Exactly. I don't feel like it is necessary to explain if you read entire thread. But I guess I am wrong.
I went from instant ejaculation and, began training very diligently for around say 4 months and got most of my results. Then had periods where I was inconsistent and still kept my gains mostly, but started to slide. I then for medical and occupational reasons stopped for almost 6 months. I am still better than where I was and I know I will get back, and improve further. I did not post every time I had sex but I was lasting for 10 or more minutes on a regular basis at a pace and intensity that was more than enough for a female to orgasm; which from my perspective is astounding progress that I did not believe was ever possible(especially after reading mainstream literature/research). Anything you have to train to be proficient in will require maintenance.

So it has been two weeks since I began a pelvic floor routine. Last night I had sex for the first time in 7 days and lasted approximately 15 minutes... not bad. I'm going to stay at my current level 50k/100rk twice per day Monday-Friday until I plateau. I haven't edged in a very long time, strengthening my belief that pelvic floor strength, endurance, and control are the base for sexual health and performance.

Quick question:
Today after my clamping combined with edging session after almost 1 hour i nearly cummed but i stopped it with my finger entirely because i had no choice and i just didn't want to cum because this one of my rules in my PE process. Is this a bad thing to do? I didn't felt any pain or something just visible pulsation in my entire dick.Last edited by laky; 02-13-2013, 05:39 PM.
