    I will say my flaccid looks twice as big now.. especially after traction wrapping :P

        update

        had a pretty good session tonight!

        10 min hot wrap warmup
        10 mins of stretching (holding the ventral aspect of the penis (under the base to prevent turkey neck) - U,D,L,R,O w/ 10 second heli's between each set... Out hold stretches held for 1 min each
        ~15 mins of wet jelqs @ EQ from 3-6 for 300
        5 mins of stretches again (resistance stretches)
        2 x 10 second uli's + stretch up, down, left right during uli
        10 second stretch up, down, left, right
        60 second out stretch
        15 min hot shower warmdown

        I feel good =)

              I haven't read the whole thread so I'm not sure what split he is on, but a 5 on 2 day split works well for overtraining. The 5 days on are spent overtraining and then you get two full rest days to recover. From my (short) experience, this helps to maintain EQ - which may start to slip towards the end of 5 days of training.

                  update

                  took tonight off... did traction wrap all day.. ~ 10 hours... began running treadmill... runner's penis (when penis retracts)... sooooo uncomfortable

                  tonight... do some heli's, light stretches, heli's, light stretches, heli's, light edging... IN the shower. warmed up for 5 mins.. then warmed down for 5 mins

                  off night overall.

                  I'm still a beginner.. in my 3rd month... I'll till to 2 on 1 off for another few months

                  thanks tho guys... eventually i will do 5 on 2 off :P

                      • Banana, I'm not sold on the following idea, but I thought I'd throw it out there for your consideration: At what point do we become counterproductive when trying to eliminate turtling? I'm becoming more and more convinced that turtling (not excessive, but basic turtling) could be a sign the penis is repairing, thus growing. Your thoughts?

                          could be. would be good for me (and you if you're in the same boat)... I mean... upon tissue repair.. the body's physiology has a common response. splint the SOI w/ swelling, release macrophages and leukocytes... + thrombocytes to SOI... clear debris/microbial invaders... and begin repairing process...

                          I am under the understanding / impression that jelqing promotes the microscopic tearing of fibrous tendinous/ligemental tissues allowing for progressive repair that would and could take weeks at a time. Tendons and ligaments do not heal as quickly and efficiently as muscles do... especially with severe trauma... That's why it makes sense the growth of these tissues takes years... initial gains could be a result of external stimuli exciting the repair process that occurs physiologically... similar to adaptive muscular resistance training, but with repeated bouts the wear & tear eventually build up a pseudo immunity where you need to begin 'shocking' the system into growth...

                          ..I know it doesn't work QUITE that way, but I'll spare you the science talk :P

                            I am actually amazed... I was able POST-PE to stretch my flaccid LONGER than my erect length.. I really hope that's a positive PI!
