    Using rk to counter ik's becomes easier from both progression with rk and progression with edging, so if you do minimal rk work and only edge nnormally ( without rk or kegels ) and develop better control then implementing rk when you do edge will be easier and more successful

      Thanks on Friday I could stay in plateau for 16 minutes, my usual was 2 minutes. But yesterday I just could do 5 because I went out of my good rhythm, did rk while exhaling etc.

      So I am just curious, how long did it take until it was second nature for you or others. I just did them once for five minutes out of edging and a few times when just relaxing, maybe this tires the pelvic floor a bit? I will continue them, they are definitely relaxing my pelvic floor already!

        Is it better to do (medative) rks on the day where you edge later or better on days where you do not. I sometimes feel like the rk muscle is a bit tired and that could lead to weaker results during edging, but I don't know^^

          When I'm trying to RK really hard during edging, i can feel a little urge to cum. Is that because of my inexperienced RK with too much abs tension and hard to breath?
          So let's say if I can do proper RK with proper breathing and without tensing abs, pushing hard RK during edging will be absolutely helpful, is that right?

            Thinking about it, I actually have the same question. A too strong kegel somehow seems too push me closer to ponr, it even feels a bit fatigued and maybe aroused.

                5 seconds will be best. Breath in, push out reverse kegel, hold it for five seconds , relax and breath out through your mouth slowly.

                      This is more generally used for out of sex training to relax the pelvic floor. This should benefit stamina without being used during sex . More active forms are generally used during sex if required.

                        I made an experiment: if i hold long strong Rk during thrusting i feel nothing like totally desensitized :O

                          This is not meditative rk.
