Stretch pointing down, too! All five directions: out, right, left, up, down. As for the rice sock, fill it only about 2/3 or 3/4 full so you can wrap it around your penis. Hey guys,
I went out and found all of the vitamins/supplements. Question is, when do you take them? I'm already taking multivitamin during breakfast. Can any of the other supplements be taken at the same time? Should specific supplement be taken at specific time slots of the day? Do you spread them all apart?

Take the amino acids, L Arginine, Llysine on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning with a glass of orange juice. Wait a 1/2 hour, eat breakfast and take all your remaining supplements.

"V" Jelqs
Look at the palm of your hand, spread middle and ring fingers, cup your hand slightly. Turn hand toward your abdomen, insert Penis in "V", at the base of your penis. Slide up the shaft, pulling upwardly, until you reach the Glans, hold the stretch a second and then start other hand up, halfway up with the second hand, release the first hand and bring it back down to the base of your penis. Pull straight up. Pull up and to the right. Pull up and to the Left. This is one Rep X 3 "V" Jelqs. Use lots of lube for this, you want your hands (fingers) to slide smoothly. If you don't cup your hand, you would be poking yourself in the stomach. Put as much pressure as comfortable, squeezing with the fingers. Do 30 reps.Last edited by JonPop; 08-08-2009, 05:05 PM.

I'll tell you how to find the BC muscle. Get an erection, place your finger on the head (glans) and hold it there. Use the muscle that you use to make it push against your finger, in other words, the one that makes your penis jump up. That's the muscle you want to use to do Kegels.

I live with grandparents that need my help, and a brother. And in a few days, I will be moving into my dorm at school. I don't know what the situation will be like until I get there. Ok, I have done kegels before, I just didn't know it. my bad. lol. And just by going through and reading some of these forums, I love this sight so far.

this will sound stupid but i figure i should ask to make sure i've been doing this right: you only count the on days through out the 90 days and none of the off days, correct? I ask because I've had to vary my routines, have been only counting the on days for a total of 12 and I'm already seeing some girth gains, thanksLast edited by peanonymous; 08-12-2009, 10:33 PM.
