I thought I'd give a little update. Basically I'm at the end of the road.
I could easily gain more BPFSL, but every time I try I get such a huge loss of sensitivity that I can't edge properly and end up screwing up my PF, not to mention the vicious cycle of numbness → overstimulation → more numbness.
When I'm like that I have lots of trouble getting and staying hard, and I really can't afford that now that I'm in a relationship.
Sensitivity and EQ eventually come back if I stop all aggressive stretching for a while, but by then I'll have lost my last little bit of gains.
I'm pretty sure I've tried everything. So from now on it will be short casual stretches only, hard enough to hopefully not lose more length, but not so hard that I lose my sensitivity again.Last edited by Stan; 10-30-2020, 06:33 AM.

Hey Stan,
you are very encouraging and inspiring (especialy your photo album)
. Being dedicated for so many years is amazing.
I started in 2015 and have always fallen off my routines but for some weird reason I'm able to come back and try new things.
I'm very close of hitting the 8" milestone and I won't stop there!
Thank you for sharing your hard work and experience.Start 7.2 x 4.8 Current 8.3 x 5.4

Did you go past 10" bpel all this time?
Do you think you could have done things different from the beginning with avoiding overstimulation/numbness?
Could you please define "edging properly" please? Not using hands at all, only RKs and reverse front kegels?
I have more questions, hope that's ok, you're the best!
Could you define "the end of the road" ? Do you think you've "wasted" all the "gains potential" forever?
How long should a deconditioning break be? in months, from your experience, what you felt was best for gaining again.

Yes at my peak I think I hit 10.25" a couple of times. Nowadays I can't really get to 100% anymore, and I've lost a good bit of BPFSL, but I'm still a little over 10", like maybe 10"1/8, I don't measure very often at all anymore.Originally posted by tspot180 View PostDid you go past 10" bpel all this time?
The sensitivity issues appeared quite late in my journey, when I broke my long plateau in late 2015, and they've gotten way worse after I hit my peak in 2018 and tried to make more gains. Basically every time I stretch hard enough to feel the good old fatigue in the base, it gets numb for several days.Do you think you could have done things different from the beginning with avoiding overstimulation/numbness?
My way of getting to max erection and staying there (the key to my EL gains) is to use very light stimulation so I can avoid any kind of strong IKs. When numb, that light stimulation is not pleasurable enough to keep a good erection, and if I use heavier stimulation I get IKs and reach the PONR before I'm fully erect.Could you please define "edging properly" please? Not using hands at all, only RKs and reverse front kegels?
It still feels like there's an EL gain waiting to happen but it never comes because I can't get to max erection, most notably my CS is still super flat especially near the head, and the head doesn't inflate as much as it used to. It feels like the CC has taken all the available space, preventing the CS to expand, if it makes sense. Maybe some sort of targeted jelqing could help, but so far any kind of jelqing has always made me more numb.Could you define "the end of the road" ? Do you think you've "wasted" all the "gains potential" forever?
My best course of action would probably be to leave it completely alone and hope for 10/10 EQ to eventually come back, but in the meantime I will have lost a lot of BPFSL (I'm sure I already have lost some since I stopped the hard stretching but I don't measure anymore because it would be hard stretching), and nothing tells me the numbness issue wouldn't still be there if I resume stretching after that.
I never really did breaks. My plateau was due to inability to gain more BPFSL, and I broke it when I find ways to stretch harder, bundled stretches notably. BTW I have a lingering feeling that my issues of the past years are related to my heavy use of bundled stretches back then. How long should a deconditioning break be? in months, from your experience, what you felt was best for gaining again.
Keep them coming, and thanks for the appreciation!I have more questions, hope that's ok, you're the best!

Thanks a lot, great answer.
So if your peak was in 2018, do you mean you have been stretching since 2015 consistently like you were doing in 2012-2014?
I am really curious because I always thought stretching so hard so often would create a "permanent" plateau..
How effective do you think stretching for long periods of time is? as opposed to what you're doing.

