    Yes

What was the duration of each stretch and how long have been your sessions throughout the day?
30-40 second per stretch, 3-4 stretches per session, 5-6 sessions a day.

Do you sometimes experience decreased flaccid size (like its not as plump)?
Actually for me a plumper flaccid is a sign of overworking, like too much edging and/or a pelvic floor imbalance.
Its normal healthy state is thin, long and all floppy.

I decided to give it another shot, now that I might have found a way to keep a good EQ after downward stretching sessions by adding equally strong upward stretches and a few sideways stretches. Why this never occurred to me before I don't know.
First I have to get my best BPFSL back, and I'll probably get there very soon, then we'll see what happens

      • So you did these outward stretched in small bursts throughout the day? Did you ever warmup?(I imagine not since you had such small sessions), and also how many times a week, did you have any rest days at all?

          No.

No rest days, I think they are counter-productive with stretching.

          --------------------

I'm back at it after a two-week vacation with no privacy.
Just before that, I matched my all-time best BPFSL, a tad over 10"9/16 post-workout. My glans has become very soft during this break so I have to take it easy for a few days, but I don't seem to have lost any BPFSL, went back to 9/16" after just a couple of light sessions this morning.

          • Glans gets sore extremely fast, it's probably going to take a good two weeks of reconditioning before I can go full workout again

I have no experience with extenders.

I'm not the one to ask about it, I avoid girth exercises because I do not want any girth gains.

                  • Back at it, max BPFSL is still a tad past the 9/16" mark. EQ is good for now.

                    • BPFSL gains have resumed, first morning measurement is now 17/32", max is 19/32", EQ still good.

                      • Max BPFSL is now a solid 10"5/8. Still no EQ loss, and no signs of EL gains either.

                        • You mention not having rest days now. Has this been the case even from the start? Did you not have a period of bruising or having poor EQ that you wanted to wait a few days to resolve?

Also, I see in your progress data chart that you started making quicker gains after the 182 day mark. Do you attribute this to anything? Any words of wisdom you have for beginners? Keep up the informative posts

Yes, I don't think rest days are a good idea with stretching.

Yes, but it's not stretching that caused those issues.

I dont think the difference is significant. There's a lack of measurement points for the 150 first days that makes it look that way, but overall the gains were pretty steady, up until the very last bit that took a long time.

Any words of wisdom you have for beginners?
If you're after length, learn how to measure your BPFSL accurately and consistently, and measure it often, it will help a lot with organizing things and not wasting time.

                            • Max BPFSL goes a tad past the 5/8" mark now. Flaccid and early semis look and feel bigger. EQ might have taken a slight hit but I'm not sure yet.

I finally decided to officially change the way I measure my BPEL, to make it easier, more consistent, and to make my stats better reflect my actual gains. I already mentioned that I started "pushing it out" as much as possible at some point, so I wouldn't be tempted to do it more and more over time and see gains that don't exist. The thing is, I probably managed to do it more and more anyway, the position was getting pretty extreme, hurtful even. This doesn't mean I didn't make those gains, just that they were overall less substantial than what the measurements suggested.

So, now I'll be measuring in an upright position, straight back and straight legs, which will severely limit how much pelvis tilting I can do and thus will be much closer to the way I used to measure in the early days.

In fact I've been measuring that way for quite some time now, and even with the ruler flat (easier to read) I get very consistent measurements.

So, long story short I'll know for sure I've made some gains when I reach past the 9"13/16 mark
