    I incorporate K/RK while doing this sequence:

    Hindi to crow pose (maintain RK).

    Cat-Cow pose (Kegel in cat, RK in cow).

    Cobra pose into Child pose into Hero Pose (maintain RK).

    Bridge pose (start with K, as pushing up into bridge RK)

    Supine twist (RK)

    Supine Head Knee (RK)

    Half Lord of the Fishes pose (start with K to RK)

        Okay, so I'm going to start integrating some of this into my routine as part of my morning shower time, aside from my other work (mostly wet jelqing, ballooning and clamped edging). Just so I have it straight, you do all of the above while mostly flaccid? Do you tend to get engorged during this process? If so, what would you say is your typical erection level range during this part of the routine, prior to getting in the shower and ramping up to full EL?

          I do the warm up mostly flaccid.

          In the first part (overhand) I am generally below 10% erection.
          By the time I get into the second part (underhand) I am between 10 and 25%. I find that at 25% I can still helicopter, but any higher I just do a crank.

          These days I am working Mon-Thurs, so when I edge Tuesday I am not fully relaxed, and by the end of that warm up I am well below 50%. Usually on Thursdays I am relaxed and looking forward to a beer after the edging. And I may have already had one, so I get pretty hard quickly. Most of the time I am at 75% by the end of the warm up.

              I did a few calculations and found that I am 46% bigger by volume than I was at the start. From 270cm3 to 393cm3.

              I'd almost say "mission accomplished", but I believe with the premature ejaculation, it is just under control.
              And I am pretty sure to keep the EQ up there requires maintenance.

              I think a few weeks to a month of light stretching and basic edging to give myself a break, then I will reassess where I want to be and what I want to do.
              How did you get from struggling with Pre-E for so long, to it 'not being a problem'? doesn't really say on those pages before... Maybe I missed something? (that quote is from page 6)

                I did not clearly outline how I started, but I took a holistic approach to PreE that used PE techniques to build up my staying power. I started out with PE stuff and edging:

                "I do ejaculation control-type practice daily: I try to get at least one erection everyday, usually I get 3. One in the AM for uli training + edging; one in the evening in my shower/jelq/edging session; then usually one more just before bed, just for practice. I generally do not orgasm, only once a week. I used to have a long refractory period, if I came I needed a day or so to get it up again...with my PE training I am now able to get it up a few hours later. Haven't tried shorter periods."

                "I added a pelvic thrusts to my edging routine. Rather than just pumping myself with my hand I stand and thrust into my hand. I read in tantric books that this is good. Thrusting gets me to that PONR faster, so I think I need to work on it.

                I have been using Taoist Thrusting as my goal: 10 shallow thrusts; 9 shallow thrusts then 1 deep; 8 shallow thrusts then 2 deep, and so on up to 10 deep thrusts. It is supposed to be good for bringing your lady to orgasm...I wouldn't know: generally I get as far as 5 and 5 when I have to slow down or stop due to reaching PONR, both with my wife or with my hand.

                Usually I warm up and do a few stretches, then jelqing or ulis then the thrusting. Today I decided to switch: I did the thrusting first. I was able to control all the way to 10 deep without reaching the PONR. It was great. Plus at the end I had a full %100 erection going into my ulis and uli stretches."

                "I finally seem to be getting the hang of reverse kegels. read the threads and can do the ballooning out push...but I get fatigued quickly, and it feels like I do the push and it just seems to hold. Unlike kegels where there is an obvious flex and release the reverse kegels seem to be push out and slowly refract. If I am standing and haven't done it in a while I can sorta do 10 reps, then I do a kegel and 10 more, but I can only get up to about 4 of those sets and the muscle no longer retracts.

                • I was over on Reddit and a topic came up that reminded me of a conversation I had here on the gym a couple of years back...I found the thread but wanted to put it here so that I could refer back to it easily:

                  I am not really a practicing Buddhist, but I am a student of the discipline. Although the two concepts, PE and Buddhism, differ in basic ways, there are some remarkable parallels between them.

                  I see PE as way of self-development (or self-realization, or even as it is more commonly called in western contexts, self-actualization) as found in many schools of Buddhism. For the Buddhist, self-realization takes place as a result of long and arduous discipline. PE is really a long and demanding process.

