12-6-2016
Morning:
10 minutes low grip stretching (all directions)
7 hours extender with 4 intermittent stretching sessions (20 minutes total, low grip SU)
Evening:
20 minutes edging
30 minutes upward erect Jelqing
4 hours extender plus 4 intermittent stretching sessions (20 minutes total)
35 minutes low grip stretching (all directions)
Supplements:
None
Observations:
Still working the low grip bundled stretches in the straight up direction. I am getting better at learning my penis when stretching in the various directions where proper hand placement, hip placement, and direction of applied force can turn a mediocre stretch into a highly effective stretch. I am getting better especially in the BTC angle. It is a learning process and I believe it is best to actively think about ways to improve each stretch while applying them and exploring the nuances of the stretch. It is easy to get complacent as stretching is a bit mundaine in nature, but this can be remedied by putting in effort and consciously thinking about exploring the stretch.
EQ is really high right now, I believe that clamping really takes its toll on EQ when looking back to my routine in early November.
