Notes:
* I've experimented with shorter stretch times (1.5 hours at a time) with shorter breaks. This decreases the edema/recovery time and allowed me to do a 10 hour day! 10 hours seems to be physically the max I can do (unless I decrease the amount of sleep I get), but I'm fine with anything above 7 per day to be honest. Everything else is just a bonus.
* Started wearing the PF UP rather than down. A very different stretch of an area I've neglected for the past couple months. I wonder if this will help grow faster. If not, I think it'd help grow evenly which I'm all for. (Explanation: I usually wear the PF facing down & tied to my knee, but I now wear it facing up towards my chest.)
* I think doing ~50/50 of facing up VS facing down & of course alternating right and left should be good for growth.
* Been looking into getting a Bathmate or something similar. My BPEL is improving, but I'm basically getting more and more of a pencil dick which isn't ideal. I expected the PF to increase girth. and maybe facing up will help with that, but if it doesn't I need to do something to improve girth. From what I've been reading the Bathmate is a great complement to the PF so I might get it & start pumping after my 6 month measurement.
