          3/13/12: Edged for 19 minutes 0-9-0 fashion. My balls have been held really high and close to my body recently causing me to blow my load quicker. I have been practicing old-school muscle control, mainly the vacuum abdominal control. Just saw in the mirror that this retracts my testicles. Now I have to go about learning to relax whatever muscle causes this. Also while doing my first daily set of reverse kegels I noticed that I only can perform reverse rear kegels. Nothing seems to happen except the pushing out of my anus. Can anyone describe what a front reverse feels like? The sensations you feel and any visualizations you used to gain this control, thanks.

          100k, 150rk, 30 second k hold, 60 second rk hold, 10 front k isolations.

              Had sex several times in the last few days. Blew my load very quickly once but the same night I was actually able to give my girl an orgasm before I came on two separate occasions. I did this again two nights later. So my stamina has improved at least a little bit and I have a long way to go. I would add that I am learning what gets her off easier which is contributing to my recent success. I have not been edging recently.

              So far any success I have had would have to be attributed to the kegels I have done and practice at sex. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

                  I haven't been posting lately but I have been keeping up with my kegels. I haven't been edging, just having sex with my lady. I have been improving my stamina steadily. The other night I lasted for 15-20 minutes only wearing a condom for the last 5 minutes. Now I wasn't thrusting in and out like it was a porno but I am gaining control. In 6 months I expect my stamina will improve even more. As far as kegels, I still have not isolated the reverse kegel from the abdominal tensing. And I still cannot isolate front/rear kegels. My conclusion so far is that pelvic floor strength and endurance are the most important factors in improving stamina.

                  I do 300 regular kegels, 450 reverse kegels, 1.5 minutes of kegel holds, and 3 minutes of reverse kegel holds 5 days per week. I have sex 3-5 days per week.

                  I just want to sincerely thank Pegasus, Drummer, and MV for all of your help. You gave me the necessary faith to continue on training to better myself as a human being and I owe the great relationship I have right now to you.

                    Hey Connor,

                    First off i would like to say congratulations on your gains. I also have a few questions, hopefully you don't mind me asking some questions for a little clarification of what's to come with these workouts for myself.

                    To start with, I am a virgin and will likely lose my virginity this summer when my gf and i meet again. Anyways, we have had phone sex and done pretty much everything possible that's not physical. I find i am very inconsistent with performance, which i think has to do with being a virgin and not actually having experienced everything yet, but i feel it may also be a case of pre-mature ejaculation.

                    Reading through this thread and seeing your gains and progress gives me hope of being able to improve. But i still have a few questions that i hope you won't mind me asking in your thread.

                    When you're having sex, and have to do the kegels/reverse kegels to prevent from ejaculating do you physically have to stop 'thrusting' to prevent from ejaculating or can you continue and just do the kegels until the urge has gone?

                    I often see you putting your kegels sessions on here, then refer to edging and having to do kegels (obviously). So the question is, all of these kegel workouts to work the muscles are strengthening them so you can preform the kegels during intercourse or while edging with a 'stronger' kegel, thus holding the ejaculation better?

                    Again i hope you don't mind me asking these questions in your thread, if you do i can take it to PM or create my own thread with these questions.

                      i have not read the thread other than the first post, but im trying to spread my method as much as i can.

                      i have been with great success being using long held (30 to 60 second) reverse kegels directly prior to edging/sex. with a 5 second reverse kegel hold once a minute during edging throughout the session. the rk's are not done when tension starts or near ponr. they are done with the intention of keeping the PONR far away over the course of the edging/sex. with this method i relax the bc so much prior and keep it relaxed with my timed rk's during the edging that i never even allow my bc to start building tension. this avoids the stop/start process and helps train to delay PONR, not to overcome it. it is not a operant training replacement response learned to undue involuntary response but aimed at total relaxation, really solving the problem.

                      i think this will not help the oversensitive but will be extremely beneficial to those who ejaculate early due to involuntary spasm

                        I do have to stop if I am approaching PONR, but at times I just have to slow down. Like I said I have sex at a slow pace but my stamina is much better from one month ago. I still have times where I cum too quickly. I kegel if I get close to PONR, but not very strongly and I hold it for several seconds.

                        As for the comment about men who are overly-sensitive versus those who have spasms, I think they are linked. Both my over-sensitivity and my spasms are improving. But not every day or every time, and not always simultaneously.

                          Also a question to add on to that that's not really your personal experience, just long term goals. As i have not read up too much on this topic apart from knowing the basics about premature ejaculation. Once you have 'mastered' controlling yourself with the kegels, is it possible to be able to continue thrusting and not skip a beat, so your partner doesn't even notice?

                          Obviously it may take a long time, but im curious if this is even possible to physically be able to continue 'thrusting' while kegeling and be able to resist ejaculation?

                          Lastly, when i was reading through this thread i noticed comments saying that if you kegel while sex, or even edging that you may lose part of your erection so i tried it. Long behold it was true, i lost my erection if i held the kegel or did too many consecutively. As for reverse kegels, i havent quite mastered them yet. But from reading this it seems you don't lose any of your erection if you do those to prevent from ejaculation?

                          Okay i lied, thought of one more question. I've also read here that if you do kegels/reverse kegels through sex/edging that you will prolong the PONR. I am yet to try this, because first i'm attempting to perfect my reverse kegels. Have any idea on this?

                              Had sex this morning and lasted 15 minutes. Condom was on last 5. Had some intermittent periods of hard fast thrusting. Still not edging, can't wait to see the improvements when I get a consistent edging routine going.

                              For anyone who is trying to cure their premature ejaculation like I am working on know this, it is a bumpy road. I am gaining control but the other day I came in 10-20 seconds. Just stay on the grind. It truly is like working out. You can have the best program in the world but unless you stick to something consistently you won't improve.

                                Good progress Connor and congratulations on sex 3-5 days a week...That is a real reinforcer especially as you last longer and longer. And as yo unsaid so succinctly, if you cum in 10 seconds, try to enjoy the ejaculation and then go on to doing it again. Those singular events will always happen occasionally.
