    Thoughts:
    * Starting to increase the multi-directional stretches. Will get up to about 10 minutes a day starting tomorrow. I feel like they provide a much stronger stretch compared to the SG and might lead to faster gains. Especially since my SG time has been lacking lately.
    * The head looked super thick today. Bigger than ever. I've never measured it before and I'm assuming it's going to increase proportionally to MEG, but will measure it next time to keep track of it. Plus it's nice to have another number to motivate myself with. If one's not increasing, at least something has to be!
    * Looks like doing 4+ hours of SG every day is unrealistic unless I want to make it the #1 priority (Which I don't) This means most days will be around 3-4, and if I can get more time in -- great! If not -- I won't worry about it. No reason to beat myself up, especially since I'm doing manual work every day also.
    * I could technically squeeze in an extra hour or two every day, but I'm mostly going by feel rather than how many hours I've put in so I stop because I feel like it's getting too much. Not because I "hit my hours."

      Thoughts:
      * Low SG time today. Little guy feels beat up. Decided not to push it.
      * Switched to counting reps rather than focusing on time today. Feels easier and allows me to focus on each stroke more.

        Thoughts:
        * Good rest day yesterday. Feeling ready to go!
        * Fully done with my cut now and doing a very hard bulk for the next month. Will be interesting to see if that affects penis growth at all.
        * Had to pee while edging which may have made me last longer? Not sure if I'm imagining it or if it's because that gnawing feeling keeps me less aroused, but it seems to have worked!
        * Pulled the SG too tight and got some skin caught in the hole. Some tiny bleeding, nothing major, but decided to take it easy. Should be healed tomorrow.

            Thoughts:
            * Feeling very girthy due to the bottom of the shaft growing like crazy from the V Jelqs. It's even more pronounced than it was last week when I first noticed it and started doing V Jelqs differently.
            * I feel like I'm getting all the easy gains out of the way. First the easy length, now the easy girth... Once that's done though, I'm ready to grind it out for as long as it takes
            * I feel like length may have improved a tiny bit, but not nearly as much as the width. The length could also be due to increased EQ, visible changes in fat-pad, etc. Won't know till I measure, but wanted to put my thoughts down.
            * Still struggling to wear the SG for longer than 3 hours. Started very early this morning thinking I'd get 6 or so hours today, but wasn't even close. :grin: I guess it's better to do consistently less than inconsistently more.

              Manual stretching? No idea, way too early to tell.

              I re-added it to my program because I saw faster gains in the first month while doing it, and while it may not have been from the manual stretching, I don't want to change my program too much just in case that was what was working well for me.

              Manual stretching does help me with the Pre-Ejac part of it though as it helps decrease IKs.

              As for the SG -- also no idea. This is a slow process and the "average gains" reported on their site are 30% after 6 months (1000 hours of wearing) which in my case would be a gain of ~1.5 inches.

              I'll reach 1000 hours in about 12 months at my current pace, but I'm also doing additional manual work which is how most of the guys on the leader-board saw their gains.

                Thoughts:
                * Didn't get enough sleep today so edging was cut short because I came. I reached PONR and usually I would be able to kegel or just ease off if it's right before it and then keep going, but that takes a lot of "willpower" or some sort of internal ability to delay gratification. When I'm sleep deprived this is harder so today I reached PONR, started doing the usual thing with putting the ejac off, and then gave up and finished. I've noticed this previously in regular sex also.
                * One reason for the above may be because my body is still conditioned to view ejac as the goal, but how do you not? It's the most pleasurable point in sex, and while I enjoy the "process of sex," it's nowhere as good as cumming. Hm.

                  Thoughts:
                  * Noticeable thickness gains continue. Only one problem: too much thickness gains and not enough length gains makes my penis look even shorter than before! The additional thickness is very nice, but does make it look shorter even though it's not... More length work soon?
                  * To my above point, I'm measuring in a week so if I've seen 0 length gains I might make one small change. Keep doing the exact workouts, but wear SG 6/7 days of the week with one complete rest from PE. The company recommends wearing it daily anyway so maybe I'm slowing down my progress considerably with the 2 on, 1 off schedule.
                  * 7 day break coming up about a week after I measure. I'll make sure to measure right before and right after the break, but I don't expect much regression if it all.
                  * Keep reading other people's logs for motivation so I'll mention some here. MadYogi, Purple, and Burrito are the ones I keep coming back to over and over again.

                    Daily Extender + 2 on 1 Off Workouts?
                    Had a really strong desire to wear the SG today. I feel like my penis is pretty well conditioned at this point (nearly 2 months) so the extra length work would be useful.

