    I did jelq with 75-80% erection level instead of 40-60%, I think I should have gone up to 65-70% and use a lighter grip than I usually do. I will be very careful the next session and use a lighter grip.

      I have to rest for a few more days. The bruises is almost gone but there is a little red left at the glans and I will wait until it’s 100% healed.


      It’s frustrating that I have to rest now but I guess it’s no big deal in the long run. I have only 10 days left on JP90 and I think I will take this resting days now as a break instead of taking 4-5 days break when I’m done with JP90.


      Another thing I have to think about is what exercises I shall do after JP90. Maybe I continuing with the routine for a couple of months or if I do the jelqing from JP90 and doing more stretching down and straight out instead of the stretching routine in JP90.

        You don't have to change anything until it stops working, then consider some adjustments!

          Thanks MrB8, I really appreciate that you give wise advice, it’s easy to get lost in to much advanced stuff as a rookie in this business.


          When I measured 2 weeks ago after 90 days with phallosan and 64 days with JP90 the result was:


          BPEL: +0.2 (0,5 cm)
          MEG: +0.16 (0,4 cm)


          That’s the same as when I measured after about 5 weeks with phallosan and 2 weeks with JP90 so I haven’t gained anything for about 2 months. But, I think I have conditioned my penis and learned how to do the jelqing and stretching in the best way. I like the JP90 routine but maybe I should stretch just down and out? I got the stretch to the left and right from phallosan.


          I will take measurement again in 10 days when I’m finished with the 90 days of JP90 and see if the measurement is still the same as earlier.

              Summary last week:
              Last week became a rest week because of the bruises I got last monday.


              Today:
              Todays session was good when it comes to the jelqing. I was carefully and didn’t use to much force and it was a really god penis workout.


              I did the stretching a couple of hours later and it didn’t work that good. I noticed almost immediately that my glans got really dark on the top. And now a few hours later I still have some bluish/purple dark color near the urethra. I hope it will be gone tomorrow. But from the next session I will cut down on the stretching and add a little more jelqing instead.


              One of the reason is that I have problems with the grip, the problem is worst when I try to stretch down, I have tried lots of things to get a good grip that is suggested on Pegym but it dosen’t work for me. The grip slip and when I got a god grip I have to grip so hard that I get bruises.


              The stretch that usually works best is straight out. So I will do some stretches like this but not use to tight grip and hope that a little more jelqing and my use of phallosan will get me god gains.


              I like to mention that I have tried a little bundled stretching with phallosan and it works like a charm so I’m really hopeful anyway.

                As I wrote in my last post I did find out why I have had problems with bruises the last 10 days, only been able to do one session during this time and thats frustrated. I will not do anymore manually stretching for a while because that has given me bruises and I also had lots of problem with the grip. Going to do a little more jelqing instead. I will continue to use phallosan, that works fine and dosen’t cause any problems, I will also do some bundled stretch with the phallosan.


                So today I could do a workout again, did the jelqing from JP90 and added 150 reps of downwards jelqing as a replacement for the stretching from JP90. I got no bruises and the session was good.


                Next session will be tomorrow with the same routine.

                  These last two nights I have had night wood like never before (well for the last couple of years), I use phallosan at night and I woke up and felt the boner because it’s get tight in the bell. The wood has been for many minutes and last night I now I got it for at least three times during sleep. For me it’s a really positiv sign that it felt really hard and lasted for minutes. I don’t have problems with getting erections but it dosen’t stay hard without stimulation for more then a few seconds before it starts to go down. So if it last for minutes at night/sleep I hope I can improve my erection quality to stay hard for longer time when I have sex or masturbate.


                  Todays workout was as yesterday, just jelqing and going to use phallosan at evening/night. Tomorrow is a rest day and on sunday I will only use phallosan at evening/night. Back on the jelqing on monday again.

                    I’v been thinking a lot this last week and especially this last two days about my workout. I haven’t gained anything after the first gains that I got after a few weeks. So I think that maybe I’m doing to much or to little or this routine just dosen’t fit me. I use phallosan for 6 days a week and lately I have had it on 5 hours at evening and 7 hours at night. So thats 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. And I have done JP90 5 days a week, accept from the last two weeks because of bruises.


                    So far I have done JP90 for 90 days and used phallosan for 117 days (1300 hours).


