      I'll look over your thread. There is always insight to be gained from anothers experience...

      I do about a total of 4 minutes a day on PE. 3 stretching sessions of about 7 minutes then a longer edging/jelqing session of about 20 minutes.

      As for what worked for me. I think two aspects of my routine contributed to my gains.

      First is consistency. Even though I do not always have a great deal of time to put into PE, I do as much as I can daily. During the school semester I have little free time, so I just focus on stretching. Up to four times a day. Then in the evening I do a nice little workout in the shower that includes some edging and finishes off with jelqing. I tried jelqing first then edging, but I like it better to jelq after the edging.

      Second is adding in a period of more intense work. In the summer, when I had have more time, I added in a session of uli s. I do six ulis for a count of 50.

      Add to that consistent aerobic exercise.

        Here is what I am up to… (part the first)

        Daily supplements are: Green Tea w/ ginger and ginseng;
        1000 of l-arginine and ginkgo biloba

        I normally do a lot of cardio daily. (I park in B2, My office is on third floor but I teach on the 9th, don't use elevator). I also do a 30 minute circuit training routine 4~5 times a week.

        From September until December I was doing a maintenance routine:

        5 days a week I would do 3 stretching sessions throughout the day and one edging session with jelqs

        First set:
        • Two fisted grip on penis, left above right, and alternate squeezing of hands <count of 30 squeezes>
        • maintain grip, pull penis away from body <30 pulls>
        • switch grip, right hand above left, squeeze hands simultaneously <count of 30 squeezes>
        • maintain grip, lift penis up and down, <count of 30>
        • helicopter twirls to left, <count of 50>
        • 5 direction stretches, <count of 30 each way>
        • pull penis straight up, two hands gripping head, keep penis fully stretched, lock elbow, do 60 shoulder raises
        • helicopter twirls to right, <count of 50>


        Second set:
        • Two fisted grip on penis, left above right, and alternate squeezing of hands <count of 30 squeezes>
        • maintain grip, pull penis away from body <30 pulls>
        • switch grip, right hand above left, squeeze hands simultaneously <count of 30 squeezes>

        • after shower lube up with aloe, jelq at 75% erection.

        - 30 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands
        - 40 underhand grip, upwards
        - 50 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands
        - 20 underhand grip to the right to correct leftwards curve
        - 20 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands

        20 mins Yoga for sciatica and pelvic floor before bed

          Here is what I am up to…(part the second)

          After measuring in December I found my stats to be the same, which is fine, I wanted to cement gains made in the summer.
          That being said I have increased my ability to control premature ejaculation.

          anyway:
          From January until March I am doing a more intense routine with aim at girth:

          Daily supplements are: Green Tea w/ ginger and ginseng;

            One more thing has come up, so to speak. Morning wood. I have noticed over the last couple of years that my morning wood is no longer what it used to be. It used to be a couple or three times a week I would wake with wood. You know, major wood, the kind that leads you to pee in the shower as you can't bend it down to get in the toilet.
            Over the years it was less and less so, but the last two it is pretty much gone. I get morning wood, but its more of a soft erection.

            That is until the last few days. I took a three day weekend off PE, and it felt like a good healing weekend. The Monday early morning, low and behold, major wood. It woke me up it was so hard. Happened there times in the night/early morning.
            Then Tuesday morning I woke with major wood again. Couldn't pee.
            This morning again, though not as major. but still good wood.

            Not sure what has happened.

            One theory is about supplements. My Korean mother-in-law gave me a couple o bottles of some sort of home-made elixir. It is a strong fermented alcoholic drink that I am supposed to take daily "for my health". I am usually skeptical of these types of remedies, but I'll try anything once.

            We, the wife and I, are clueless as to the ingredients. Tastes strong, like about 40%. Flavor is like Ginseng Soju (if you know what that is).

            I hadn't thought about it, but it occurred to me last night, as I was taking the drink, that the return of morning wood coincided with starting to take this drink. First drink was Sunday night, first wood was Monday morning.

              Well, I am two years in to my journey.

              Summing up:

              Premature Ejaculation is under control to the point that it has not been a problem for a long time. (My wife always asks "Are you going to come tonight?")
              EQ is just grand. (My wife always asks "Why is it so hard?")
              MEG is 6.25+ (My wife always says "It's really big")
              EL is 8.25+ (My wife asks "How much is in?")

              I did a few calculations and found that I am 46% bigger by volume than I was at the start. From 270cm3 to 393cm3.

