  • I really should be more diligent in posting here. As mention in a prior post, in the last few months I have been trying to get back to my previous best numbers. I have been doing a 4day/3day routine. On Mon-Tues-Wed and Friday I do manual stretching, then Thurs-Fri-Sat I do ballooning. The idea is to save time, as I used to edge and PE daily, but found it took a long time to accomplish both.

    On the PE days I do three sets:

    AM
    • 60 1 handed clasps (underhand - right hand 30 then left hand 30)
    • 60 helicopter twirls (30 with right then 30 left hand)
    • 30 two handed shaft clasps (underhand - alternating hand squeezing)
    • 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
    • 30 two handed shaft clasps (underhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
    • 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
    • 5 direction stretch (count of 40 each way)
    • 60 shoulder raises


    Afternoon
    • 60 1 handed clasps (overhand - right hand 30 then left hand 30)
    • 60 helicopter twirls (30 with right then 30 left hand)
    • 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - alternating hand squeezing)
    • 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
    • 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
    • 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
    • Side-to-Sides (40 in week one, increasing to 240 last week)


    PM
    • 60 1 handed clasps (overhand - right hand 30 then left hand 30)
    • 60 helicopter twirls (30 with right then 30 left hand)
    • 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - alternating hand squeezing)
    • 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
    • 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
    • 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
    • 5 direction stretch, but using opposing hand as a fulcrum (5 direction A stretch?)


    On Ballooning days I do a basic stretch in the AM, then 20 minutes of ballooning minimum.

    • Get to 100% EQ, maintain
    • root lock kegel for count of 30
    • Get to 100% EQ, maintain
    • root lock kegel for count of 30
    • Get to 100% EQ, maintain
    • root lock kegel for count of 30
    • Get to 100% EQ, maintain
    • root lock kegel for count of 30
    • Uli for count of 30 (left hand, overhand grip, thumb in)
    • Uli for count of 30 (right hand, overhand grip, thumb in)
    • Uli for count of 30 (left hand, underhand grip, thumb out)
    • Uli for count of 30 (right hand, underhand grip, thumb out)
    • Relax to 80% do 40 jelqs, alternate hands/grip to work against curve

    • This week (August 23rd) I am going to take a week off, at least from stretching.

      I can feel that fatigue in my member. Oddly enough, that started last week, we'd had sex a few times over a few mornings, always her in cowgirl and me not needing to ejaculate. Then on Wednesday I nailed the wife's ass to the bed and shot my load.

      Thursday I went about my normal routine, no PE, just ballooning in the evening. Then early Friday morning I was woke by the most intense morning wood I think I've ever had. It was a skin-splitting erection.

      Shocked the hell out of me.

      I get morning wood almost daily, but it is generally just a normal erection. That time it was beyond hard. It stood up at a high angle, foreskin all the way back, skin could not have been tighter. The head was bigger than the shaft, which is new. It was so hard that I was sore after. Still am.

      Did normal ballooning after that, Friday and Saturday, and had just really top notch erections, far better than average, and my average is always 100% hard. But I could feel the fatigue. So, decided today to take a week off.

      • Hey incogneeetoe, you also mentioned your wife sometimes say that you're big and it maybe not gonna fit.

          Yeah, the first time we were to have sex, we went to take a shower together to get ready. As soon as she got in the shower I got hard. Right there she noped out. Said that it was "not possible" it would fit.

          Took another couple of days of building up for her to try. Had her first PIV orgasm. And a size queen was born.

          • Ok, here we go again. I aim to get back into proper PE. I did regular daily exercise up until about the middle of October. Then just did not have time, so I thought it'd be good to break away.

            Then this week adding a second session of the same, so above 2 times in a day.

            It seems to be a positive thing, as two day sin a row I was woken up by impressive morning wood.

            Yesterday this happened:

            The wife noticed my erection pretty quickly, and started to play with it. Just squeezing and stroking at first, or playing with it, pushing down to my stomach and watching it bounce back up. Then for whatever reason, I did not ask, she tries to take me in her mouth.

            She struggled, and it was really toothy, then looks up at me and says "Strange, I think it's bigger."

            I said "What do you mean?"

            She tries to get more than the head in her mouth, chokes, looks up and says "I used to put more in my mouth. Now it won't fit."

            Tries again, looks at my erection and says "How is it possible? Did it get bigger?"

                A potential positive indicator today:
                Woke with morning wood and a horny wife. She was playing with my erection, and was going to get on cowgirl, but I stopped her. I ad a fairly full bladder and if she were on top the pressure would be uncomfortable. So I rolled her over and tried jockey style. But had a hard time getting it in. She was really wet, but too tight. That usually indicates some girth gains.

                    I incorporate K/RK while doing this sequence:

                    Hindi to crow pose (maintain RK).

                    Cat-Cow pose (Kegel in cat, RK in cow).

                    Cobra pose into Child pose into Hero Pose (maintain RK).

                    Bridge pose (start with K, as pushing up into bridge RK)

                    Supine twist (RK)

                    Supine Head Knee (RK)

                    Half Lord of the Fishes pose (start with K to RK)

                    For exercise I do some circuit training with equipment out in the park

                    • I've read all the pages through and im impressed with your dedication and achievements, well done. I must say i envy you just like you envyed the pornstar with the big stick way before(forgot his name, julian?).
                      Anyhow, i have found this forum months ago and today was pretty much the beginning of my journey. I've read a lot and now im putting everything into practice.

                      Unlike you, i also have the problem of leakage when being under sexual stimulation alone, and my PreM is set within seconds of intercourse. Now im working on both my kegels and reverse kegels and also trying out your pelvic thrust method(the movement is a trigger for me, i reach the PONR rapidly while doing this method), trying to get used of the stimulation. Though i'm having diffculties doing reverse kegels when fully erect, but when i do them i lose EQ.

                      I've started the the JP90 routine, a warmup using a heating water pad then i do 5 direction stretches and helicopter shakes in between and after it i initiate jelqing for 10minutes and end my routine with edging until i cant no more.

                      Is it a bad indicator that my penis withdraws when im done with the PE routine?

                      Would appreciate any of your advice.

                        When you say "withdraws" you probably mean turtling. Do a search for "turtle" or "turtling". I never had that issue. But I always did a post workout stretch. Maybe 30 mins after edging, or 5~10 mins after PW, I just pull on it. Not hard, just to get it loose.
