PE Squared Progress Log - Water Bottle Goals

    Notes:
    * I've experimented with shorter stretch times (1.5 hours at a time) with shorter breaks. This decreases the edema/recovery time and allowed me to do a 10 hour day! 10 hours seems to be physically the max I can do (unless I decrease the amount of sleep I get), but I'm fine with anything above 7 per day to be honest. Everything else is just a bonus.
    * Started wearing the PF UP rather than down. A very different stretch of an area I've neglected for the past couple months. I wonder if this will help grow faster. If not, I think it'd help grow evenly which I'm all for. (Explanation: I usually wear the PF facing down & tied to my knee, but I now wear it facing up towards my chest.)
    * I think doing ~50/50 of facing up VS facing down & of course alternating right and left should be good for growth.
    * Been looking into getting a Bathmate or something similar. My BPEL is improving, but I'm basically getting more and more of a pencil dick which isn't ideal. I expected the PF to increase girth. and maybe facing up will help with that, but if it doesn't I need to do something to improve girth. From what I've been reading the Bathmate is a great complement to the PF so I might get it & start pumping after my 6 month measurement.

      Trying something new + Bottling is incredible!

      The log below won't make sense without explaining a new addition to my workout: bottling.

      If you want the detailed explanation you can browse this thread as that's where I first saw this concept.

      However, the basic idea is this: you use a pliable plastic bottle to simulate low an extremely low-pressure bathmate and use hot water inside w/ some manual work after.

      I tried out bottling on the 24th and it felt amazing so I decided to add it to my regiment. I'm currently using a big vitamin bottle from costco (which is getting a bit small for me at the base girth wise, so I'll get a real bottle soon. Works for now though, especially since I need girth all over.)

      Fun note: the "girth" of the bottle neck is 5" and my regular base girth is ~4.5", but I fill out pretty much the entire bottle when "pumped" which is awesome!

      Here's what my current workout looks like:
      • 2 hour stretching with the PF
      • 2x30 minute bottling sessions with some light girth work in between. Some squeezes, max kegels, etc. I do max kegels anyway so this isn't new.
      • 2-~2 hour stretching sessions with the PF. (More if possible up to 8 hours.)
      • 1-2x30 min bottling w/ light girth work
      • TPE condom for ~0-60 mins per day between breaks and after PE


      The theory behind this is: pumping is a great way to expand & "fill up" the areas being stretched, but it's also a great way to warmup and prepare the penis for stretching which is why there are 2 sessions per day.

      Now I know that 1-2 hours of "pumping" would be ridiculous for a beginner, but bottling is different because the max pump feels quite low. Erect-wise my penis looks just a tiny bit bigger after a 30 min session, and another tiny bit bigger after the full 1 hour session, but it's not the MASSIVE increase that most pumpers tlak about.

      Plus PIs are all positive for now, so all's good. I'm doing rest days every 3 days though w/ potential for more if negative PIs show up.

      Flaccid though looks incredible. SUPER THICK right after the pump and feels incredible. Plus the act of bottling itself feels so damn good!

      Love the stretch. Love bottling. Love the light manual work. Even if bottling doesn't get me huge gains, it still feels good and is almost like a reward after a long, hard day.

      However, I have great hopes both based on the temporary flaccid/erect gains (I can see why some guys pump up before sex, especially if you have a real pump) the theory behind why ADS & pumping works, and threads like these. It does feel like pumping and ADS would be very synergistic in speeding up gains, and the idea of bottling to make it lower pressure, but longer duration (which seems to be what works well for most pumpers) feels genius to me.

      Anyway, here are the hours:
      10/24 - 7 hr PF. 1:40 bt
      10/25 - 5 hr pf. 1 hr bt
      10/26 - 5 hr PF. 2 hr bt.

        Notes:
        * Love bottling! Feels so good & I want to do it more and more...
        * Already getting some gains! Although these are probably temporary ~12-24 hour bottling gains and not permanent ones just yet. Either way, I was able to measure ALMOST 6.25" 12 hours after bottling and girth is visible starting to get larger.
        * Looks like the girth gains start at the base and travel upwards? Not 100% sure, but it feels like my base is growing much faster than my MEG, but the growth is slowly creeping up the shaft.

          A Small Setback

          Haven't cum in ~2.5 weeks so I finally caved today. Lil guy was way too tired after and I got another boner later that was way smaller than usual. I think my smooth muscle might be a bit tired so I'm going to take the next 2 days off.

          I let my last partner go so I haven't been having sex or jerking off lately, but it seems that while my current routine seems good for gains (I won't know if it's good for 2-3 months) it's terrible if I want to have an actual, active sex life.

          I've been getting into the dating market lately so this makes for an interesting dilemma. Do I try to get my dick bigger as fast as possible and minimize sex during that time, or do I try to make my dick bigger slower, but have a normal/active sex life? Hmmm...

          Decisions, decisions.

