Just back from a week up the coast. I had to forego JP's routine and stick to piss pulls ... just quick kegel stretching whenever the opportunity was there. I'll take the weekend off and hopefully be back on track from Monday.

Okay ... a good consistent week of JPs routine.

10 minute rice sock warm up
25 quick stretch kegels to the left, right, and upwards separated by helicopter shakes and circle stretches.
3 sets of 50 slow wet jelqs at mostly low erection level ... my main goal is length
50 V jelqs after the first wet jelq set, and then 50 A jelqs after the next 2 wet jelq sets

I'm not warming down with the rice sock ... although, I tried it one day. But I usually jump in the shower and stretch a little as I wash the remnants of the moisturiser off so hopefully that's positive.

I quite like the intensity I can get with the A jelq (downward) compared to the V jelq (upward), but I'll still keep one V jelq set just for variety and to help me keep track of how many sets I've done each session

I'm not doing anything with extenders at the moment, I felt I was running the risk of overdoing it again. I'll re-assess that at the end of February. The bungee cord arrangement to the knee seems a goer for discretion. I might try make something up in readiness.

I checked my LOT and it is low, so that will be an issue to consider post-JPs routine.

We've got Australia Day coming up down here so privacy on Monday and Tuesday might be a problem for me, hopefully I'll get the routine done.

I'll take measurements in a week or so, and I'm hoping for growth, but not massively confident at this stage.

      I think that's about it??

First workout of the week and I tried the 2 finger jelq advocated in another thread. Too intense. I got a huge fluid build up towards the glans on the underside . I have it traction wrapped at the moment. If that doesn't settle it down before tomorrow, I'll take a couple of extra days rest .

Despite the problematic start to the week, I still managed to get another consistent week of JPs routine in. On Thursday and Friday I added a couple of tunica stretches in ... mainly to try them. I can't say that they're terribly comfortable, nor can I hold them for more than about 10 seconds. Not sure if I'll persevere with them.

Went to a boating supply place today and bought a few things to make an extender ... essentially the type that has an elastic cord attached to a strap around the knee. The strap and cord are easy enough ... the method of attachment to the penis will be the tricky part.

I did a test and found that some of the stretch is lost when sitting ... which I do a fair bit of at work. Challenges, challenges!!!

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday have all gone well with JPs routine. Plus I've added in 3 x 20 second tunica stretches to my pre-jelq stretching.

I've also made an ADS using an elastic cord to the knee. Monday I managed 4 hours post PE work-out plus 2 hours later in the day ... and Tuesday I managed 4 hours. But I changed the noose to a strap and today I easily did 6 and a half hours ... but for some reason the last half hour wasn't comfortable so I stopped. I'm wearing it at work and feeling a little self conscious ... but no-one's staring at my groin so it's obviously discrete enough. The ADS varies from keeping me extended if I'm in a seated position, up to a gentle stretch when I stand or walk.

I'm feeling quite positive about the ADS ... I really feel that I need to add something to JPs routine if I'm going to see results ... and RockofFox's experience reinforces that for me. It's also why I've added the tunica stretches.

Now I just need to keep up with the consistency!!

The consistency is a big thing Stumpy. But I dont see consistency as having to do every single routine you plan, if you miss one here and there, so what, you'll make it up later, but consistency I recon is about doing the majority of routines over time.

Agreed Rock ... I'm not obsessing, and I did miss a few over the new year ... but I want to give myself every chance of success and a decent level of consistency is one factor.

JPs routine today with no warm up 'cos of unusual circumstances. Plus close to 7 hours of ADS.

Another week down of JP's routine with some tunica stretches added in.

Did around 8 hours total with the ADS today. I had it going for about 3 hours when an old friend invited me out for a coffee. I figured it'd be safer to take it off so I did for an hour and then started again.

I go to the can to take "breaks and shakes" every hour or so and my flaccid hang looks good. It doesn't last terribly long though ... but hopefully that will change over time.

Two days of rest coming up!!

                    A new Monday ... JP's routine +:

10 minute rice sock warm up
25 quick kegel stretches to the left, 10 circle stretches, 20 second tunica stretch, helicopter shake
25 quick kegel stretches to the right, 10 circle stretches, 20 second tunica stretch, helicopter shake
25 quick kegel stretches upwards, 10 up/down stretches, 20 second tunica stretch, helicopter shake
                    50 wet jelqs and 50 V jelqs
                    50 wet jelqs and 50 A jelqs
                    50 wet jelqs and 50 A jelqs
                    Shower to warm down
10 hours wearing the bungee ADS with breaks and shakes every hour or so

I did a test with some extra wrapping (toilet paper) on the ADS and I did the 10 hours reasonably comfortably. So I'll come up with something more permanent. I also increased the amount of stretch at the 3 or 4 hour mark and that felt fine.

I'm feeling good about this shift in the routine.

Good stuff stumpy, looks like you've got it under control.

Great log by the way, nicely spelt out exactly what your doing

                        Thanks Rock.

Funnily enough, I decided to spell out my routine even more clearly today because I've seen the value of keeping this record. Specifically, I was getting a little bit despondent at seeing no changes and so I went back and checked my log and found that I haven't even completed 3 (reasonably) consistent months of JP's routine.

The realisation that I was just being impatient, and the feeling I'm getting with the ADS have combined to spark me up a notch.

Ok ... JP's routine as in Post 24 above.

And then 7 and a half hours with the bungee ADS. It was still set at the slightly tighter length I set half way through yesterday which probably contributed to a slightly reduced time today due to a bit of discomfort.

11 hours with the bungee ADS today. I dropped the tension a little and modified my wrapping which helped make things a little more comfy than yesterday.

The flaccid hang afterwards is great ... although, it doesn't last as long as I would like.

I haven't checked girth, but I've quickly checked length and there's no change

Which is largely why I've added in the ADS plus a little more stretching. I'm not worrying too much about the measurements. I think I'll roll along for a while trying to keep my routine focussed and if I see a change, I'll grab the tape.

                                Anywayz ...

I did JP's as shown in post 24 plus 9 and a bit hours of bungee ADS. I thought I wouldn't last 'cos I couldn't get the ADS quite comfortable but I raided the first aid kit for some wrapping and I was fine.
