I did make a .25 gain in length a few months back, after staying consistent for one month with my extender and stretching routine that I used to do.
Last time I checked my stats they were:
BPEL: 6.9
MEG: 5
But I havent checked in atleast a month, will do so soon.
After my first day of PE since my decon break my PI's were great, only positive. I wish I had found the time to get some more PE within the 2 days of that but I failed to do so. And yesterday I only did extender work, got just over 3 hours.
I actually don't have much a routine planned out right now, just trying to feel it out. But am going to hop in the shower right now, warm up, do 5 directional stretches holding 40 seconds each, 10 rotational stretches after each direction. Maybe a second set of these. And maybe 1 set of tunica tugs. Then jelq for 5-10 minutes, probably get about 150+ jelqs. Then get out and put on my extender for an hour. Might get cut short on the extender though since my mom is in town visiting and I will likely go out to lunch soon with her.

Measured 6.9" still for bpel. Which I just realized means I've gained .4" total in bpel...not too bad.
Just took a shower and did:
warm up
5 direction stretches w/ 10 rotational stretches after each direction, 40 second holds
2 tunica tugs, 20 seconds each
150-200 jelqs, half wet, half dry jelqs.
Extender for 30 minutes(cut short of an hour cuz family is visiting, must join them)
Later in the day I took another shower after working out and did directional stretch routine.
7.6- After my muay thai class, I got in the shower and did:
10 minute warm up
5 direction stretches w/ 10 circular stretches in between each direction (5 each way)
1 set my side V stretch/opp. direction stretch
75 wet jelqs, 75 jelqs
1 hour with extender
Great workout.
7/7- Today I was really feeling the last two workouts, so I took the day off. I did do a piss pull here and there, also wore my extender for 1 hour in the morning, on my way to work. Hang has been great all day.
** Thing to mention: My diet the past month has greatly improved, I now eat at a near 500 calorie deficit, 40/20/20 (Protein/Fat/Carbs.), I have been going to a gym 2-3 days a week, every Wednesday and Friday, and every couple weeks a random day im near it. At the gym, one day I work legs/back/biceps/abs and the next day I will do chest, shoulders, triceps, abs. I mix up my workouts, but 70% of the time I do supersets, many times my workout is a sort of P90x but using everything I can in my gym instead of just dumbells, and less reps, heavier sets...slightly. I do anywhere from a 10 minute warm up to a 30 minute warm up before working out, as well after I work out (Usually 1.5 miles-3 miles; 3-6 total) I used a bottle of N.O.xplode already, now I'm taking Jack3d...which I feel is MUCH better. Was using syntha-6 post workout, then used GNC's wheybolic extreme 60 (really liked this, but couldn't afford it any longer, and for the past week I have been finishing off the Extreme60 or eating chicken, seafood, or lean meat after my workout with some veggies. Just started drinking Muscle Milk before bed this week, got a 5lb tub for 22 bucks, good deal. Anyways on top of that, I have been doing the home fitness program INSANITY, well not really doing the program, but shuffling through the 5 more intense workouts on there, doing about 2-4 a week, this has been going for just over a month. And 3 weeks ago I started taking Muay Thai classes, which tend to be a pretty damn good workout, this is 3-4 days a week. Also, Wednesday and Friday my schedule is pretty crazy, I wake up, eat, leave for work at 830, work til 2pm(eat during work, usually around 12-1), workout from 230-415, eat, head to my second job, work til 1030pm(eat 2 small meals at work)(Wed.) and 1230am(Fri.). I don't think I'm feeding myself enough these days. Took PowerFULL aswell as Prime the last few months, noticed some differences but that stuff is too pricey. Hmmm, that's all I can think of for now..
7/8-Another rest day
7/9-Got 6 hours with the extender. And did just 30 jelqs before going to sleep.
7/10-woke up with great hang, haven't had good wood in the morning in a while, hopefully my jelqs change that. Did 100 wet jelqsand 100 dry jelqs then put on my extender. Will get atleast one hour wear time today.
On a side note, I took a half tsp of cayenne pepper this morning.
7/11- woke up and forced down the 1/2 tsp of cayenne with warm water. Woke my ass up. Strapped in my extender, looking to get atleast 3 hours today. Got the 3 hours with the extender and did 100 wet jelqs in the shower swell as 100 dry jelqs.
So far, even with sleeping in the living room my time for pe has been going decent. I've been wearing my extender publicly with no problems and spend 10 minutes in the shower doing my jelqs
7/12-Gotta say im lovin the hang I've had since starting up again.
Today I have gotten in 3 hours with my extender. Going to drink my cayenne pepper right now, then I got my muay thai class, then I will be doing some jelqs in the shower.
Did a total of 250 jelqs in the shower last night, half wet, half dry.
7/13-Morning wood today, first time it was that strong in a while. I'd give it a 7...7.5 maybe.
Millia- Yeah, for nearly two weeks now I have been taking cayenne pepper, after seeing a few members on here discussed it's benefits. I just picked some up at the local grocery store, it's a powder. Everyday I mix in 1/2 tsp with 12 oz. of water and chug it. Wakes me up in the morning and gives that tingley feeling in the stomach. Some members said they like to mix it in their protein shakes, taste isn't too bad and covers up the burn decently well. I'd like to say it's contributed to my greater hang lately and higher EQ...but all these changes also started when I started jelqing again, which I believe is the main reason. Though the 30 seconds of slight discomforst (chugging the mix) is worth the possibility of many benefits to come. Some of the benefits mentioned were increase in metabolism and increase in blood flow.
Flanker-Yeah man, I've been pretty sav when it comes to working out these past few months. I lost nearly 30 pounds! While maintaining a fair amount of muscle. I'm lovin the Jack3d, but have started to back off from using it everyday as I'm finding my body is getting used to it. Heard good things from Size-on but have yet to try it.
7/13-Took my cayenne this morning, did an Insanity workout in the backyard. Masturbated for a good 20 minutes.
Wore my extender for 1.5 hours only today, and did only 150 jelqs. Kind of thinking I should have just took the day off. Oh well, I guess I just gotta wait to see how I respond tomorrow.
Tomorrow is my busy day, wake up at 9 to go to work, work til 2, workout til 4, second job from 5-1030, get home around 1130. I'm thinking I'll wear my extender at work tomorrow, shooting for 5 hours total time.
Nope, I'm still crashing on the couch. Will probably finish out the month here. I still have some more saving to do before I can afford something else. Probably shouldn't have spent so much on these muay thai classes, but I'm loving them and am trying to figure out someway to keep doing it.