                  The Eightfold Path includes major categories of behavior. One of which is Mental Discipline. meaning right effort, right alertness and right concentration, all directed toward control of one's mind. Ideally, after rigorous training, one should be able to not only to control one’s thoughts and feelings, but to empty one’s mind of all content, so that it becomes perfectly tranquil.

                  PE to me requires mental discipline. It also requires effort, alertness and concentration, all aspects required for self-development in Buddhism. If we expand PE to include aspects of self-control in the sexual act, then we also bring these aspects of “control of one’s thoughts” and “tranquil”.

                  The two concepts seem to complement each other and provide us with a larger (sorry) view of self and self-development. Both PE and Buddhist conceptions of self-realization require strict control of the natural tendencies through meditative practices. If you look through the forums here, you will find that many of the members who have been successful have some things in common. One of which is the want to do PE for themselves. Many of us are not doing it to impress partners, we are doing it to improve ourselves. The PE work that we do is in order to achieve an improved state of being, not unlike Buddhism

                  A big hard erection feels good. I had an above average penis, and I liked the feeling of having an erection. So I figured if an erection at that size felt good, wouldn’t a bigger erection feel even better?

                  For me it isn't (and maybe shouldn't be) about the wife. I'm not trying to fill her up more, I'm going for my own enjoyment.

                  But then again, there is an almost Zen like connection to this. I cannot change how she thinks or feels, I can only work on myself, and I have to do that only for myself. However, (stay with me) by improving myself I am essentially improving the world. The Buddha teaches us that we cannot change the world, we can only change ourselves, and simply by doing that we can improve the world around us."

I find it very meditative to do the exercises, and when I take breaks (like now) I feel like there is something missing from my life, even if the extra free time is good. However, what I mean is the feeling of having an erection. Being really hard feels good. I like edging, be it on my own or in my wife. Being really hard for a long time feels great.

                  I am always very mindful of how much I could hurt her. Literally from the first time we had sex I have had to be careful as I was much bigger than any she had encountered before. She has told me a few times that my flaccid is bigger then the other men she has been with. That being said, she is a bit of a size queen. She likes to try and get it all in, and gets turned on more by how much is left out in the air. And there is a always some out in the air."

                      I'm pretty steeped in Buddhist philosophy, but I'm more from the Tantric schools of Buddhism and Hinduism than the ascetic schools. Therefore, feeling good or perhaps more accurately "feeling more completely" is deeply connected to my spirituality.

                      So while an egoic attachment to getting a bigger peen isn't really in line with that, finding ways to be more in the moment and to reduce the amount of time I spend churning around inside my head certainly fit in nicely.

                      • Frankly, I've been keeping to myself lately. And perhaps I should not...

                        The last little while things have been uncomfortable at home. My wife has very little communication with me that is not complaining, mostly about me.

                        I fear she may be approaching menopause. That plus we have all been stuck at home for the summer.
                        I find that I am always walking on eggshells and no longer looked forward to being home. I manufactire reasons to go to my office at school.

                        I have tried to ask her what was wrong on a few occasions, but each time it just turns into another session of her telling me what is wrong with me. If it is not the way I do dishes, it's the way I speak, if it's not that, then it's that I need exercise. Every conversation I have to be very careful what I say and how I say so as not to be interpreted as aggressive or saying something that could be misinterpreted.

                        I've not worried about the relationship, but I have just stopped talking like I used to, and our physical contact had gradually diminished to an occasional peck on the cheek when leaving the house to go to work.

                        • Over the summer I did a maintenance/curve correction schedule, as posted here.
                          I was quite happy with it. I have seen some nice aesthetic changes in the overall shape of the erection and am still measuring gains at 2.2 inches in length and 1.1 in girth. EQ is amazing. My flaccid hang is very healthy.

