I do do my edging after uli's and jelqing.
Actually, I've started doing uli's mid edging. I get up to the point I start to feel that 'tickle', not nearly the PONR, more of an 8 or 8.5, then go into uli and uli stretch, while fully erect, keeping at an 8 or 9, like a plateau, then once I've complete the uli part I go back to edging for as long as time allows.
After jelqing I edge again, while in the shower...bring it up to a 9 or so, then do my hair, and calm down, then up to a 9 or so and wash body, etc. I think it helps me by keep my mind and body distracted, not just focused on the erection.