              I'd almost say "mission accomplished", but I believe with the premature ejaculation, it is just under control.
              And I am pretty sure to keep the EQ up there requires maintenance.

              I think a few weeks to a month of light stretching and basic edging to give myself a break, then I will reassess where I want to be and what I want to do.

                  Consistent steady mindful work.

                  I think the main factors are:
                  Daily workouts
                  Sticking with specific routines (not always changing, giving an exercise time to develop)
                  Always focus on the job at hand to prevent injury.

                      Funny how perspective changes things.

                      My wife is pretty progressive for her culture/background. Attend university at a time that it was unusual for a woman do do so. There were buildings on the campus that did not have women's bathrooms on every floor because they just were not needed. One on first one on 6th, non in between.
                      Plus she married a foreigner, going against her fathers wishes.

                      But all things considered she is fairly conservative.

                        Congrats on your successes, well done. Your wife's comment about your size are very understandable. You started big and grew a monster, Id be happy with your starting size. You didn't happen to have kept a photo journal of your gains did you?

                          Last week I was traveling and then setting up housekeeping in a different hemisphere, so I let the week go for PE. After a few days of rest I could see and feel that the penis was ready for more, so I did mild workout.

                          I am not a habitual smoker (though I used to be), but once a year I am in a place where I can partake in illicit substances freely. So I had planned to take the opportunity to try out some PE work will in a different state of mind. This is what I found out…

                          Anyway, as i was saying, one day last week I smoked, went to take a shower and decided to do a little PE to keep in shape. I did not look down, just focused my sight forward (and inward) and used my hands to go through a basic routine of stretching, light jelqing and massaging. I did not aim to edge, just to get myself up to maximum EQ and then call it quits. I was surprised to feel how "healthy" it was.

                          I’ll be honest, most of the time, I look down and it doesn’t look all that big. I measure and the ruler tells me that it is a certain size, and that is interpreted as “big”. My wife tells me it is large, too big at times, but really, that could just be an ego boost. Who knows how honest she is being. To me it just seems normal.

                          So as I was saying, I cleared my head and made sue not to kegel at all, keeping the floor relaxed, allowing the penis to balloon up naturally. In my usual PE/edging routine once I get a good erection I do a set of kegels and reverse kegels. I’ll hold the kegel for a count of ten, then reverse to count of ten, etc. I read once that kegeling at maximum EQ helps to build up the penis, so I try to get to maximum EQ then kegel. Like a lot of folks I also use the kegel to force blood into the penis. But that time I decided to not kegel at all.

                          I was able to get up to a full erection without ever kegeling to ‘push’ it up to maximum. As I reached different EQ levels I noted some things. I found that even at 80% I am very hard, yet I also know that I still have another 20% to go. But at that 80% I could easily nail my wife, it was just that firm. As I relaxed into it I was able to get to maximum EQ. I had always held the belief that I need a kegel to get myself fully hard, forcing the blood into the member, but obviously not.

                          As I was going through the routine and getting erect I found that the girth is quite thick. By focusing on the physical sensation rather than my eyes I feel it is satisfyingly large. When I hold it at the base I can fee that my ok grip is just big enough.

                          And when I just held the glans I became aware of how far my hand is from my body.

                          I also have become conscious of the fact that I perceive my penis now has 2 different “zones”, and each zone is hand sized and has room for movement. I can grip it with two hands, overhand grip, and when fully erect the head sticks out. As I go through the ballooning I find myself working the different parts individually.

                          Here are my takeaways:
                          - PE for penis growth is pretty darned effective when done properly.
                          - Taking a break from the routine is good to reset the point of view.
                          - Using other senses than sight helps give us perspective.

                          I would not recommend any illicit substance, nor do I suggest trying to do PE high. That being said, if you have experience and know your limits, etc., it is an interesting thought experiment.

                            I just learned about ballooning today and it seems to be pretty awesome, I can see why it would be an effective treatment method for Pre E. My issue is the first 30secs upon entry and wondering if ballooning will decrease sensitivity in a good way and let me get to the plateau stage. A little off topic but would masturbating before sex to get to the plateau stage help

                              I think you might be confusing ballooning and edging. Ballooning is just letting the penis get as large as possible without too much stimulation. Edging is taking yourself up to as close to the PONR as possible and backing down.

                              Edging is aimed at reducing sensitivity and developing the ability to get hard and not ejaculate.
                              Ballooning is aimed at enlarging the penis, not at Pre-E.

                                That is one rare sized penis you have. 8" bpel is quite rare. 8" npbel is very fucking rare and you are noticeably above 8. Girth too in same league.
