    Livin Life’s Steady Length & Girth gains

    I started doing PE exercises in the last week of February 2009 trust me go easy at first and don’t rush it.
    I started out with the basic 5 way stretches and jelqs.
    I actually started real slow and missed many workouts but here are my notes straight out of my log book.

    February 26’Th
    Starting stats 6.375” X 5.4” mid shaft 6.050 EG at base.
    No warm up. I know not a good thing
    5 way light stretches in each direction / 30 second holds with 30 seconds in between pulls
    Basic Jelqs / light O.K. grip for 5 minutes.
    This was 1 day on 3 days off a lot of times missing 5 days in a row a lot going on not enough time.


    March 18’Th
    6.420 Length X 5.430 EG mid shaft
    March 18th I took measurements not much progress decided to invest more time into PE exercise
    Now doing every 4’Th day workout 1day on 3 day’s off with a light medium O.K. grip.
    March 18 2009 stats


    April 18’Th stats
    6.6 length X 5.5 mid shaft
    April 18’Th new measurements showed gains in both length and girth.
    Still no warm up’s.
    5 way stretches 30 seconds for 2 sets
    Basic jelqs with light medium grip 5 – 10 minutes
    1 set of 5 way light stretches every day also in shower and waking up in morning for 30 second holds.
    Kegals 25 for 2 sets 3 second holds

    May 21’st
    6.7” X 5.560 mid shaft
    May 21’st new measurements showed small gains length and girth
    I am increasing to a medium pull on stretches.
    5 way stretches 30 seconds 2 sets with (medium) pull
    O bends 4 to the left 4 to the right 20% erect
    Basic Jelqs with medium O.K. grip
    3 Ulis for 10 second hold
    Also doing a medium hold ULI with left hand while using right hand jelqs using a light O.K...Grip. 2 sets
    For 20 second holds jelq stroke 3-4 seconds long.
    Kegals 25 reps for 2 sets 3-4 second holds


    O.K. so now I start measuring like crazy and put in my log book every time I see a gain of .1 in length
    and anything in girth.

    Now with the medium pulls the length starts to come faster along with girth, being I also increased girth workout.

    NOTE
    Veins are getting bigger
    Increase Kegals to 5 second holds 2 sets of 25 every 2nd or 3rd day.

    June 5’Th
    6.9” X 5.580” EG mid shaft.

    June 11’Th
    7.0” X 5.620” eg mid shaft

    June 14’Th FINALLY DOING REAL WARM UPS !

    June 19’Th
    7.1” X 5.620” eg mid shaft

    June 26’Th
    7.150” X 5.650”

    July 2’nd
    7.2” X 5.7
    Veins were much larger and that bad boy looked very MEAN hehehe

    I really envy less is more guys, keep it up mate be careful of the bad side of PE.. having to carry a snake in your pants.. joke your log was inspiring your nearing you 1 inch gain and with the flow of things you'll definitely get more than that.. Thanks for sharing

    No specific target, no length and girth just a 100% EQ and a enjoyable session^^ but gains will be welcome :P

      yes I gained .825 in Lenght and .300 in Girth in 4 months not a big gainer
      but I am happy with the small steady gains, I think I will reach my short term goal of
      7.25" X 5.75" by 2nd week of August.

      Most times I do edge right after workouts for about 5 minutes
      and another 5 minutes on my second rest day just to get the blood flowing thru.
      Almost forgot 3-4 days a week with the wife so qiute a bit of edging.
      My present schedule consists of 1 day on and 3 days off
      The PI's are back on day 2-3 depending on previous workout.
      sometimes after a workout it feels little knumb and little bit sore but after the 3 days rest i
      see a small gain.
      I think some of the hard gainers should try to rest more days and see what happens it has to be
      not enough intensity or not enough time to recouperate (rest)

        Congrats man!! You're stats are very similiar to mine and I hope I continue to do as well as you. I'll be watching you close now for motivation.

            If you take another jump in girth like on your stats I will be wacthing you for motivation.
            I have a reasonable final goal wich is all I want at 7.5"-8.00" Lenght depending on wife
            and 6.00" Girth.

              I am in mid 40's and wife loves it as a matter of fact I let her do a PE workout on me after 5 minutes of jelqs and
              1 15 second Uli and wacthing her face like she just seen the devil and then she said ohh my god look how big it is
              at that moment in time with the ULI around 5.8" thick well I never got to finish the workout doing PE she tore her
              pants off and you know the rest.

                I've decided that most likely my girth gains were actually due to ignorance on EQ and such and my original measurements could have been slightly short, which also could have affected my length measurement. But never the less, whether EQ or actual increase in size, I do have my gains thanks to PE and all the gurus here at the gym. Wife's BD is in May and I hope to reach 8" by May/2010. 2/3s of a foot.

                      O.K. the last time I measured just before my workout on Thursday July 2, 2009
                      Here is what posted
                      July 2'nd
                      7.2" X 5.7"
                      This measurement on girth was off by 0.013" according to my digital caliper measurement
                      between the two line's on the measuring tape wich was 5.687" Girth.

                      I Did a decent workout after measurements on 7/2/09 and rested (4 DAYS) with only a 5 minute edging on
                      second day off and had sex 2 times with wife.

                      My new measurements were done 7/6/09 four day's later and showed another nice small gain this one being 0.035" girth gain.

                      July 6'th
                      7.2 X 5.720"

                          Here is a quick look on how my progress is looking.
                          I think I am having good sucess due to a good intense workout while GIVING MYSELF ENOUGH REST TIME !
                          Time to heal.
                          Four days off on this last one, positive PI's on day 3 plus an extra day.

                              This last measurement was with a 1 week vacation just some easy stretching for 2 days while on vacation.

                              I did a workout after measuring and feeling a bit sore, but this is when I give it a 3 day rest and usually see a gain
                              Rest day 1 do nothing but heating pad in morning and night for 15 minutes.
                              Rest day 2 just stretch out easy and edging for 5 minutes to get blood flowing and use heat pad morning and night 15 minutes.
                              Rest Day 3 same as day 2 but edge for 10 minutes also have sex with wife on 1 or 2 of my rest days.
                              I had been slacking on my lenght and focusing mainly on girth and the lenght seems just a little bit harder to get now but I want to
                              focus on both lenght and girth again mainly to get a total of 1" in lenght since starting PE just need .125" to go well lets just round it off to .150"
                              for a lenght of 7.4"