            Notes:
            * Once again I did an "unofficial" measure before it's time. It just looked so much bigger than usual! I'm able to hit ~6.25 BPEL at my complete and absolute max now which is a great sign I'm progressing in the right direction.
            * The girth workouts I do in between bottling sets (30 mins bottling, then clamps, squeezes, etc & repeat) are pretty intense so I decreased bottling to every other day. If I didn't do the extra manual work I'm sure I could do it daily, but if the minimum effective dose has been reached, why waste more time?
            * It's hard to tell whether girth is progressing because it's slower and the visual difference isn't nearly as obvious since it happens depth-wise also. I feel like the base girth is slowly increasing & "creeping up the shaft," but that could just me differences in EQ, lighting, etc. It does feel a bit bigger when gripping, but that could be wishful thinking. Can't wait to measure this month!

              Notes:
              * At the end of every 3 day cycle my penis is pretty tired, but on the rest day and in the morning of day 1 it looks and feels incredible. Seems that this routine provides enough rest for now.
              * I feel like it gets bigger after every 3 day "cycle." I know it's crazy, but every time it's looked longer the past couple weeks that I've been bottling, it HAS gotten longer. Gains at this rate may not continue, but I'm milking it for all I can as this is almost faster than my noob gains.

                Measurement Day!

                These measurements were taken after ~ week of no PE after a potential small injury.

                BPEL: 6.05" (Previously 6")
                MEG: 4.25" (Previously 4.25")
                BEG: 4.5" (Previously 4.5")
                BPFSL: 6.0" (Previously 6.05")



                Total PF Time: 409 hours (Previously 291)
                Total bottling time: 21 hours (Previously 0)




                Notes:

                • I took a break because I was getting some pain around the shaft of my penis from bottling. This seems to have led to lower EQ & means I need a larger opening.
                • Hard to say if bottling has given me any permanent gains. I've gotten up to 6.25" when maxed during the month, but right now after a week of rest and low EQ I'm not sure if that was a fluke or if these measurements are more "real."
                • Only doing the PF for now until the pain from bottling goes away. The edges of the bottle went in a bit so they kind of "grabbed" my dick when bottling and that seems to have caused some discomfort.





                Current Workout:

                  Been having some problems with sleeping, stress, and no morning wood so I'm taking a break until after New Year's.

                  Original plan was to finish the year off, do a final measure mid December, and take a ~2.5 week break, but I'll just take a 1.5 month break and see how it goes.

                    Probably a good idea, I found a months rest was really helpful.

                      Got a bit bored over break and missed PE so started doing some light stretches after peeing & in the shower for the past ~1/1.5 weeks or so.

                      No real routine, but I've been doing what I call Tunica Bends at a flaccid/50% hard state and it looks like my penis is back to the max state I had it before I stopped PE. (I measured it halfway through Dec & it was @ ~5.75 BPEL & 4.2 MEG so I had some losses after stopping PE.)

                      It's also helped with hanging much lower every day.

                      So far I'm really enjoying these tunica bends so I'll keep doing them as prep for non-manual exercises once I get back home.

                      The plan so far is:
                      * Restart "Phallosan"
                      * Restart bottling
                      * Do some light PE (tunica bends seem to be working well) when I have time.

                      I think I'm going to focus more on girth rather than length when I get home, but we'll see.

                            I did! I got a few log format ideas from yours and got in my Penimaster Classic Extender 2 weeks ago and am itching to use it like you are along with manuals for an enhanced routine. I just want to finish 3 months and see if I can gain anymore from just manuals first. And thanks for checking out my log!

                              Coming Back To PE

                              After a ~1.5 month break I'm back!

                              I was planning on taking a break for 2 weeks, but had to do it earlier because I injured the very bottom of my penis by using a too-tight container for bottling.

                              Just re-measured this morning and my measurements haven't changed too much.
                              BPEL: 5.9" - Minor loss of ~.15-.1 from my previous measurement.
                              MEG: ~4.2" - Minor loss, BUT I started doing flaccid/half-erect bends about 1.5 weeks ago & I feel like my girth has increased since then.

                              This means it's possible my MEG was actually closer to ~4.1 and BPEL closer to ~5.75/5.8, but because of the flaccid bends I've regained some already.

                              Today's workout:

                              • Shower warmup & flaccid/half-erect bends ~2 mins total all directions, all areas.
                              • Some pulse bottling/pumping ~60 mins
                              • Light edging ~10 mins
                              • PF stretcher - ~1 hour in 30 min increments - trying to prevent any edema by starting slow and getting up to my previous 2 hours at a time for ~6 hours total.


                              Next Month Plans:

                              Next month will be mostly building up to my previous regiment with an addition of the shower bends & a different bottle for bottling + some pulse pumping while bottling.
                              The goal is to get to the following:

                              • Daily morning warmups/stretches all days except Sunday
                              • PF stretcher 3 on, 1 off
                              • Bottling every other day
                              • Edging whenever I feel like it
