  • I have been tweaking/testing my supplements:

    I usually take a month or so off of all supplements in the summer.
    So the last few weeks I have been slowly reintroducing the 5Gs.

    I added in Ginkgo two weeks back and alternated some days with Ginger. Not a big EQ difference.
    I had the opportunity to pick up some, so added in Arginine a few times, too. Some times definite EQ impact, others not so much.
    I started back in with Ginseng and Green Tea today (without Ginkgo or Arginine) and it had a big impact on EQ.
    Going to try the four tomorrow: Ginger, Ginseng, Ginkgo and Green Tea (garlic is pretty much a given in Korean food). See how it goes.

    I will have to not that I usually take just 60mg of Ginkgo the last year or two, but the wife found a new supply wth 300mg, so I'll see what that does, too.

    • Yesterday was the first time (in a about two months) I had the full stack of supplements:

      Green Tea
      Ginger
      Ginseng
      Ginkgo
      Garlic
      And as a bonus L-Arginine

      Worked like a charm. Hit full EQ easily. Felt hard and full. At mid shaft couldn't touch fore finger to thumb.

      And this was after the first full day back to school, classes 9AM to 7PM I was tired and burnt out, but still had massive erection. And it would not subside after. Too hard to properly jelq.

      I have to consider the placebo effect, and I'd like to experiment with that, but considering my fatigued condition I think that helps to control.

      I also conclude that the biggest impact came from Ginseng, having tried a few different combos the last little while. I think the 5Gs in general are important, but I think the key ingredient (for me) is Ginseng.

      • Hot Damn!

        I recently have had the opportunity (through social media) to reconnect to some of my old friends that I had lost track of, people that I lived with in my university days about 25 years ago.

        At the time I lived with a few people, my close buddy and his girlfriend, her daughter, my girlfriend, and a few other folks would rotate in and out. But the central core of me, my buddy and our two girls were pretty tight. And very loose with each other. We never shared, but we often would see each other naked.

        My girlfriend, who had bi tendencies, had a crush on another woman, Gwyn, who was bi. They were always flirting with each other. Up to the point my girlfriend tried to set up a threesome. She asked me if I was into it, and I think I reacted too enthusiastically, say “With Gwyn? Oh, yes!”, and it got scuttled. It has long been an amusing anecdote I tell other guys about how I ruined my one chance at a threesome by being too enthusiastic.

        Turns out that was not the case…

        I was catching up with one of these old roomies and Gwyn’s name came up. Did I remember her, did she remember me, and so on. Turns out the old roomie had met Gwyn recently and they were also reminiscing, and they laughed over an old nick name they had for me “Hot Damn!”. My roomie asked if I remembered, but I had no recollection of it. “That’s right”, she says, “You never heard that side of the conversation.”

        She told me about this one time we were all at a friend’s house for a sauna, the 4 roommates, Gwyn and another couple (one of whoms parents owned the house with the sauna). As was usual, after some smoke and drink, we all ended up naked in the sauna. Supposedly, my girlfriend had planned for the threesome that night. We were all in the sauna, but the two girlfriends went out to get Gwyn, who was showering or something. My girl had been necking and fondling me, and so I was sitting in the sauna with an obvious erection. They brought Gwyn to the door, but then Gwyn looked in at me she blurted out “Hot Damn, that’s big!”. They all laughed, but it seems it was at that moment that my girlfriend decided against the threesome, I guess. She made a quick excuse to take Gwyn away, left me in the sauna completely unaware, my buddy and I drank ourselves silly, and that was that.

        Turns out that for a while afterwards the three women referred to me as Hot Damn! First as a way of teasing Gwyn, because who says “Hot damn” anyway, then later just as an inside joke.

            I get Korean Red Ginseng Tea. It's powdered.

            I'll be honest, I had been have some EQ issues over the last few months, June and July and even into August. Not really a problem, except to me, but I could tell that I was not really hitting that max EQ during edging, and in sex at times. I was able to get to 99%, but I felt I was never hitting that 100% EQ anymore. And never getting to that 110%, if you know what I mean.

            I was not sure if I had just hit that age where things start to go, or if I had push my gains that little bit too far so that I could not get fully hard any more or if it was just a phase due to fatigue or lack of exercise. I took some break time, but still it did not get back to full form.

            As soon as we got back from vacay, I started to exercise daily. Lots of aerobic. I also started back into the supplements, as I recorded here. And this past week I hit that full 100% EQ a couple of times. The other night I had one of those 110% erections. It just wanted to get hard and then get harder, then it would not go away. The wife was, like, "Something is different...".

            I have to assume the return to full EQ form comes from a combination of exercise, diet, supplements and sleep habits, but the factor that coincided with the biggest impact was the re-addition of ginseng to my routine.

            • Do you think that being 6+ girth makes it that much harder to get hard? and what would happen to your eq if you just jelq'd and didnt use supplements?

                I have been over 6 girth for a few years and never been an issue. I have not had difficulty with EQ up until this past May/June, and as I was saying, with just jelqing/PE work the EQ was normal.
                In PIV sex I get fully hard and remain hard until long after the deed is done. Just not 100%, like 95-99% hard. In edging it takes more effort to get to a real 100%.

                I suspect that my current fitness routine coupled with an EQ focus, in terms of pelvic floor exercises, may contribute. I have always had a notion that PE is best approached holistically, and I still advocate that, but often we see one key ingredient, and that is what I think ginseng is for me.

                • As a follow up to my recent discussions of supplements:

                  I have also been looking at when they are ingested versus results. Some of the bottles (L-arginine and ginkgo) talk about taking 3 times a day. Seems like too much for me. I stick to one 3G (ginger, ginseng n green) tea per day, now with 500mg of ginkgo in tablet form.
                  (edit: The tablet includes Natto, a Japansese thing that comes from soy. High in vitamin K1 amd K2 and B12 and B6.)

                  I've read a few places, here and elsewhere on the web, about taking those an hour to an hour and a half before performing. I have been doing that, but this week I have been doing a different schedule for PE, instead of doing edging in the PM I have the chance to do it right after my daily workout.

                  I did that 5 times this week.

                  Two times I also had the opportunity to have a second edge session (or sex) later in the evening. I must report that the erection later on is far more full and firm than the one just an hour or two after taking supplements.
                  I conclude that the hour and a half suggestion is not valid, at least for me. 8 hours later I am able to get those 110% EQ beyond hard erections.

                  • Hey, I know you had made descriptions of the exercises that you do. I could not find them. Could you share with me the post or how to do them (or links)?

                        Each one of your routines. If I remember correctly, another member asked you to explained each of them and you did. The post eludes me.

                          • Seems I have plateaued.

                            I took some measures last week and my length and girth remain what they were 9 months ago. I have not done much recently beyond a maintenance routine, but I did do a fairly intense routine in the spring, but alas, not producing any gains.

                            I do not know if this indicative of an upper limit to gains or if it is more of a situation where doing more of the same was just not producing the results any more.

                            I am not really all that concerned. I have achieved good gains, so any more would just be a little insurance.

                            I have been able to get my EQ back to what I wanted it to be, and in terms of Premature Ejaculation, it is no longer a concern. I do continue to do maintenance work for that too.

                            I am retooling my PE routines to see if trying different things may get me that little bit more I am aiming for.

                              How about exploring devices like hanging or pumping? This would be a new challenge for you.

                              • What would you include in your holistic approach to PE other than PE routines and supplements? Did you change diet, exercise or other lifestyle habits significantly in the last few years and do you think they made difference?