                          But, September has come so I think it's time to make a few changes and see what happens. Going to increase the s2s over the next few weeks

                          Every day, Monday to Friday, I will continue the morning routine, but will do opposing grip:

                          • 60 1 handed squeezes (overhand - right hand then left)
                          • 60 helicopter twirls, left then right hand
                          • 30 two handed squeezes (overhand - alternating hands)
                          • 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
                          • 30 two handed squeezes (overhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
                          • 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
                          • 10 V-jelqs (right hand)
                          • 50 side to sides (40 from center to right leg, 10 full, left hand then right hand)
                          • 10 jelqs (left hand)
                          • Two handed grip shoulder raises (Count of 30 x 2)
                          • 10 dry jelqs (Right hand)


                          On Monday and Wednesday and Friday I do an Evening routine (before and in shower)
                          • 60 1 handed squeezes (underhand - left hand then right)
                          • 60 helicopter twirls, left hand then right hand
                          • 30 two handed squeezes (underhand - alternating hands)
                          • 30 In-Out Pulls (same grip)
                          • 30 two handed squeezes (underhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)

                          • 10 V-jelqs (left hand)
                          • 50 side to sides (40 from center to right leg, 10 full, left hand then right hand)
                          • 20 jelqs (right then left hand underhand)
                          • 60 one handed squeezes (overhand - right hand then left)
                          • 20 Cranks (10 left hand then 10 right hand)
                          • 30 two handed squeezes (overhand - alternating hands)
                          • 30 In-out Pulls (same grip)
                          • 30 two handed squeezes (overhand - reverse grip, simultaneous)
                          • 30 pelvic thrusts (maintain grip)
                          • 10 jelqs (left hand, overhand)
                          • 60 bicep curls (right then left arm, cupping ball sack)
                          • 10 dry jelqs (Right hand overhand)
                          • The get up to 100 % EQ then stop.


                          On Tuesday and Thursday I do Ballooning (see post #292 above for full routine):

                          • Ballooning: Get erect to 100% EQ in hot shower
                          • 6 long kegel holds, each at max EQ (60 second count, if erection subsides, be sure to get back to 100%)
                          • As erection subsides massage to remove curve
                          • Then jelqing against the curve for 5 mins. (left hand over hand + right hand underhand, reverse)

                          • Some shower thoughts today about length and girth.
                            In my time dedicated to PE I have made some decent gains in both length and girth. I’ve done my best to document it all in my thread here. I used to regularly mention my size, in posts and in my signature, but I have stopped putting it out there all the time as I had started to get lots of odd private messages, here and on reddit. People tend to focus on the size and not on the gains that I made, and I want to emphasize the gains and the potential it has for other men who suffer from dysmorphia. Or on the other side for guys who are aiming to be their best selves.

                            I was thinking about length and girth and how they interact. Length is impressive. I think that is one thing all can agree on. In reading how people, both men and women, talk about penile length I can see that the visual appeal of a long erection is a common feeling. Most guys focus on length and how they want longer erections. Even women who “complain” about the difficulties of a long erection talk about the way it looks. I feel the same way. When I do my workouts and I have both my hands gripping the shaft of my penis and the head is sticking out, the length is impressive. I spent some time on calcSD the other day making comparisons, and my stretched flaccid length is classified as “Theoretically Impossible”. The visual appeal is real. It is, however, not all that important in actual use. The erect length is such that I never get it all in. And just from reading comments on the topic, women agree, it looks great, but it is not practical.

                            Girth, on the other hand, is often mentioned by women to be far more important. But it does get less attention from the PE enthusiasts. For me, girth has been elusive. I work on it, make gains, but it takes a lot longer to get even a small increment. In the end, though, it is good. I mean, as much as length looks good, I’d say that girth feels good. In the sensation from the erection, how it feels in the hand and how it feels when it goes in. Not to mention the look on her face as it goes in. Length does not get “that look”, girth does. I only need about the first 4~5 inches to make her eyes go all funny.

                            It is where girth and length interact that drives me nuts. I have gained quite well in length, and on paper it looks impressive. 1.7 x the average. 0 bigger in a room of 1 million men. But when I look at it, it does not look all that long. I mean I know it is long, and when I make comparisons I see that it is long, but, and I know this is silly, the girth makes it look less so. My girth and length interact to make my overall volume at 3.6 times the average. I was doing erect kegels last night, ballooning up to full EQ then locking in a hard kegel. This really helps pump up the erection. So much so that my ok grip, thumb and index finger, cannot fully encompass the girth. Then when I look at it, I start to feel that I need more length, which is absurd.

                            So what am I saying? Well, for guys who are looking to make gains, length looks good, but in reality it does not do much. Girth feels good, both for men and women, but it is more difficult to make girth gains. And in the end any girth gains may make you feel like the length is not enough.

                                I'd suggest getting to the 6 month point, take a week or tow off, then target girth.

                                I did two month intensive girth routine here that gained me 1/4 inch.
