    Wow!!!
    Today was the first time I tried manual bundled stretching. It felt so ”damn good”, I had no problems with the grip and the stretching felt like this is the s**t for me


    I have done bundle stretching with phallosan but that doesn't feel like this so I will stop doing bundled with phallosan and stick to the manual instead.


    I also started a program for the pelvic floor this week. My main reason for this is to get a harder erection for a longer time. I’m doing squat, kegel and reverse kegels.

      I trust my feeling (or not…) that I need to rest today from jelqing and squeezing. It’s a little ridiculously that I’m so afraid of putting in an extra day of rest. But I have to trust myself. I mean, if it had been my cardio or strength training I know exactly when it’s right to take an extra day off, I can feel it in my body and mind. But when it comes to PE I think that I’m afraid that it will be bad if I take an extra rest day even if I could feel that my penis need it.


      I usually do my stretching at the evening, I will see how it feels later today and if I will stretch or rest even from that.


      It feels good to write this down, I hope it helps me to trust myself next time I have the same feeling.

        Todays PE

        Jelqing and squeezing:
        I did my jelqing and squeezing in the morning and it was a really good PE-workout.


        Stretching:
        I just finished my stretching routine and it was a really good one, (got it and also inspiration from kickinthemebs).


        This was the set-up:
        Directional stretches 10 minutes
        Bundled stretches (a little plump) 10 minutes
        Bundled stretches (flaccid) 10 minutes
        A-Stretches 10 minutes


        The A-stretches wasn’t that easy as it looks like in the video. But it was the first time so maybe it gets easier in time. When I do my jelqing and squeezes I count reps but when I stretch I have find it easier to set the timer and just stretch. Today I did my longest stretching session since I started with PE. I did 40 minutes. I did helicopter shakes and rolling the penis between my hands during this session and I’m carefully with how much tension I use when I stretch.


        And last but not least I’m 3 days porn free.

          Another week in the PE business can be filed. It has been an intensive week with focus to find a good routine that I can use a while. I think I have found the right amount of exercise and I will continuing to do manual work monday to friday and like this week I will put in an extra day of rest on wednesdays if it’s necessary.


          This is the routine:
          Morning
          Jelqing and squeezing 40 minutes


          Evening
          Stretching 40 minutes (4x10)


          I don’t put in the same amount of hours with phallosan as I used to. Lately (last two weeks) I have had problems with the foam ring pushing against my shaved pubes and it hurts. I have tried a lot of things to avoid it. Haven’t had this problems before so it is disturbing. I hope I can come up with a solution to this problem.


          Two days of rest is coming up now.

            YES!
            It seems like I have gained 0,5 cm (0,2 inches) in length the last week!!! I know it could just be temporary but I hope not. I have never measured the same length earlier that I did today.


            It must be my new routine with squeezes and manual stretching that I have added. So it took a while to get this gains but it was worth waiting for.


            Total gains since I started PE april 15 this year:
            Length: 1 cm (0.4 inches)
            Girth: 0.4 cm (0.19 inches)

              Follow up on my last post.


              It seems that I have gained even more than I thought. I have been so focused to gain that I forgot my starting stats and when I opened my statistic page I saw that I have gained totally 1,5 cm in length (0,59 inches). This day is just too good. I mean, who wouldn't be glad for that?


              Total gains since I started PE april 15 this year:
              Length: 1,5 cm (0.59 inches)
              Girth: 0.4 cm (0.19 inches)

                A new week and five days of hard PE-work is waiting. Did my jelqing and squeezing this morning and have just finished my stretching. Both sessions went very well and felt good. I have done 1491 hours with phallosan so far and will try to use it for 10 hours a day this week.


                Usually I don’t write about my pelvic floor training but I do Squat, kegel and reverse kegel 4 days a week.

                    I think it’s a combination of the manual work and phallosan. And I also think that the squeezes and the manual stretching I started with recently made the final push to gains.
                    And I can say for sure that I will stick with this manual work.

                      This week so far:


                      Monday - tueseday:
                      Morning: Jelqing and Squeezing 35-40 minutes


                      Evening: Stretching 40 minutes (4x10)


                      Phallosan: 10 hours a day. Totally: 1511


                      I will only do stretching today. I’m taking an extra rest day from jelqing and squeezing.


                      My stretching is going very well and it is a big contrast to when I struggled with the grip and bruises and problems with the manual stretching. So nice that I have come to this.


                      I’m not sure yet but I think that is why I got some gains and I will continuing to focus on the stretching.

                        I'm still adjusting my routine so it will fit my PI and goal. I think I have come up to a good stretching routine that seems to work for me:


                        Manual stretches 5 days a week for 40 minutes at evening:
                        Stretches in all directions 10 minutes
                        Bundled stretches: down- and outwards for 10 minutes
                        A-stretches for 10 minutes
                        Stretches: down-, out- and upwards for 10 minutes


                        I set my timer for 10 minutes and then I start to stretch. I’m doing helicopter shakes whenever I think it’s necessary and keep stretching until the time is off.
                        When I do A-stretches I sometimes stop the timer and just rest for a minute or two. They are very intense and also difficult to do but I really like them.


                        Jelqing and squeezing 4 days a week for 30-35 minutes in the morning:
                        100 wetjelq outwards (from JP90)
                        60 v-jelq upwards (from Jp90)
                        100 one hand jelq downwards
                        30-40 squeezes


                        I think jelqing is easy and a very good workout for my penis. But I have been cutting down a little more again because I want to focus more on the stretching and my penis length. The squeezes is for 5 seconds each and I rest for 1-2 seconds between them. After 3-6 set I'm rolling my penis between my hands for 15-20 seconds to get a little more blood/erection level in it and as a massage.


                        I will continuing to do changes when it’s necessary but I will not do them just because it’s fun to change routine.


                        Totally 1530 hours with phallosan.

                          Your routine sounds great mate. Nice combinations and you are hitting all adpects. The manual stretch routine followed by phallosan is a winning combo in my opinion.

                              After a weekend of rest it was time to go back to the PE business again.


                              I did my manual PE-work a little different today but it was the same amount of work and exercises. Just did it different.


                              Morning: 30 minutes stretching
                              Evening: 10 minutes stretching, 30 minutes jelqing and squeezing.


                              It felt good to stretch in the morning instead of the evening and I also split the stretching to two part, 30 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at evening before the jelqing and squeezing.


                              I will probably do my routine the same way tomorrow.
