Details:
I'm going to try to hit 2.5hrs today. Usually the first pull of the day kind of sets the tone to how difficult the rest of the day might be. I got in this morning and it feels pretty good and the weight is distributed along the shaft really well so I feel i can go an hour straight. Got a few meetings but we'll see. Definitely trying to hit 10hrs before tomorrow and the end of the hang week.