                    Plus, all the recommendations I've read about ADS say to wear it a minimum of ~4 hours per day with 1 day rest a week max.

                    That doesn't include any manual work that I've been doing, but I feel like wearing the SG only on the days I do manual work is slowing down my gains.

                    Question: Would it be recommended to keep using my current workout until I stop seeing gains or start wearing the SG 6 days a week w/ 1 day off while continuing the 2 on 1 off manual work schedule?

                    I feel like waiting for the gains to completely stall doesn't make sense if I can speed up the gains right now by wearing the SG for more. While looking at the PIs of course.

                    The consensus from other threads seems to be keep doing what you're doing until it stops working, but based on all the journey threads of those who have succeeded a pattern I've noticed is that doing as much as possible without negative PIs is best.

                      Thoughts:
                      * Changed how I do edging to make it more similar to fast-paced sex. High speed until I can feel myself getting closer, then slowing down, then increasing speed. Previously I would let myself get too close and have to stop all stimulation which isn't very realistic.
                      * I've been cumming too much lately and I feel like that slows down my gains a bit or at least isn't helping them.
                      * In addition to the above, I've been watching more porn so I will slowly taper this down. My problem is my PE seems to be strongly related to moaning. If I'm just imagining things I can go on for a while, but hearing things brings me close to PONR very fast.

                        Thoughts:
                        * Switched my edging session to go the first ~10 minutes without porn and then as long as I can with porn after that.
                        * Switched how I wear the SG a bit to maximize stretch. After I added a bar I wore it facing up (towards belly button) for a while as that's the lightest stretch, then I switched to facing "down" (following the leg/a bit lower) and now I switched again to being almost directly perpendicular which provides the highest stretch.
                        * I think the above means I should be able to add a new bar within a week or two as this is the last "phase" of adaptation to this new length.
                        * Good news is: the new SG strategy makes the post stretch hang HUGE which makes me think it's working. (I'm a grower so "huge" is relative, lol)

                          PE^2 Win During Sex!

                          Had sex for the first time today in ~2-3 weeks. Same girl as last time, we've been fooling around on and off for the past ~6 month so that's as "steady" as it gets for me for now.

                          Anyway, had sex today and had 2 wins!

                          1. Lasted longer during round 1
                          2. Stayed much harder & lasted much longer during round 2


                          My round 1s are usually extremely quick, but this time I was able to actually get a couple different positions in and not worry too much about "cumming too fast."

                          It was still pretty quick (3-4 minutes), and when I let go I felt like I could have brought myself down, but I just wanted that release.

                          And then round 2...

                          Usually it takes me a long time to even get hard enough for round 2, so much that it's often prohibitive unless we have tons of time. This time, however, 10-15 minutes and I was more than ready to go! In fact, during round 2 my penis was bigger than I've ever seen or felt and felt like it was about to explode. I've never had a 2nd erection that quick, big, and impressive! I almost wish I could have measured it then, but that would have been a bit strange

                          And I was able to last for 10-15 minutes, but the pacing still needs a bit of work as I had to slow down more than I'd like and switch positions more often than I'd like.

                          All in all, PROGRESS!

                          P.S. - The girl said she hasn't noticed any changes in size since she met me (I told her it "seems to be growing a bit") but her facial expressions say otherwise. If we're still a thing in 3-6 months THAT will be an interesting test, especially since she can barely take what I currently have when I bury it up to the hilt. Hmm.

                            * I'm convinced edging can greatly improve the pace of PE. PESG's story is a great example. His workout is brutally simple, but he edged after every workout which may have sped up his gains.
                            * Edging today was super easy. First 10 minutes with no porn were a complete breeze. Next 10 minutes w/porn were mostly easy, only got close to PONR once and was able to come back quickly. Next 10 minutes were harder, but still much easier to go from PONR to normal pace. Had much more control.

                              * This was the last workout before measuring day!!! Tomorrow is rest and then I'll measure Wednesday morning before the workout. Excited to see how big the girth gains actually are!

                                7/22 - Measuring Day!

                                BPFSL: 5.4" (No previous measurement. No estimate)

                                Notes:

                                • Started officially measuring BPFSL so I can keep track of whether my Tunica-focused workouts are working.
                                • Started officially measuring BEG as that has been increasing like crazy.
                                • Other increases are quite small, but progress is progress! After my 7 day break I might up the intensity a bit if my member can handle it.
                                • Above EG measurements were done at a "realistic" erection, meaning I wasn't constantly kegeling to get that extra bit, but was in the same state I would be when having sex
