As with last week, erections come too easily. Had to adjust the morning warm up as get hard pretty quickly.
Morning Warm Up -> right when I get up.

- 60 1 handed squeezes (right hand then left)
- 30 two handed squeezes (alternating hands)
- 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
- 30 two handed squeezes (reverse grip, simultaneous)
- 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
- 10 dry jelqs (left hand)
- 30 helicopter twirls, left hand
- 10 dry jelqs (right hand)
- Straight out stretch (Count of 30) ->usually pretty erect at this point, about 50-60%
- Stretch each direction for 10 seconds.
- Two handed grip shoulder raises (Count of 30 x 2)
- 10 dry jelqs (left hand)
- 10 Erect squeezes (focus on left side, count of 10 each)
- 20 dry jelqs (Right hand)
- 30 helicopter twirls, right hand

- 40 1 handed squeezes (left hand then right)
- 40 two handed squeezes (alternating hands)
- 40 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
- 40 two handed squeezes (reverse grip, simultaneous)
- 40 pelvic thrusts (same grip)
- 12 dry jelqs (left hand)
- 40 helicopter twirls, left hand
- 12 dry jelqs (right hand)
- 5 direction stretch (using fingers as fulcrum, Count of 40 each)
- 10 dry jelqs (left hand)
- 2 mixed stretches (Count of 50 each)
- 24 dry jelqs (Right hand)
- 40 helicopter twirls, right hand
- Jerk 60 against curve then Uli count of 50
- Jerk 60 with curve then Uli count of 50
- Jerk 60 against curve then Uli count of 60
- Jerk 60 with curve then Uli count of 60
- Jerk 60 against curve then Uli count of 70
- Jerk 60 with curve then Uli count of 70
- Get to 100%
- Relax to 80/90% - Jelq > 24 palm down, 22 up, 36 palm down (alternate between down and straight out)
- Relax to 60/70% - Jelq > 24 palm up, 60 palm down (alternate between down and straight out)
