    Details:

    I'm going to try to hit 2.5hrs today. Usually the first pull of the day kind of sets the tone to how difficult the rest of the day might be. I got in this morning and it feels pretty good and the weight is distributed along the shaft really well so I feel i can go an hour straight. Got a few meetings but we'll see. Definitely trying to hit 10hrs before tomorrow and the end of the hang week.

      Going to get some hanging done then have a christmas party later so when i get back home might do another hour... just glad I'm over 10 on the week. Gotta keep it consistent.

        Details:

        So I think I'm going to rest on Sundays as the start to the new week and a new weight. Take 20mins-30mins max 1hr to keep fatigue going and introduce another lb. Went well cause 9.5 doesn't feel heavy today.

          Details:

          Found an interesting way to hold my stretch throughout the day using the silicon sleeves. It's almost like a breathable wrap. Used it to sit in my extender and there was NO discomfort what-so-ever. Final test...Went to the gym and it held up nicely no turtling and was able to come back home and jump back into my hanger easy peasy...

              I honestly hate how by Thursday hanging starts to feel easy. With a nice Morning hang the ligs are super loose by noon and I feel I could go 3+ hours in this thing (please trust I wont i get freaked out at 30ish mins lol)

                Really pulled yesterday going to go light today since I'll be watching the new Marvel movie thats coming out. Honestly I can do long durations tomorrow with the gf out to working all day. So an 1hr 30 and some extending should do it. I'm definitely going to be hitting 13+ hours this week and am super stocked to at least get a semi rest when i go back home for the holidays next week.

                  Anyway just doing 1.5hrs today cooling down for a big pull tomorrow at 10.5lbs so wish me luck. Going to REALLY be going slow the next weeks because I don't want to get blisters... PIs still good but my skin is peeling I'm wondering if thats a sign of the skin stretching?

                    Honestly 10.5lbs doesn't feel bad at all. Being super careful not to over hang and get blisters but overall glad to be back in the double digits... really feel the pull on my ligs. Riding the fatigue is a feeling i miss lol. Since i am traveling going to try to hit 3hrs today we'll see.
