Normal Jelqs 15 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 10 mins, 30-40% for 5 mins. Kegels
Curling - 5 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels
V-Jelqs - 6 mins
3-5 second reps. Kegels
Stretches 20 mins - consisted of...
Normal - In all directions. Some kegels(for better pull back)
Some side to side.(not many today)
Mandingo stretchs - 2 a side held for 1 minute each.
Bundles - 2 each way rotated 360 degrees, held for 1 minute a time.
Also mini breaks to shake.
Squeezes - None today.

Didn't pop.
Warm down 8 mins.
After thoughs
Really good workout today, total concentration on every exercise. Appropriate utilisation of time enables a man to achieve progress, that is exectly what i did today.
My motivation is through the roof(and my EQ haha)!
