  • It's been a weird little while for me...the wife, I believe, is going through "the change". So for a month it was best to keep my distance.     • I had jotted this down last tear as a thought I wanted to expand upon, never got back to it, but still relevant:

      Success today depends on work done yesterday

      I am reminded by recent accomplishments that success today depends a great deal on work done months ago.
      We become conditioned to look for immediate results. Even in dealing with physical attributes. We want to see gains or improvements right away. This leads to weekly measuring and second guessing all the time. But for me, at least, the PE work I do often takes months to manifest itself in actual practice.

      Back in July I was dealing with relatively low EQ. I had been doing a more intense PE routine for a few months through the spring, and I could see it was taking its toll on EQ. I had included Uli Stretches in the routine along with jelqing and towel raises. I was doing a lot. I realized that trying to do too much often leads to getting none done properly. While that was not the case in terms of production, I was doing it all well; it was the case in terms of output. I was not gaining nor was I getting better EQ.

      I made some adjustments to my routine, first easing it back, by dropping the intense Uli and Towel Raises, then by taking a break. I also made a switch by focusing on Erect Kegels as a means to combat the low EQ.
      I also looked at my daily routine and realized that my diet and exercise regime had been suffering, which probably had contributed to said EQ difficulty. So I determined to adjust my diet and get more aerobic exercise forthwith.

      After a month of easy PE and more attention to antecedent aspects I felt good betting back into a steady routine. I did do 6 weeks of more intense work, but I was sure to not be as 5 days on diligent, taking a day off in the middle as required to rest.

Now I read you are also doing towel raises, so I got curious, are you also working on MMO, any success on it? I have realized that this is a complex topic and even successful people struggle to 'explain' it to others.

                • Good weeks and bad weeks.


                  Some weeks of training go well, each day results in a firm easy to maintain erection. Other weeks it feels like each erection is a struggle. Last week was definitely in the "Good" category. It was one of those weeks that allowed me to get in a proper set of routines, do some edging and nail the wife. After the sex described in the previous post I was able to take a moment to appreciate what I had achieved, both in terms of what I could do for my wife and how it made me feel.

                  There was a time a few years ago that I feared that I could no longer please my wife. I struggled with PreE and associated ED. Now, while I still have that nagging fear in the back of my head, I no longer struggle. I tell my wife with confidence that I'm always ready. And that last time I proved it again. Makes a man feel pretty good. Then I saw my erection. That made me feel really good. I'm not one to brag, not in that way. I share stories here to show others how far I've come, and hopefully help them get there, but the on PE side of things I try to keep it humble. But, wow, was my erection impressive.


                  The main point here, for me, is how to move forward in each, the good and bad weeks.


                  When things don’t go well, I find it is best to take a day or two off. Get away from the process and let myself heal up. I like to look at the situation holistically and see if there are any factors that are affecting my training. It could be stress, diet, health, etc. Stress is the obvious erection killer. And by realizing that stress is affecting me, it helps to reduce anxiety and let me move forward in training.

                  I read a lot of guys complaining and getting worked up about bad weeks, weak erections, no gains, etc. And I can empathize, I really can, but I also see the futility in adding more stress to the situation. Stress can cause erectile dysfunction (ED) in men of any age. Stress impedes the brain signals to the penis that increase blood flow for an erection.1

                  Stress causes tension, muscle tension in the pelvic floor reduces flexibility. On top of that the fight or flight reaction will cause the penis to retract into the pelvis. Even if it is only a minor anxiety reaction, the stress is not going to help in any way.

                  Often, for me, it is that I have not ejaculated in a long time. I do my best to only ejaculate with the wife. So there are times when I go too long without cleaning out the pipes, so to speak, and it impacts training.

                  On the other hand, when things go well, then it is usually time for a well-deserved break, oddly enough. A week of good erections means healthy. And health is maintained with some rest. Often we fall into the trap to try and keep training, but too much will lead to injury or over fatigue. A good week makes us think we can go one more day or do an extra set because it feels good. But taking a break is also very important.

                  That may very well be next week. I will have to check my training schedule and see if it is indeed time.

                    • As erection subsides massage to remove curve
                    • Then jelqing against the curve for 5 mins. (left hand over hand + right hand underhand, reverse)
                    I've been continuing with this schedule for the last 6 weeks though I have made incremental increases in the number of s2s. I am now doing 100 in the morning and 100 in the evening. I do continue to do 60% from center to right in hopes of straightening a curve.

                    I have also been doing a few ulis at the of the Mon/Wed/Fri PM set. Just 4. Alternating hands 30 second count.

                    I am also considering a change in how I do the s2s. I've read of others who do it back to front or who do it straight out at hip level (rather than down between the legs). I may experiment with that starting next week.

                    • I took a week off Oct 19-23, then 26 to 30 was doing a very basic routine.

                      I had planned to start a girth orientated routine, but I became distracted by my wife. She has been feeling "old", and that she is no longer attractive. So she wants more sex, which is good for me. This week we did it 4 nights out of 6. I shot my load the first time, each time after I just edged and made her orgasm.                       • I like to write things out to make them more clear for myself.

                        The wife is on the cusp of menopause. This, coupled with dealing with new real estate laws in the ROK have made her very snippy in the last few months. Due to that I have been orbiting her at a distance. I'm always ready to bang, but she is not always in a mood that is conducive to romance.

                        We had a weekend long discussion about that, with her telling me that I ignore her, don't treat her like a woman anymore, and so on. I finally made her realize that it was not that I was not attracted to her, but that her ongoing bad attitude was acting as a roadblock.                             Btw, the main reason for visiting your thread is to ask a question about your way of doing hip thrust (glute bridge). Did I remember correctly that you do hip thrust workout little bit differently than normal?

                              I am reluctant to talk about the size I have achieved, as folks tend to focus only on the absolute size and not the other achievements. But I do hope I can inspire others to reach their own best potential.

                              I do the pelvic thrusts in the standing position. I stand with knees apart, bent, then emulate the hip movement used in sex.
                              I started doing it when I realized that the thrusting motion in sex triggered my PreE, so I figured doing daily would reduce the effect. Seems to work well.

                                Thanks for sharing. Sounds like easy exersice to do. Im going to add this to my routine.

                                What muscles are you training when doing this standing hip thrust exersice? Other words what muscles do you feel burning when doing this exersice? How many minutes or reps do you do this daily?
