    Morning:
15 minutes low grip stretching targeting ligaments
    20 minutes dry-jelqing
40 minutes hanging SD at 6.25 pounds
    5 hours extender

    Evening:
30 minutes hanging SD at 6.25 pounds
    4 hours extender

    Observations:
Still not running the extender very hard, trying to condition my glans. I do think I will see some very small gains from this though as I am reaching a slight level of overall fatigue in my shaft by the end of the day, nothing like before though. I will up the intensity on the extender when I enter my new manuals routine, probably Monday. I will be doing a finite routine, that will be pre-designed and won't be sporadic. I think that is a key to growth, following particular program all the way through and maxing out gains before moving onto the next program and inclusive set of tissues.

Starting to learn how to properly wrap for compression hanging. There's apparently an art to it, but from what I can tell, properly applying a wrap and the compression hanger should be less time consuming than applying a vacuum hanger.

      Morning:
15 minutes low-grip stretching targeting ligaments
      20 minutes dry-jelqing
      11 hours extender

      Evening:
30 minutes hanging SD at 6.25 pounds

      Observations:
Im starting to properly use the BIB hanger. Using a lower cotton wrap, an upper thera-band wrap, and squeezing the excess blood out of my glans while tightening the hanger to the point where it grips my internal structures. I'm going to keep the weight real low while my unit becomes conditioned compression aspect.

        Morning:
10 minutes low-grip stretching targeting ligaments
40 minutes hanging SD at 6.25 pounds
        20 minutes dry-jelqing
        10 hours extender

        Evening:
30 minutes hanging SD at 6.25 pounds
10 minutes hanging SD at 2.50 pounds
        1 hour extender

        Observations:
I've started achieving some serious ligament fatigue since starting to properly apply the hanger. Just 6.25 pounds is proving too much as I had to drop the weight down on my last set. This is a good sign though, I have ligament gains on the way. I am going to continue practicing a strict hanging routine, once in the morning and once in the evening. I am going to drop the weight down some, and maybe increase the time on the workouts to 1 hour each.

I measured last night and I'm noticing some growth, somewhere around 0.06" to 0.125" in BPEL since January 1st. This is kind of pleasantly surprising as my intensity level of practice has been fairly low.

I am still dry-jelqing consistently throughout the day between my extender applications.

          Morning:
10 minutes low-grip stretching targeting ligaments
20 minutes hanging SD at 2.5 pounds
          20 minutes dry-jelqing

          Evening:
40 minutes hanging SD at 2.5 pounds
          20 minutes dry-jelqing
          1 hour extender

          Observations:
My ligaments are pretty sore from the hanging as I was apparently using too much weight initially. So I've dropped the weight to 2.5 pounds, I predict I will be at this weight for a while. That is okay though, because with hanging less really is more, high volume and low/moderate weight will always win. You can go on different forums and see guys who hang over 30 pounds and yet they've only gained 1.00" to 1.50" in length; while on the other hand, you can find guys doing only manual length work at a moderate intensity levels but have gained over two inches. There's clearly a formula to gaining, intensity has to be used strategically, and cycled in at the right times along with other components.

                Morning:
5-7 minutes low grip stretching targeting ligaments
1 hour hanging SD at 5.00 pounds
                20 minutes dry-jelqing and Ulis
11 hours extender with dry-jelqing and Ulis as needed

                Observations:
I think I'm going to restrict the hanging to just in the morning, as my glans are too engorged by the end of the day and readily accumulate blood due to the compression. I am mixing in Ulis with the dry-jelqing, they work well with each other as far as engorging the glans. My goal is to keep the glans constantly engorged both to be able to maintain adequate circulation and be able to securely attach the extender. I am getting probably a cumulative 30 minutes of dry-jelqing/Ulis thoughout the day on top of the 20 minute session in the morning. I may just start seeing gains in glans size, I should start taking glans measurements in order to track in potential growth.

Intensity is still fairly low, but I feel as though I'm moving in the right direction. I know I have easy gains available through manual stretching and clamping whenever I want, I am going to save that for later.

                  11 hours extender

                  Observations:
I had to run the extender fairly light both of these days due to my schedule.

                        3 hours extender

                        Observations:
EQ has been extremely strong since resuming the clamping. Again, I am not trying to gain girth right now. All of the clamping and jelqing is meant to supplement my length work, and provide better blood flow.

I don't feel like the extender is doing very much for me right now. Oh well, I got a good 0.60" out of the extender coupled with manuals.

I need to start hanging more every day in order to induce fatigue, and use the extender to sustain the fatigue. During the past, I always experienced the most gains when my unit felt fatigued/mildly-sore from all the length work, this is where I need to get again.

Hey pyrrole! I note that you've gained at some seriously impressive pace from your routine. Though I'm not looking to hang right now myself, how do you go about your manual stretching? Where along the shaft do you grip, and do you grip with palm facing up or down? And do you switch hands, or just stretch using one? I'd be honoured if you could reply Thanks!

                          • Hi Aria,

My manual stretching routine right now is pretty non-existent. I rely almost entirely on hanging plus extender wear. I do however do a real light stretching routine every morning to just to loosen everything up, primarily my ligaments and internal structures at the base. I've been detailing it as "low grip stretching targeting ligaments". It entails roughly: 2 minutes BTC stretching, (to the right, left, and center), with my in my index finger and thumb about an inch up from the base, 4 minutes of SU and SO stretching with a similar style grip near the base.

In the past, I used various stretching techniques. I have developed very specific grips that I use for different angles. My favorite grips and anlges in the past include: stretching in the SO direction, with an "ok" style grip roughly 0.75" below the glans, I like to apply a slight upward arch during the stretch and depress the base of my penis with my palm in order to prevent the ligaments from absorbing too much of the tension (its in a sense similar to a tunica tug). But my favorite is in the SU direction, with a full hand grip loosely placed half way up my shaft, I then stretch upwards in a way that friction between my palm and the bottom side of my penis holds the stretch in place; this method applies an amazing stretch to the tunica and internal penis. I've done many other stretches in the past, bundled stretches, many different low-grip stretches at extreme angles to deform the ligaments, and so on. They are all detailed in my log.

I do switch hands whenever they get tired.

Right now my gains have really slowed down. I am looking to pick it back up with a dedicated hanging routine.

Thanks a lot for the reply! After manual stretching, would your penis feel sore to touch, like after-sex sore? Personally I would stretch, but never felt sore afterwards, and I correspondingly saw no gains for 2 months.