Yes it was pretty consistent from 2016 to 2018 but with lower volume than in the first phase. And I'm sure I could still easily gain more BPFSL but I have to fix my sensitivity/CS issues first.Originally posted by tspot180 View PostSo if your peak was in 2018, do you mean you have been stretching since 2015 consistently like you were doing in 2012-2014?
Turns out it doesn't if you do it right. I think the key to avoiding the toughening that keeps you from gaining at some point is to keep your IC muscle relatively weak so it doesn't have a strong "grip" on the tunica at the base if it makes sense. That grip getting even weaker is probably the cause for the low EQ that immediately follows a BPFSL gain.I am really curious because I always thought stretching so hard so often would create a "permanent" plateau..
I think that keeping it under low tension for long durations after the hard stretching makes sense, but the tunica deformation must happen in the first place. Long time/low tension may work on the lig but I don't think tunica stretching can happen that way, not for me anyway. How effective do you think stretching for long periods of time is? as opposed to what you're doing.

Hey Stan, not sure if it has been mentioned in this thread before, if so-sorry, I didn't read the whole thread.
BUT if you're having EQ problems, PLEASE try out the angion method. I promise you will get the best EQ of your life!Progress Log: 45 Days: Angion Method & Fordyce Spots

Hey Stan!
How did qutting cigarettes/smoking impact your EQ? I am also struggling to lay off and never do, just curious. Do you smoke anymore, btw?Last edited by TheseStolenBalenciagas; 03-05-2021, 02:30 PM.

I'm pretty sure I've finally found the way to get my unit back in shape: kegels, kegels and more kegels. Short heavy duty front kegels targeted as far out as possible (I call them tip kegels), and sustained lighter BC/PC kegels, all flaccid. Also, no RKs whatsoever, even having to push to pass stool takes me back a step.
The reason it took me so long to get back on track is that for the longest time I thought I had a tense PF (I had many of the symptoms) and did RKs only, with zero improvement. It was incredibly difficult to start doing decent Ks again after that.
Now the CS is slowly coming back to life, it bulges as much as it used to up to mid-shaft. It still tapers off dramatically toward the head but doesn't feel completely empty anymore. I'm clearly back into a virtuous circle of stronger muscle → more CS → more sensitivity → better edging → stronger muscle, but it's still a long way to go, my PF still feels much weaker than it used to.
So basically I'm back in my old ways, I had always felt I could never kegel too much, and as I gained I probably needed it even more without fully realizing it. The difference is that I had no idea back then how toxic RKing was for me but looking back it's totally consistent with my past experiences.
I completely quit smoking 8 years ago when I took on vaping, and I quickly noticed improvements in EQ. I still vape with pretty high nicotine.Originally posted by TheseStolenBalenciagas View PostHow did qutting cigarettes/smoking impact your EQ? Hey Stan! Hope you're good! First let me say that your posts and albums were the ones that fully convinced me PE actually worked, congrats on these very impressive gains. I have a very cartesian mind and seeing the amount of detail and accuracy that you provided throughout your PE journey made me realise how effective PE was. I went through pretty much all of your posts (took me a while lol) and I have a few question if you don't mind..
1) If I understood correctly, your starting size was 22cm bpel and around 19.5cm nbpel. Yet you complained about it not looking impressive enough so i'm starting to doubt how big 8 nbpel is to women. Were there also wows and laughs at your starting size? I am asking this as I am 7 x 5.9 nbpel (~8in bpel) and want to get to 7.75-8in nbpel. Also like you, I am in no way looking to gain girth.
2) In your opinion, what would 7 nbpel be classified as in terms of size irl?
3) You also mentioned getting at your max erection and staying there for a while. Do you recall how long you were staying at 100% for approximately?
4) If you had the information you currently have about stretching and had the possiblity to start off from scratch again, how would you proceed? Would you have done things differently?
5) Somehow I can't find the videos of the techniques you uploaded on xvideos. Is it just me or did you delete them?
EDIT : for question 2 I also meant to ask your opinion about 8 nbpelLast edited by maalem; 03-08-2021, 08:44 AM.
