  • I'm still here, I've been waiting for something worthy of an update to happen but it doesn't come.

    Basically I'm on a break, waiting for my best EQ to come back. It's been several months with no max erection whatsoever.

    My current theory on my whole PE experience is that successful tunica stretching somehow disrupts the balance/synergy between the BC and IC muscles, maybe making them slightly shift from one another, or just preventing them to press against one another the way they should, in any case making the BC feel weak and like it doesn't occupy as much space as it should, in turn allowing abnormally "ample" IC IKs to happen, resulting in inadequate blood pumping/retention.

    Things improve as soon as the BC muscle gets in better shape thanks to correctly focused strong kegels, i.e. targeting the BC only and as much "to the front" as possible.

    So it's as though the BC needs to be rebuilt bigger/stronger/farther out with each gains cycle, until some point where it's just not possible anymore and the only way out is to stop all pull on the IC/tunica so things eventually "heal" back to what they were at the last successful EQ recovery/EL gain.

    At that point resuming stretching will result in the same issue, so a long break is needed in order to regain some fresh "BC strength capital" thanks to lots of healthy, strong erections.

    So I'm in the exact same plateau situation as in 2014 after my first gains streak. Right now I'm at the point where my general EQ has become pretty good again but I still can't get to 100% no matter what, the last inch or so before the head just won't get rock hard the way it should. Back then it came back after 5 months so I'm not worried even though it's been a bit longer than that already.

      Have you considered any glute and pelvic strengthening exercises to help?

      Also, are you taking any supplements to energize your EQ? What is your diet like as well? Negative stress level?

          I know you were the first one to introduce to me the idea that 'an increase in BPFSL leads to an increase in BPEL', so I want to know more about the intricacies of this effect.
          IMO you need to stretch the tunica to see EL gains. Back when I was first plateaued I kept on gaining BPFSL without any change in BPEL, and that's probably because I stretched downwards then, so those FSL gains mostly came from the lig. EL gains resumed after I started successfully stretching straight out again, i.e. targeting the tunica. I also got back the bit of erection angle I had lost to downward stretching.

          Although I believe that simply being able to somehow exert more force than before is what allowed me to resume successful tunica stretching, it's also possible that the lig not being in the way anymore allowed a more direct access to the tunica at that point. In that case it would mean that any FSL gain is ultimately good. What direction(s) have you been stretching so far?

          The bulk of my gains happened over 18 months in 2012-13, from stretching straight out. BPFSL gains stopped, followed by BPEL. After a long EQ recovery I started experimenting with new ways to gain BPFSL, downward stretching worked but I got no BPEL gains from it. Then starting in late 2015 I managed to stretch the tunica again and BPEL gains resumed. Bundled stretches might have had something to do with it, or the overextended lig "freeing up" the tunica, or overall better technique, I still don't know. Now I'm plateaued again, this time not because of inability to further stretch the tunica, but solely because of EQ not keeping up anymore with the tunica gains.

          Sure, just don't go overboard with the intensity at first so you don't hurt yourself.

          I haven't seen much discussion regarding warm-ups before you stretch. When you first began did you focus on warming up your dingus before stretching it? I'm curious here as many of the other routines - and beginner routines emphasize warm-up and warm-down
          Probably a good idea, but I've never done it.

          The whole tunica thing seems scary to me - could you elaborate or link somewhere that explains the effectiveness you've found in doing this?
          Look up TGC and smooth muscle theories, they explain it quite well.

          • I think this is the most legit thread on this site. I was wondering, if i m currently gaining from manual stretching straight forward and upwards, just like you said lock-shock stretches which feel the best for me, should i consider hanging? i 've tried it and actually felt good, better EQ and such. For the record, i think much more force is applied manually from lock shock stretches, i ve managed to hang 6.5 kg for several minutes and didn t feel the same force i apply with my hands but that continuos stretch that i can t hold as long with my hand seemed to give me better EQ..

              • When i first started with PE my EQ went up nicely I felt like 16 again, now i started pumping and using a stretcher and jelqing and my EQ suffers to the point where i cant even maintain a solid boner using a half cialis. It sucks big time, I have a new gf and she is hot and I cant get a boner longer than 5 minutes. My penis top part of the shaft hurts like burn cant do any pulling or anything on it. I think i am just gonna give all this a break till my EQ comes back

                • Just a thought but i have some really good experience with «the angion method» i did not take it very seriously AS it seemed like a very low intensity method. I’m more of «no pain no gain» person. But i was really impressed about the immidate effect on my eq. I have struggled with eq loss also but it have not occured since i implemented angion 3-4 times a week. It only takes a couple of minutes each day. Havent seen any gains from it but eq effect is indisputable. (For me at least..)

                      Maybe stop using the stretcher that cuts off circulation to the top part of penis?

                      • i guess better than before i started PE..that s usually why i do it because of EQ, i started out of curiosity from reading what that sayan22 snake whateva was saying about hanging, but i think you can gain actually better from manual stretches not being any risks involved and feeling yourself actually

                          • looked at it a while back hmmm I have sex daily often twice if i can trying to get a boner for all that thumb rubbing seems difficult and i find it hard to believe that just by doing that i will see gainz hmm

                            • H stan i am new to this and have just started jelqing. After seeing your crazy results i have been inspired to reach my goal of 9" but i am currently at 7". Do you think it would be possible for me to reach that goal in a year? and how long will it take me to gain 0.5 inches in erect length?
