    Ok it was a bruise that you had, same thing happened to me when I first used my power jelq device. The skin will feel weird because it is a new layer of skin that hasn't been exposed to the natural world yet so it will be a lot smoother then the other skin until it adapts. Slightly loosen your grip for jelqing for the next few days and then you can tighten it back up to where you are now.

      Thurs. April 1st- No gains, well no measurements really but I'm going to wait atleast a few more weeks.
      Today I woke up running late for work today, still strapped on my extender but didn't get my warmup or stretches in. I wore my the extneder at work for about 3-4 hours today. I upped the tension for the last two to where I can really FEEL the stretch. I'm now warming up for some stretching, I'm going to do the same as yesterday..
      10 min warmup
      5 direction stretches holding for 30 seconds at moderate to high intensity
      6-10 circular stretches after each directional stretch
      1 set tunica tugs, 20 second holds. Possibly a second set.
      1 set A stretch, and V stretch holding 20 seconds. Possibly a second set for these too
      I've also been doing some stretches that I'm not sure if theirs a name for. What I do is grab my dick about mid shaft with an overhand grip, with my thumb I push to the left while my fingers push right, I feel a lot of tension on the left side of my base/ligs. I hold this for 20 seconds and do the opposite side.
      Also planning on getting in 100 jelqs to 150, then put on my extender for a few hours at a moderate tension

        Dude, almost an inch? WOW!!! Good job, must actually be all the added extending you are doing.

        I have heard that just light tension works great, but over in the thread about the head swell I started, you asked if I thought you should up the intensity, and the answer is YES, but hell if you are seeing results like this then just keep doing what you are doing.

        I have recently started using my extender AND my awesome vacutech pump, and noticed definite differences, but have yet to measure, but I will, I will.

        BUT, I say all this to say that bgstick18 and I were chatting on the phone today and we think now that the best way to extend when COMBINING a PE Exercises routine in to the mix (see, we only used our extenders before we found this site) is to extend with a major head swell at FULL FORCE for about an hour, then take a break,....

        this is when we usually put on our foreskin restoration devices for a little while (because we are doing EVERYTHING PE; PE meaning Penis ENHANCEMENT, no just enlargement;if you notice at the top of this it ALSO says ENHANCEMENT by the logo)

        BUT, after a few hours of that, we will switch BACK to the extender for maybe another hour, maybe go lighter tension...maybe go more than the first set, depends how I/we feel. BUT... measure each time just so you know how much tension you are putting on, then you can track gains as well.

        The way to track extender gains is by 2 factors:

        1)Length to which you can extend and...
        2) How long you can hold that stretch;

        I say that ONE HOUR at "X" length means that "X"=your BPXL

        So... I guess ones BPXL can be deceiving, but hell, we here know if we cheat, we only cheat ourselves and our hard earned gains.

          No I didn't really gain anything. Just a horrible april fools thing. Damn.

          And yes, I think I will slightly up my intensity and do shorter periods, an hour to two.

          I have considered a pump, but I will wait atleast 3 months to see how I am progressing.

          Combining manual stretching, jelqing and my extender use is exactly what I'm focusing on now. I did this yesterday and it felt good, I'm also going to do it after this post. Full force sounds good for right after, then I will do my workout, then strap back on and I will be doing the 3-5 twists on the rods like you mentioned, that sounds like a really great idea. Thanks Cal

          I haven't looked into foreskin restoration much, but I know I will be sometime because I have this horrible marking on the top of my shaft that my girl would complain about, I got it from jelqing/edging without proper lube and it's stuck with me for well over 2 months now.

          Thanks again Cal, I'll be tracking my BPXL, hopefully I can someday get up to what you're at man.

            Friday I got an easy 5+ hours with the extender and continued the routine I did on Thursday, which included the second set of A/V stretches and tunica tugs, though I got no jelqing done.

            Sat. Saturday I left for LA, no pe really got done, just 3 hours with my extender while in the car.

            Today, Easter Sunday 2010. Happy Easter everyone. Right now I'm taking in some sun in Huntington beach. I woke up today ate my free continental breakfast and hopped in the shower to do a quick stretch since I'm on vaca with my girlfriend and her fam. Did the following as a quick routine..
            5 minutes warm water warm up
            then performed following stretches while warm water running down
            5 directional stretches with med-high intensity for 30 second hold.
            8 circular stretches (4 clockwise, 4 anti cw) after each directional stretch.
            2 set tunica tugs 15 seconds
            2 set a/v stretch 15 second holds each.
            BTC stretch hold for 20 seconds
            immediatley after getting out of the shower I put on my extender and twisted the rods a couple times. Its been on since, just over 3 hours now quite comfortably. Gave it a few twists since it's been on, about 5 total to gradually add intensity. I'm thinking if making my way to the restrooms out here to take it off. Likely won't get anymore weartime or any jelqing done today but maybe ill find the opportunity

                Yeah I usually wear it under my jeans a lot, like when I go to work and it's suprisingly not very noticeable and decently comfortable, well not comfortable but I can handle it. Right now I have it on under my shorts, I went to the beach with two pairs on so it's not noticeable at all, then I took it off and put it in my second pair of shorts and with my swim shorts under went in the water for a bit. I've been worried though, wearing it under shorts cuz if the strap slips it wold be pretty embarrasing. I got another chance to put I on and I'm wearing it now, it's been almost 2 hours now. Gunna hop in the shower to rinse this sand off and get some jelqing done then slip the extender back on and go out to dinner..I'm suprised how much PE I'm still getting in on vacation

                  Mon. Today in the shower i did the following
                  1 light set 5 direction stretched
                  1 intense 5 direction stretch, instead of SD I did BTC and 8 circular stretched between each
                  1 set ( left and right) of my version sideways a/v stretched.
                  2 sets tunica tugs, 20 second holds
                  2 sets a stretch 20 second and 2 set v stretch 20 second
                  followed this with 2 hours of extender use at high tension (with 2cm of rods, turned knobs about 3 cm up) started to feel some tingling after the 2 hours so took off. That's all for today

                    Tues. april 6th I did the following:
                    5 minute warm up in shower, all stretches were in shower with warm water constantly running on me,
                    5 direction stretches, pretty intense, 30 seconds each direction
                    10 circular stretches after each direction, pulling really hard
                    25 second BTC stretch
                    25 second resistence stretch (basically a SO stretch, while leaning back and pulling extra hard on penis, really feel the ligs here)
                    2 sets tunica tugs, 20 seconds first one and 25 seconds second set, second set was more intense too
                    2 sets A stretch/V stretch, first set of each went 20 seconds, light stretch, second was 25 sec. med-hard stretch
                    1 set my version of sideways A stretch.
                    Followed this immediately with 2 hours of extending on high tension (bpxl-6)
                    Also got in 4 hours in the morning with the extender (bpxl-5.25)

                    I noticed while doing my stretches in the shower with the hot water constantly running, my penis got like freakin puddy, it was pretty cool haha. Will report later today with what I get in during the next few hours

                      It has been 3 weeks and 3 days, and I have totalled 100+ hours with my extender. I feel thats a pretty darn good amount of time, no results yet ofcoarse, not really expecting too much, hopefully once I reach 500+ hours I will see some changes...

                        Wed April 7th. I got in 4 hours of extender use from 9am-1pm, then another hour from 3-4. When I got home from work I did an upper body workout while wearing my extender for another hour, then warmed up with a rice sock for 10 minutes and did:
                        5 direction stretches, 1 set light, 1 set moderate
                        10 circular stretches after each direction stretch during 2nd set
                        1 set my modified sideway v stretch
                        2 set tunica tugs, one moderate, the other just a lol more intense, holding 20seconds
                        2 set a/v stretches, first ones light, second set moderate.

                        Followed with 1 hour extender at 6 bpxl, wheraeas the other 6 hours were from 5.25-5.5 bpxl. Totalled 7 hours extending.

                          Thursday April 8th- had best morning wood I could remember in about 2 weeeks, I'd give it an 8.5.
                          Woke up and warmed up, 10 minutes then did:
                          5 direction stretched moderate/hard 2 sets 30-45 second
                          10 circular stretches after each direction during second set
                          2 sets tunica tugs, pulling mod/hard holding for 25 seconds
                          2 set a/v stretches with mod/hardintensity holding 25-30 seconds
                          1 set sideway v stretch
                          BTC stretch mod/hard 30 seconds
                          resistence stretch 1 set 25-30 seconds
                          followed this with 1.5 hour extending at 5.8 bpxl

                          report back with more tonight


                          So I got home from school, warmed up with rice sock for 5 minutes, didn't get in my full 10 cuz my girl came home earlier than expected, wanted to get in 100 jelqs too but she kinda ruined it. So I just strapped on my extender, got in another 1.5 hours. So a total of only 3 hours tonight...some friends are coming over in a bit, i'd really like to get in another 2 hours but not looking very likely. So I just drink some green tea lol

                            Fri. April 9th- woke up today, no morning wood sadly...it's been some time since I last jelqed...almost a week! So I gotta get back on that and stay consistent.
                            Warmed up in the shower and did the following with the water continuously running on me:
                            5 direction stretches, holding 30-40 seconds
                            10 circular stretches after each direction
                            1 set my side v stretch
                            2 sets tunica tugs, 25-30 seconds
                            2 sets a/v stretch 25-30 seconds
                            BTC stretch 1 set, 25 seconds
                            1 set resistence stretch 30 seconds
                            3 minute warm water
                            1.5 hours bpxl-6
                            without unstrapping, lowered bpxl to 5.5 fir 1.5 more hours
                            1 hour rest from extender
                            3.5 hours bpxl 5.25-5
                            30 min rest
                            put back on at gym, wearing boxer briefs incase slips off, which it did after about an hour
                            on the way home i got in at bpxl 5.3 for 1 hour

                            Got home and took a shower, warmed up and got in about 100 jelqs. Then put the extender back on, it's on right now, been about 1.5 hours at 5.5-6 bpxl, shooting for another 2 hours...

                            So I'll be getting in a whomping 11+ hours today...pretty impressed..it seems like I've been wearing it more than I haven't.

                              Today I did a really light stretch in the shower after warming up/ while warming up:
                              I stretched, to the left holding 30 seconds, to the right for 30 seconds
                              5 circular stretches clockwise, then 5 oppossite
                              Stretched SU, then SO 30 seconds each
                              5 circular stretches closckwise then 5 oppossite
                              Then I did 75 wet jelqs, 25 V jelqs, and 50 dry jelqs, totalling 150 jelqs
                              Then I put my extender on, It's on now, been 1.5 hours at bpxl 5.75