                    I now that JP90 condition your penis so it’s good that I have done this 90 days. When it comes to phallosan 1300 hours is a lot I think. I’m not complaining and will continue with this device and I hope that it pays of whit some gains.


                    The results (got it really fast, like after 3-5 weeks):
                    BPEL: +0.2 (0,5 cm)
                    MEG: +0.16 (0,4 cm)


                    So from monday I will cut down a little on the hours with phallosan to 3 hours at evening with bundled stretch and 7 hours at night whit ordinary use/stretch.
                    The manual work will only be jelqing, the same jelqing as in JP90 and also some extra jelqing straight down and a some squeezes and no manual stretching. I will try to do the jelqing with a higher erection level than I have done most of the times earlier. I will try to always do it with 50% or more and also make sure that the most of the session is with +70% erection level.


                    I hope this routine will give me some gains and I will do it for 2 months from now and then measure and see if something happens.

                      Hi Scandinavia! I wanted to congratulate on your gains and on keeping such a nice log. Keep up the good work, My husband used the JP90 routine alone with some adjustments, after the initial 90 days. He did it until he exhausted all gains from it and then he added the devices. That might be an option for you to stick with one or the other or modify for a hybrid routine. Keep and eye on your Physiological Indicators if they are negative then a change must happen. Good Luck.

                        Yes, I will continue to workout with the same enthusiasm as I have had from the start and keep an eye on my PI. JP90 is a really god routine and helped me to learn the technique of jelqing and condition my penis.

                          Todays penis workout:
                          This mornings workout was really good. I did jelq with a higher erection level and it worked fine. I did cheek my glans several times during the session and massage it a little for 10-20 seconds if I got som bluish color/spots. It’s not really bruises, it is just that the glans get a few darker spots at the end of the session and they disappeared immediately when I massaged it a little. I finished the session with 20 squeezes before warming down with a heat pad.


                          Workout: Jelqing from JP90, 150 reps jelqing down, 20 squeezes.


                          Time to think about the rest of my body:
                          I have been slacking with my gym training for three weeks now because of vacation. I will start lifting weights and do some cardio training again from Wednesday. I’m going to try to lose some weight and see if I could get rid of some of the fat pad. Right now my fat pad is 1,2 inches (3 cm). I don’t have much overweight, just a couple of pounds maybe so I’m not sure it will make any difference but I will give it a try.

                          Edit: About my fat pad, the thing is that it’s going out a little where it’s meeting the base of my penis. Hard to explain but it’s not 1,2 inches of fat so thats why I think it could be difficult to ”gain” som extra length that way

                            Todays session was the same as yesterday and I like my new routine:
                            Jelqing straight out/slightly upwards 4x50 reps
                            V-jelq 3x30 reps
                            Jelqing downwards 3x50 reps
                            Squeezes 20 reps


                            The phallosan-stretching is what it is. I’m doing three hours bundled stretch with phallosan at evening and then where it for 7 hours at night. The bundled stretch works really good, it had taken a little time to learn how to do them and I still adjusting to get the most out of it. I’m doing 1 hour 3 times with these bundled stretches.


                            Next session tomorrow.

                              Edging:
                              Today was an epiphany when it comes to edging. I have had problems with edging because I seems to lose focus. But not today. I have never seen my penis so big as it was during the edging and also I could focus for the most of the session. So I’m really happy about that. I did 20-22 minutes and didn’t ejeculat and I didn’t reach PONR but I was almost there. The most important thing with this session was that I could focus. I will do a new edging session tomorrow and try to take it up from today with a new good session.


                              Todays session:
                              Jelqing straight out/slightly upwards 4x50 reps
                              V-jelq 3x30 reps
                              Jelqing downwards 3x50 reps
                              Squeezes 30 reps
                              Edging 20-22 minutes

                                Another good edging session. I picked up today where I left yesterday. I edge for 22-23 minutes and finished off by ejeculate. I didn’t reach any point of no return today either but it’s no big deal for me, I'm doing edging for enlargement and I guess I will reach PONR faster in some other session and practicing that too.


                                I will try to stay away from my dick during this weekend and not mastrubate but if there will be some female company and sex comes up I will of course go for it The next edging session will probably not be until tuesday next week.


                                After all a good weeks PE with jelqing and squeezes monday to friday and phallosan for 10 hours a day.
