  • Bruises are a topical issue on the forum. Some types of bruises go away easily after a few days or weeks, and other people have reported having bruises for months! I have experienced bruises a few times on my glans from clamping and phallosan. With the phallosan, I got bruising, took two weeks off and it went away, then the second I wore it the bruises came back again. So, I had two options, keep wearing it and hope they go away again or take time off and possibly have the same thing happen. I kept wearing it and they went away after a week.

This has happened me a few times with the phallosan but they are bruises that go away quickly. You just have to take care and guess what type of bruise you have yourself. I know people will typically say rest and avoid exercise etc, but in my case that approach would have prevented me from doing PE indefinitely because it would have just kept coming back after the break, in my case the bruises were just "adjustment" bruises, if that makes sense.

    • I've read that people have experienced bruises like that before and I agree. I'd take a rest and identify the type of bruising it is by returning and seeing if it comes back.

I will rest this day since I have my gym workout to do

I will continue with my PE journey tomorrow since the bruise is not purple or blue and it became smaller.

The bruise has a light red color to it.

                    • Take more rest, it is healing now, give it more time for recovery.

OK then it is barely visible now so I think I will be able to continue with PE at 27.3.2014

Better be sure about it and rest a little bit more

I cannot see the bruising at all so it is fully healed will do my workout 27.3.2014 with a not so much intensity.

To be honest this small break was good to me since I got morning wood every morning and got more random erections during day

                          Day 20/60, 21/60 , 22/60 , 23/60, 24/60 and 25/60 of No Porn:COMPLETED

                            10 minutes warm up(heating pad)

90 modified V-jelqs: I was doing these with lower erection %

                            150 UJ's: I didn't loose my erection so much

Stretching: 30 second stretches while holding my penis to different directions + Circle stretches(4x)

                            10 minutes warm down(heating pad)

                            Kegeling routine:

                            100 normal kegels

                            80 reverse kegels

How it felt: I was excited to get back into PE again I started with modified V-jelqs and I didn't squeeze as hard which made my dick expand a lot.

With UJ's I didn't squeeze as hard as previously since I need to use less force since I do not want bruises again.

I actually felt UJ's better that way and I wasn't loosing my erections like previously.

My glans expanded a lot which is a good thing. I got a little edema but that comes with the terriroty

Stretches went well and I stayed fully flaccid for the most part.

Other stuff: I will be measuring 4.5.2014 which is more than a month away.

The bruising made me push my previous measuring date further.

Next workout 29.3.2014(depends on my PI's)

                                Kegeling routine update:

Going to switch up my normal kegels and decrease them to 75 reps a day. I will be performing quick kegels for 25 reps three times a day.

I'm also going to focuse on actually touching PC muscle and feeling it contracting.

Locating your PC muscle: To locate your PC muscle, lightly place two fingers behind your testicles.
Now imagine that you are urinating and want to stop the flow.

I'm going to perform these kegels daily while in the past I have not done kegeling on my rest days from my PE workouts.

I will be following this routine for 3-4 weeks and then moving towards 5 second kegels.

                                New kegeling routine:

25 quick kegels split into 3 sessions daily=75 kegels

                                80 reverse kegels
