I really should be more diligent in posting here. As mention in a prior post, in the last few months I have been trying to get back to my previous best numbers. I have been doing a 4day/3day routine. On Mon-Tues-Wed and Friday I do manual stretching, then Thurs-Fri-Sat I do ballooning. The idea is to save time, as I used to edge and PE daily, but found it took a long time to accomplish both.
On the PE days I do three sets:
AM
Afternoon
PM
On Ballooning days I do a basic stretch in the AM, then 20 minutes of ballooning minimum.
On the PE days I do three sets:
AM
- 60 1 handed clasps (underhand - right hand 30 then left hand 30)
- 60 helicopter twirls (30 with right then 30 left hand)
- 30 two handed shaft clasps (underhand - alternating hand squeezing)
- 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
- 30 two handed shaft clasps (underhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
- 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
- 5 direction stretch (count of 40 each way)
- 60 shoulder raises
Afternoon
- 60 1 handed clasps (overhand - right hand 30 then left hand 30)
- 60 helicopter twirls (30 with right then 30 left hand)
- 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - alternating hand squeezing)
- 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
- 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
- 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
- Side-to-Sides (40 in week one, increasing to 240 last week)
PM
- 60 1 handed clasps (overhand - right hand 30 then left hand 30)
- 60 helicopter twirls (30 with right then 30 left hand)
- 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - alternating hand squeezing)
- 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
- 30 two handed shaft clasps (overhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
- 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
- 5 direction stretch, but using opposing hand as a fulcrum (5 direction A stretch?)

- Get to 100% EQ, maintain
- root lock kegel for count of 30
- Get to 100% EQ, maintain
- root lock kegel for count of 30
- Get to 100% EQ, maintain
- root lock kegel for count of 30
- Get to 100% EQ, maintain
- root lock kegel for count of 30
- Uli for count of 30 (left hand, overhand grip, thumb in)
- Uli for count of 30 (right hand, overhand grip, thumb in)
- Uli for count of 30 (left hand, underhand grip, thumb out)
- Uli for count of 30 (right hand, underhand grip, thumb out)
- Relax to 80% do 40 jelqs, alternate hands/grip to work against curve
