    Thoughts:
    * Moving this weekend + have family visiting the entirety of next week. Last workout will be ~Sunday and the entire next week will be a rest week. Might have to shorten some workouts and not edge this week also.
    * A bit worried I'll lose my gains, but I'm sure it'd take me 1-2 weeks to get it back and then I'll be on my way and tugging along once again.

        Thoughts:
        * Able to last almost nearly as long as I want, especially if I'm not the one thrusting. Her on top is getting extremely easy now. Fast edging works!

          Quick update: I'm back and was able to measure tonight to see if I lost any gains. Didn't lose anything! If anything I may have gained a tiny bit. But only a tiny bit.

          Either way, back to yanking tomorrow

            * 2 hours SG - Did this all in 1 stretch. Will try to up these hours so I'm at 6 hours per day.


            Thoughts:
            * Was unable to work out until later on in the day which meant I didn't have that much time to put in w/ the SG.
            * For the SG it seems that every 100 hours is ~.1 inch because 1000 hours ~= 1 inch. Because of this I'll be wearing the SG on a 6 on, 1 off schedule from now on. I'll probably remove the manual workout sometime within the next 1-2 months so this is good practice to see how it feels.

              * I keep pushing myself too far at the end of the edging sessions and not being able to hold back. Not super disappointed about it, but want to stop doing this.

                * Started doing SG on off days 6 days a week.
                * Bought a Phallosan-like device off eBay. It arrives in a week. Will see if I can use it while sleeping to up the hours. Worst case scenario, the rubber sleeves might be useful for minimizing SG pressure and upping my SG hours.

                  Technically today was a "rest day," but I just received my new pump-based device so I wanted to try it out.

                  Overall it feels much more comfortable to wear, but the problem is: I don't think I can get the tension as high as I would with SG. I'll see what I can do.

                  My current plan is to keep using and increasing tension on SG and supplementing with (let's just call it PF for Phallosan).

                  Ideally I would be able to wear the PF at night and get an extra 8-10 hours (realistically 3-4 because I doubt it will stay on all night).

                  Even if it may not provide a super strong tension, it might prevent my penis from retracting and keep it lightly stretched which should still be useful.

                  * 2 hours SG
                  * 3.5 hours PF


                  Thoughts Notes:
                  * LOVED the PF until I took it off and saw the massive edema! There was some right below my frenulum that looked like mutated growth and part of my head was swollen. This was after the last 1.5 hours as the first 2 were fine. Will have to find the right pressure to make sure this doesn't happen again.
                  * Good news is! It hung much lower and the PF is much more comfortable. I can easily see myself wearing it for 8+ hours per day (if I can avoid edemas).

                    Thoughts/Notes:
                    * Still get some tiny edema from PF, but nothing major. It goes away within 5-15 minutes and there's no mutated-looking things by my frenulum.
                    * Suction based extending feels much more effective and better than noose-based. The lower hang is much more noticeable after the PF and doing stuff around the house is easy with it on.
                    * I've been putting the strap around my calf instead of around my hips for an almost BTC "hanging" experience. Feels good so far!

                        * Flaccid hang is noticeably larger. ~3-3.5" NBP and basically 4.5" BP. Loving the PF gains. I feel like SG didn't do anything for me so I've stopped that completely.
                        * Less than a week until my next measure! I cheated a bit and measured length and it's basically the same, but width feels larger. Excited to measure!

                          * Wanted to do more, but red spots coming in hard and getting more and more edema. Today probably should've been a full rest day, but wanted to squeeze in some more work before the official measure in 3 days.

                          Notes:
                          * Looks like I can get ~100 hours of PF every month. This theoretically means a .1" of gain every month!
                          * Measuring day coming up after I rest tomorrow. Excited! My flaccid hang is still much lower due to the PF and the flaccid and erect girth also seem to have increased. Length seems to be about the same for now, but I'll take whatever gains I can get. Especially considering that my starting EG is so far below average.

                            8/24 - Measuring Day!

                            BPEL: 5.625" (Previously 5.625")

                            3 months progress:
                            BPEL: 5.1 -> 5.625"
                            MEG: 4.1 -> 4.25"
                            BPFSL: ~5.1-5.3" -> 5.75"

                            Notes:
                            • A bit confused because numbers wise it looks like everything is the same except for BPFSL. However, my dick looks visibly thicker and feels heavier so this is likely a case of measuring very generously last time. Either way, I'm officially at my above measurements with the measuring tape as tight as possible.
                            • The small BPFSL increase is already noticeable with my flaccid hang so it's only a matter of time until those gains come into my BPEL!
                            • My current routine seems to be working pretty well for me so I'll be staying with it for another month.
                            • I've been slacking on the APT stretches and reverse kegels so my PE seems to be somewhat back, but due to time constraints I'm not focusing on that for now. Will add in edging, stretches, etc when I have more time.


                            Current routine:
                            • 10-20 minute warmup w/ rice sock
                            • 15-25 minutes wet Jelqs - ~30-50% erection
                            • 40 V jelqs - 95% erection
                            • 3 max kegels w/ pushing out - 10 seconds each (helps with girth and should prepare me for more girth training later on)
                            • Wearing PF daily with the goal of ~25 hours/week = ~4-5 hours per day
                            • Pseudo-edging - jerking off fast until I get to PONR and then stopping. (Doesn't take me very long for now due to PE. )
                            • 2 days on 1 day off for manual work
                            • 6 days on 1 day off for PE

                              Notes:
                              * Slowly increasing the daily PF time. The easiest way I've found is by increasing the duration of each session (1 hour -> 1.25 hours -> 1.5 hours...) but you gotta be careful to make sure you're conditioned enough to where you're not getting too much edema
                              * I've gotten up to 1.5 hour sessions with edema that goes away within 30-60 minutes so I do 1.5 hours on, 30-60 mins off and then repeat.
                              * Once I'm up to ~2 hour sessions, I might try wearing it for 3-4 hours at a time during the day at a very low suction. If that goes well, then I'll try wearing it when I sleep!

                                * Removing total SG time from my notes as it's not changing anymore.
                                * Apparently I've been wearing the PF wrong! I wasn't putting down the condom that's over the cup when you first insert your penis. I was just keeping it there and letting suction deal with it. I've switched to the right way of wearing it and started using a smaller bell and I now get less edema and slippage!
                                * Was able to get up to ~2 hours at a time of PF with minimal slippage and edema. Will keep slowly increasing the max until it gets too much, but if I could break the 6 hours per day into only 2 sessions that would be beautiful.
