kegel hold your penis will lose about 5-10% erection but quickly regain it) and very slight disentitiesed (so slightly that most wont even notice).

After you have a few long gradual sessions (again ten or so) you will have much decreased flaccid occurrence after a DO.

For those that have problems building up the arousal here is a way to do it. First in the morning edge until you reach ponr and try to make it as long as you can (but not far to much) after that sometimes in the middle of the day bring yourself to ponr once again but don't pay attention to the duration, for some this will be enough to make they arousal well spread and one can attempt a DO here, however for the best results after you reach ponr in the midday later at night edge and make your session as slow as you can so that you can build up the arousal (you should be also ironhard by this point) after a clean DO (it must be a clean or perfect, but if you can achieve perfect DO then you almost certainly wont have this problem) you should stay erect.

Hi sorry if its already been asked but i just wondered why you believe that you should be doing kegels every day instead of each second day as many others claim. I would also like to tell you that i really like your guide and its fullness.

I just started part 2: and i am wondering, i should do level 0.5 (all level zero routines on day one) and level 1.5 (all level 1 exercises) on day 2 then continue to 2.1?

And then do that before 2.2, and before 2.3 etc?

Exactly, at the start of each of the sublevels of a level (2.1, 2.2 etc) you should do the each of the final sublevels of the previous levels (in this example 0.5 for day one and 1.5 day two etc). You should also do it optimally meaning you should be able to do it twice per day.

The reasons for doing this is a mix between a benchmark for your progress (the less you feel tired out by those exercises in the better shape you are) and cementing your progress, meaning that if you take a break or need more time to progress a level you won't lose much in your conditioning. If your sublevel (2.1, 2.2 etc) takes for example more than one week you should do the 0.5 and 1.5 at the start of each week (but if your routine is every second day for two weeks then doing it just at the first and third day of week one is fine).

Also if you find that you have to make a pause for some reasons (other than fatigue etc) you should do the 0.5, 1.5 etc first two days of every week (or on first and third day etc).

Be careful with level 2, don't feel the need to rush, or do it for a week only, take your time, the better you are at level 2 the easier time you will have if you attempt level 3.

if i am reterograde ejaculating, is it because my time is off or because my pelvic floor isn't strong enough?

and just to clarify, im not just trying to kegel prior to the PONR, i should be reverse kegeling until after i feel my first involuntary kegel, then switch and begin kegeling?

As noted in the guide there are three aspects to a successful DO, strength, technique, timing. If you are retro ejaculating most of the time all three aspects are not good enough, but the common culprit can be technique, meaning that your kegel hold is not complete enough (enough to shut down the path out of the penis, but not complete enough to stop the actual spasm.). (read about it more in PART III).

I guess that this is the timing question, the trick is to hold a reverse kegel until you feel that your ejaculation spasm (ejaculation kegel or spasm kegel ) is too strong for you to hold it of, and then just switch immediately to a kegel hold. Involuntary kegels and spasm kegels are not the same (sorry for complicating) spasm kegels are much stronger that involuntary, since they are the one that shoot the ejaculate.

                              Bump.

Just finished my first cursory read of this guide and it appears very thorough and well thought out. I will definitely be setting some time aside for a more thorough road test. Many thanks for posting MM.

Now off to read up on the terminology cited at the start of the guide...

This has been happening to me when i try to MMO. I feel the cum coming but I can stop it before it comes out with a long kegel, feeling subsides but so does my erection - and the point is not losing the boner, right? So its a matter of timing, doing the kegel too late?
