Any more (I think I may be the official "negative thread guy" at this point...LOL)??
We learn from the bad experiences, so I count this as a very positive thread.
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it
It'd been a pretty long day and I'd just finally sat down on the bed with my partner. We were talking about random things when he suddenly asks if I want to try blindfolds and handcuffs. Well, I've had these things in my wardrobe for weeks so of course I say a very eager 'yes'. Then he starts getting flirty. The amount of times I've tried to persuade him to do it, I can hardly refuse him now. I get them out of the wardrobe and we get down to business. He wants to use them on me first which I agree too. He ties the blindfold on then puts on the handcuffs. A few moments later I wake up to being shaken furiously. Turns out I'd fallen asleep (I can be a very heavy sleeper) but he thought I'd gotten scared and fainted and decided to never try it again. Sigh.

To this day I have no idea. I can only assume that being in the dark made my tired body decide that it was nap time. Of course, he thought it was just excuses when I told him what actually happened.

Better stick to the "faint" scenario. What he will think about his sexual prowers when you sleep while having sex?
He's an ex partner so no worries there. He was a jerk face in many ways anyway so I don't feel bad. Plus his ego was far too great for something like that to even touch it.

The worst thing I've ever come across was kissing a smoker (I don't smoke so I could really notice it). It tasted like I put my tongue in an ashtray, but she was hot so I carried on. Other than the taste of ash it was pretty good haha
The worst thing that has happened to me with a lover was feeling used for oral and having extremely unpleasant sex where she would just lie there and starfish and not make a sound. I am sure I'm not bad in bed because my current girlfriend who has had many many more sexual partners than me has told me on many occasions that I am the best 'lover' she has ever been with. The girl had some issues and she emotionally black mailed me and stuff so I guess that was a big part of it (her mental health).
I have also been molested more than once as a child but I guess that doesn't count.. ha ha?? hmm.. I guess I have come to terms with it to the point where it doesn't bother me?

It would be too scary at first, thinking that you fainted from it, but falling asleep, means you were so calm and it didn't trouble you at all, which could be interpreted as a good (or neutral) sign, not believing you wasn't a good idea on his part, communication is always key.
Anyway, you never know what you like or don't without trying.

Indeed! I was a little too comfortable with the idea. It was no great insult to him or his skills. It could have been Johnny Depp offering me a life time supply of free chocolate and Guinness and I still would have dozed off. He never believed anything I said, one of the many reasons it didn't work out in the end. Some of the stories from back then are great though.

In my very humble opinion, I think we keep searching until we find someone we trust and believe, and they feel the same about us too, its too hard to be with anybody you can't understand.
