    Keep up the good work mate! The edging sessions are all about practice practice practice, they get easier with time. Edging is really a skill. Keep putting in those phallosan hours I am going back to using it again myself after a 3 month break so hopefully I can see some gains from it too

      Yes it’s nice to finally start to get a grip of the edging sessions. I will continue with these so I will be better and better at it. This last two sessions was really good and different. I know it will be easier if i cut down on masturbation, so I have to use my willpower here

        Yup definitely, cutting down on masturbation helped with my edging sessions a lot. You have to try to separate the instant satisfaction with masturbation from touching yourself with the edging. It gets easier with time certainly! Anyway, thanks for your support on my progress log too, glad you like it. Keep up the good work here, and remember consistency and dedication is the key

          Phallosan, stretching and my routine:
          I will stop using phallosan at night. It’s too complicated to wear for 7 hours without a break and messes up my sleep which is bad and could result in a negative PI. Going to aim for 6 hours during day time instead (3 of this is bundled). I will also put in some manual stretching again, I did cut it out because of problems with bruises and the grip. To avoid this problem again I will start out with a very light grip and I will separate the stretching from jelqing and squeezes. Instead of counting reps when I stretch I will set the timer for 20-30 minutes and carefully focus on the stretching and do lots of helicopter shakes and rolling my penis between my hands during the stretching session.


          Yesterday was a busy day and I didn’t have time to use phallosan as I usually do but I did 3 hours of bundled and 1 hour of normal phallosan-stretches. Then I had to squeeze in my manual session at the afternoon but it worked well.


          So far I have used phallosan for 1377 hours.


          Todays session:
          Morning: jelqing and squeezes.
          I will do some manual stretching in the afternoon or evening.

            Yeh I found this before as well, that phallosan at night interfered with my sleep because of toilet breaks. Sometimes I would need to pee three or four times in a night so that would mean waking and undoing the phallosan and putting it back on, with the light on, which would wake me up completely every time. Instead of just stumbling into the toilet in a daze and being able to fall straight back asleep afterwards. The phallosan was "waking" me up every time.

            I tried it sleeping last night and got 5 or 6 hours straight without waking, so was happy with that. Throw in the occasional session while sleeping, i.e. at the weekends, where you don't have to be up for work in the morning/don't mind your sleep being a little disrupted.

              Yes, it’s a hell to take it off in the middle of the night. For me the problem is when the foam ring pushing against the base for to long it seems to push against some shaved pubic hair (!!) and it starts to feel painful. And another problem is that I sometimes got really hard erection and wake up when the glans is squeezed in the bell.
              The ”funny” thing is that I didn’t have the problem with the foam ring and pubic hair before. Maybe a part of the problem is that I need to have more tension on the belt now then when I started to use phallosan.

                Yup the extra tension is a bitch at night time. What I always did was drop down the tension at night. I always had "day tension" and "night tension". There is no way you would be able to wear your day time tension at night, it would be too much/annoying/painful. Try it at a reduced tension, low enough that you barely feel it, for night time. This might help. With the phallosan, quantity of hours is key in my opinion, within reason. Sweet spots are 10-15 hours a day, around 6 or 8 hours is minimum, I think.

                  I usually have a lower tension at night, but I have a lot higher tension now then I had two months ago so you’re right. Thanks for making me see that, it’s easy to get carried away and forget how big difference it really is. I will try to night again and have the same tension I had two months ago at night.

                  Yes, I think hours is very important with phallosan, I’m close to 1400 hours now and when I bought it I was thinking that I should use it for a year at least. I have used it for 4 months and a couple of days now so if I could continue with lots of hours for another 8 months I would end up with +4000 hours

                        I have been quit busy this last couple of days but I have done my PE. The jelqing and squeezes works really fine and now when I’m back at the gym in the morning I'm doing my jelqing and squeezes right after my workout.


                        I started with some manual stretching again a couple of days ago, it works but the problem with the grip is still there. Anyway, I will continuing to try to make it work, the first 10 minutes is no problem, it’s after that. The foreskin on the underside of my penis get a little swollen/edma from the tight grip but if I have a looser grip I will hardly not be able to use any force in the stretch, and if I can’t use much tension I feel like I can skip it and just stretch with phallosan, it’s a tough one…


                        I use a lower tension on the phallosan at night and day since a couple of days, except from when I do bundled phallosan-stretch then I have a higher tension on the belt.


                        But, after all, a couple of good session this last days and 6-13 hours with phallosan each day.

                          YES!
                          An update about manual stretching that I have complained about.
                          Finally I got it right, just did todays manual stretching and got a good grip for the most of the time and almost no swollen foreskin. It feels great, now can I hopefully continuing with the manual stretching without any problem.


                          Jelqing
                          I have read in some threads that jelqing may not be the best exercises to get gains from but I will stick with my jelqing anyway for a while. I really like it and think that it is a good exercise that can give me some gains.


                          Squeezes
                          I started out with squeezes this week and together with jelqing and stretching I hope for some gains. I like the squeezes even if it’s killing my grip at the end of the session.

                            Another good day in the PE-business.
                            I haven’t had any problems with bruises or bluish color at the glans this week and I think I know (lesson learned) almost exactly how much pressure I can use when jelqing, squeezing and now with the manual stretching.


                            Yesterday and today I used phallosan 2 hours with very low tension before I did my manual stretching, then right after the manual stretching I did/doing bundled stretches with phallosan for 3 hours (1x3) with a little more tension. After about 45 minutes it really feels in the penis (tunica I think) and I usually change position then from sitting to standing or the other way and then I can do another 15 minutes. These bundled stretches with phallosan is really intense. Love it.


                            This week have been a really good PE-week and I hope it will continuing like this. Now two days of rest from the manual routine, phallosan is back on my dick at sunday afternoon again.
                            Btw, I’m over 1400 hours in phallosan and still counting

                              PORN and edging
                              I’m in a bad circle with porn again. The good part is that I'm aware of it and I haven’t gone wild into it yet, but I have started to use it to often and thinking about it to much. I don’t want it to take over my days again so I’m going for a strict routine from now. No porn at all and edging two times a week. I will start with two times a week because I have had some problems to focus when I edge. Two times a week will be a good start and I will not masturbate between this sessions. The only exception to ejeculate apart from the edging is if I will meet up with some female company and having sex.

                                I have started to work out harder at the gym after a slacking period (cardio and strength training). I like to train with kettlebells and my body and with high intensity and I always do it early in the morning.


                                After my workout I'm going directly home and making a nutrition drink with all the good stuff like vegetables, fruit, berry, protein powder, olive oil and other things. Right after that I do my jelqing and squeezing. It's a really good start to the day.


                                Todays PE workout (jelqing and squeezes):
                                jelqing straight out/slightly upwards 4x50 reps
                                V-jelq 3x30 reps
                                Jelqing downwards (one stroke with one hand is one reps) 3x50 reps
                                Squeezes 50 reps


                                I will do 20-30 minutes of manual stretching later today.


                                I'm kind of new to squeezes but have to say that I really like them.


                                From now it will be more difficult for me to wear phallosan during the day so I will use it as I already do at night for 7 hours and 1-3 hours at evening with bundled stretch. So I will get 8-10 hours 6 days a week plus all the manual work. That will work
