I ordered up the Static Stretcher. I think I'll start using the Static Stretcher Lite, at the very least, and see if that helps me with gains. I don't know how much an extender will help me out right now since my smooth muscle is my limit, but it might help me gain back my 8" BPEL that I lost.Last edited by Keido; 07-07-2008, 05:30 PM.

Updates:
- I haven't begun my 12-week plan yet. I have an injury on my glans that causes a bit of pain if I touch my glans in that spot, so I've put it off until next week. It's been healing up fine and I'm sure I'll be starting my PE routine next week.
- I got my Static Stretcher in the mail today. Seems great so far. I'll begin using the device in the third week of my 12-week routine. I might play around with the "Lite" version a bit before then though, just to experiment with it.
- Measurement is still the same: 7.5 bpel x 5.25 eg, 8.25 bpfsl.
- My EQ is fine, average of 7-8 or so I'd say. My arousal levels aren't very high, but I think I can attribute that to lack of exercise and my allergies bothering me (I'm very sluggish). I'm going to be more consistent with kegeling. To experiment, I'm going to do kegel exercises M-F instead of MWF. I do get better results (in terms of EQ) doing kegels every day, but I have the unfortunate side effect of premature ejaculation from doing kegels. To remedy this I'm going to practice edging, I think, because even after I stop kegels (for weeks - months) my PE doesn't go away, so while I can attribute it to kegels originally causing it I can't say that stopping kegels will cure it, so I'm going to have to learn to control my PE with the aid of kegeling and edging.

All right, I've started my PE routine this week. I'm doing a 12-week routine I've already set up (I've got this all saved in a Word doc in case I make changes, I won't be posting it up here).
I decided to do my workout earlier in the day today since I had the time, but I'll normally be doing it at night. My workout went well - I've decided now to do girth exercises before I do jelqing because I've noticed that the jelq device tires my dick out and I can't really get easy erections after doing the workout. My edging session didn't last very long because of that, but I'm not really going to fret over it. Otherwise everything's going pretty well.

First week down. I've kept up with my workouts, however I've changed something up on the most recent day - I'm now doing manual jelqing instead of using the Jelq Device. I'll give this routine a try for about 2 weeks as an experiment, if I'm not seeing what I'd like to see I'll switch back to the jelq device. I'm going to be sure to use JonPop's method of jelqing this time around, I tested it out on Friday and it definitely seems to give a better pump. It's like doing lots of mini-compressors or something, kind of interesting.
And just to double check if you see this, JonPop, you count every left hand as 1 rep, right? So you do right, hold, left hand = 1 rep... start milking /w right hand as left hand holds at the top, then repeat /w right hand at top & left doing the milking motion = another rep?
Ah, and good news - I measured today: 7.5" BPEL x 5.375" EG.
After my Friday workout I measured about an hour afterwards and measured 7.75" x 5.375" EG, so I'm hoping to add that length gain soon. This was after a session w/o the jelq device as well. I haven't measured after a session /w the jelq device, so I'm not sure what kind of size I have directly after that. I'm still sticking with my plan to work manual jelqing and then "graduate", as it were, to the jelq device eventually.

Did you have a shrinkage? Not un-common I lost a 1/2" once. This shrinkage drove me nuts! Turned out to be due to NSAIDS. NSAIDS can also cause ED. I regained it in about 6 weeks by practicing ballooning.

Yeah, I lost size after I took some repeated time off to sort of decondition. Hopefully with this new routine I'll gain it back fairly quickly though. I don't think I have a problem /w NSAIDS (I assume you're talking about my allergy medications), in fact I'm having quite the opposite reaction recently, but that could be attributed to restarting my PE workouts or being more consistent/increasing the amount of kegeling I've done. But I lost my 1/2" before I began taking allergy medications so I can't really attribute it to that.

Allergy medications also cause ED. They also make you fat. Might want to try bee pollen for allergies next season. About a week before allergy season hit you. If you are allergic to bee stings don't take bee pollen. I take 1100 Mg per day. I've heard local honey is good for allergies too, maybe I'll try that for next season. For now I'll continue /w Veramyst and Claritin for the remainder of this season, but I'll stop taking my Singulair now. There are some wonky side effects /w the Singulair so I was considering stopping taking that anyway.

Starting up my second week. After doing the manual jelqs I've decided I'm going to switch back to the jelq device - I remember now why I got it in the first place: manual jelqing kills my hands! Particularly using JonPop's method of jelqing, I think that's why I've never consistently done that type of jelqing - quite painful for me. So I'll just do the method with the jelq device then. No big deal; I've noticed that there's not really a huge difference in post-workout hang between the Jelq Device and manual jelqing for me (luckily). However one thing I'm going to do to change up the ease of using the jelq device is to use it standing up - that way my dick won't slide around as much, hopefully.
Side note: doing Compressors makes my penis veiny as hell, I think those exercises are definitely doing something for me - much better than Ulis and they're also easier on my hands.

Week 3 of 12 down! I did 3 workouts this week (my schedule was kind of wonky, but I used it to - in my mind - my advantage): Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. For Tuesday's workout and most, if not all, of last week's workout I did my workout in the bath (I normally do my workout in my bedroom using a heating pad for a warmup). I wouldn't say these workouts were bad, but they were definitely of a lower quality than the past two workouts I've done in my bedroom. I don't know if it's just a relaxation thing, the steam from taking a hot bath, getting a better warmup with the heating pad or what, but I've decided I'm going to continuously do my workout in my bedroom from now on.
My workout consists of Squeezes and JD Jelqing; I've been skimping on stretches since I'm mainly concerned with girth right now. I've pushed using the Static Stretcher extender back to week 6 for that reason. I'll be adding about 5 min of straight-out stretches (very light stretches held for longer periods of time - 60 seconds for 5 sets to begin with and I'll gradually increase the time of the sets rather than the whole time that I do them) in this upcoming week's routine.
Of note, squeezes make me hang rather large after I do them (I do them as my first exercise), the JD Jelqing has been coming along nicely - my technique's improved with it. I lose my EQ a bit faster with it than with manual jelqing, but that's not unexpected and I think with time I'll adapt to it. I've learned to use the JD with two hands on the handles, which eliminates all arm & hand fatigue - which was originally the reason I got the JD.
I've split up my JD jelqing into sets of 10 repetitions. After 10 reps I get my EQ in order, do some twirls, and then continue with the rest of the sets. In Week 3 I'm doing 4 sets of 10 repetitions, next week I will be doing 5 sets.
After I adapt to the JD and am able to control my EQ better with it I was thinking about trying a little experiment with different sets of jelqing variations - say doing a set of 30-40% EQ, and then directly after that a set of 80% or something. It might be something to sort of shock the penis out of monotony, and if nothing else, help me keep track of what set number I'm on when my sets start getting into those higher numbers.
Next week I will be doing workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
