In a tea pot steep 1/2 table spoon of loose leaf green tea in 500 ml (1 pint) of water.
After 10-15 minutes I take out the green tea and add in a heaping tablespoon of ginger tea like this:
It is sliced ginger root in honey.
I put one package of this into my tumbler:
And pour the ginger/green tea on to it. Then drink it over the period of the morning.
For ginkgo I take a supplement (in the evening) btw it includes "Natto":
And garlic is a daily staple:
