    This is what I do:

    In a tea pot steep 1/2 table spoon of loose leaf green tea in 500 ml (1 pint) of water.


    After 10-15 minutes I take out the green tea and add in a heaping tablespoon of ginger tea like this:

    It is sliced ginger root in honey.

    I put one package of this into my tumbler:


    And pour the ginger/green tea on to it. Then drink it over the period of the morning.

    For ginkgo I take a supplement (in the evening) btw it includes "Natto":


    And garlic is a daily staple:

    • Oh, if you are not familiar:

      Natto is a fermented bean food from Japan. It has become pretty popular in the ROK the last few years.

      Natto is used for a variety of medicinal purposes, including: Heart disease; High blood pressure; Stroke; Deep vein thrombosis; Arteriosclerosis; Varicose veins; Poor circulation; Peripheral artery disease; Chronic fatigue syndrome; Fibromyalgia; Pain; Muscle spasms

      And Natto has manganese, zinc and copper.

      All good for us PE people.

      • I love me some kimchee. I've been making it at home for a couple of years now. I usually do with cabbage, daikon, and green onions, along with the special sauce.

        • May 11th to 15th I tried to maintain a regular schedule (routines as outlined in prior posts), but I have been feeling fatigued (physically and mentally) of late, so I was not as dedicated as I normally have been.

          This week I did not do anything. I decided to go full break and see what comes of it. I have not even edged. I think it is a combination of stress, workload, etc, that led me to feel burned out. I was really feeling that I may have reached the end of my run in PE. Even my morning wood was uninspired.

          Then I nailed the wife last night. We were in bed just laughing like teenagers to a silly joke. I was literally crying and she couldn't get out a sentence. She ended up draping a leg across my pelvis and hugging me, and I started to caress her leg. I worked my way up to her lady parts and found myself getting rock hard. So I rolled on top of her.

          She was wet and ready and squirming. But I could not get it in. I was full on skin splitting erection, and she moaned in frustration "It's bigger, it won't fit"

          After some slow and steady work we finally got it in and I nailed her good for 30 or 40 minutes. We rolled around and changed positions until she was positively vibrating. So we got into jockey position and I brought her home to a loud finish. We lay there for about 5 minutes, both of us panting in exertion. Then she says "Wow, that was surprising...but you have to pull out, it's too big...painful"

          We went to the bathroom to wash up, me in the sink and her in the shower, but she ended up staring at my erection. It was still standing at 100%, and it was impressive. I had not seen my erection in about 10 days, and I swear it was bigger.

          The wife caresses it and looks at me "Sorry, I can't take anymore tonight"

          I think I'll be back on the PE train after a short break...

          • Trying to keep at it while at the same time trying to shake things up while trying to find time...

            I started doing things a little differently this week. Rather than doing PE daily and edging daily I have decided to do one day with my normal daily routine, as outline numerous times above (morning stretch and evening workout) but no edging, then the next day I will do a morning stretch, but no evening work, just edging.

            This has freed up some time for me, and it helps me maintain.

            So far this week I can report it goes well. I edged Tues/Thurs/Fri and each time EQ was off the rails while PONR was beyond the horizon. Really, the erections were amazing and easily gained.

            I attribute this to a week off last week and this new reduced routine. I'll keep at it for the foreseeable future, then probably reassess later.

              • maintain grip, lift penis up and down, <count of 30>
              • helicopter twirls to left, <count of 50>
              • 5 direction stretches, <count of 10 each way>
              • helicopter twirls to right, <count of 50>
              • Get into hot shower
              • Masturbate/jerk to achieve erection. <count of 60 pumps per hand>
              • get to maximum EQ possible. Stay there for duration of shower, try to keep back from PONR <15 mins>
              • after shower lube up with aloe, jelq at 75% erection.

              - 30 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands
              - 40 underhand grip, upwards
              - 50 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands
              - 20 underhand grip to the right to correct leftwards curve
              - 20 overhand grip straight out, alternate hands

              20 mins Yoga for sciatica and pelvic floor before bed

                Many were found here on PEGym, others from a book called Fitness by Penis, and then the rest are variations on existing ones from the two sources.

                        • While I am here...

                          Curves are a weird thing for me.
                          There are times when I seem to be making progress in straightening out, then a few weeks later I look carefully and do not see a difference. I have made some progress, as the curve is more even, less crooked. But it's still there.

                          I think it is that I make some progress, but do not cement it. I end up going back to old habits and reinforcing the curve. I tend to fall into stretching, jelqing and edging patterns that do not work against the curve.

                          I am now trying a new idea:

                          Half side-to-side. Instead of doing the full leg to leg movement, I am starting at center then doing half, just to the right, away from the curve. I am going to experiment with this for the next while.

                          I am still on a split shift, but each set is just warm up then these modified S2S

                                I'm curved to the left, for whatever reason, and as it is, I am fine. But vanity pushes me to straighten it.
