5min Pump + 5min manul = 1 set. Its recomended 3-4-5sets. But take it easy at first. I did 3 sets for 8weeks, and than 4. I been using supersets like this for almost 4months now and I do 3-5 maximum sets. I dont get any red spots, if u get them that means your doing too much. This was about 12hrs after last nights Length session...feel good...i felt extra expansion towards the front of my penis.
Kegels I do 10 sets of 15x1sec
Reverse Kegels 10 sets of 5x3sec
I feel good on this sunday. A lot of stuff coming in the following week and months.
