Pity I didn't notice this progress log before (probably because it was outside of premature ejaculation forum) I think that your progress is very good and that you are doing very well on self-analyzing and self-optimizing so for now i don't feel the need to add up anything rhather than to congradulate you on your progress.
Remember just never to be discouraged by the sessions where you last short, it will always happen from time to time, but the frequency of it as the time passes and you progress will be less and less, to a point where you will look at that ocurence as a memory and with a right mindset it will only boost you up since you will be able to see just how much you have progressed since then.

Well I have not been very consistent lately and do no edging on a regular basis outside of sex, which I am going to change. But I am light years from where I was. The other night I lasted for 25 minutes and only put a condom on at the last minute or 2 so I could cum inside my girl. But I don't have the level of control I desire all the time.
I still cannot isolate my kegels well. And have seen no improvement in my rk isolation, but I haven't really worked on it.

I got back to performing my kegels everyday last week. 300k/525rk. Had sex several times with varying degrees of control, but no edging. I don't know about anyone else but I have difficulty allocating an extra 30 minutes in my day to practice. Maybe I need to get up early in the morning and do it.

Stopped doing my k/rk for about 2 months and needless to say I regressed! But the way I see it is that it's a good thing; they work!
Current routine is 50k/100rk once per day, going to twice per day starting Monday. Edging will be unscheduled as usual.
For anyone who reads what I have done as a how-to-guide I want you to know that I still cannot perform reverse kegels with good technique. I need to use increased IAP to get the stretch. My regular kegels are also performed without great control. I do not believe that perfect motor control is as important as the focus on the muscle while performing the exercises is. In other words if we use a grading scale of 0-10 with 0 being none and 10 being absolute/perfect, kegels or any variant performed with a form/technique of 5 and focus of 10 are more effective than their opposite. So just relax, and do the drills, having the faith that they will work. But most importantly be consistent. Had I not had periods of inconsistency I think I would be at near complete control of my ejaculation now.

yes you are completely right i missed some pages and now i saw that you sometimes last around 15-20 mins. Sorry my misunderstanding of your situation, as you stated above that you cummed in 2 mins last sex session you and your lady had (lazy me getting all this wrong).
