- 30 pelvic thrusts (same grip) <- at this point I was surprisingly hard, above 60%
- 5 dry jelqs (left hand) <- being careful as quite erect
- 50 helicopter twirls, left hand <- still possible, though slow twirl due to erection
- 5 dry jelqs (right hand) <- being careful as quite erect
- 5 direction stretch (Count of 30 each) <- long slow count with gentle stretch to keep erection loose
- 5 dry jelqs (left hand) <- being careful as quite erect
- 2 tunica tugs (quick count of 30 each) <- being careful as still hovering above 60%
- 10 dry jelqs (Right hand) <- being careful as quite erect
- 50 helicopter cranks, just rotating the erection around carefully with right hand<- just about 95% erect at end

At this point I am semi- erect, erect enough to make helicopter awkward, I can still feel the fatigue from the last few days. So I massage it until I am about 90%, almost fully hard. Enter shower and use hot water to heat up more.
- Jerk penis – 40/80/40/80 but only lower half of shaft. Foreskin does not move
- Once count is done, peak at 100% erection (not PONR) x4 (not using rubbing/jerking motion, only “ballooning”
- In lieu of jelqing, I continue to peak EQ but just by concentric or rhythmic circles up at 100% a few times
- Relax to 80% - Gentle Jelq> 18 palm down, 20 palm up, 13 down
- Kinda hold at 100% a moment
- Relax to 50% - Gentle Jelq > 18 palm down
