    I think you are understanding the routine correctly. After a total of 18 workout days. As remek said, if you have gained you will
    want to do another week to "cement" your gains and then take a month off. This routine may seem "slow" but it is designed to keep you from
    hitting a plateau and your gains coming to a halt.

          My skin is dry too, however I did not use oil I dry jelq(not too much stretch mark) and I think the guide or a thread said it's okay, is it?? And advanced PE'rs please tell us what caused the dryness and how to avoid it?

              Sparrow, those work too. You're not a beginner, though, so if you want to try this routine, your best bet would be to use a little more than the suggested time.

                Hi.i am new at this site but not begginer in PE.i work on PE program for about 7 months.I was 6'EL and now i am 7.1' and 7.5'BPEL.my question is that some days i can see the main body of my penis big when the uper part of this is not very big and i like this very much.although some other days i can see my penis a little smaller when the uper part is very big.i must say that all days the EL is exactly the same...can anyone help me with some information.please............
                What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

                      Also, a question about this routine. Why so little emphasis on stretching? Is this with an expectation that as time progresses, stretching will be increased?

                        Mighty: This routine is really about getting the most for your buck. It works for many men with the minimal time, so why do more than necessary? If you haven't PEed for while, this routine might work for you. It tends to help men gain length best.

                          I agree with remek, give it a little time and if it isn't working for you then you can up the stretch times.

                                Good question sparrow. It has for some, but I've found that it's best for gaining length. Nonetheless, if I were you, I'd use something similar to this routine for the first week or so - to avoid overtraining again - and then gradually increase the time/intensity with something like the typical beginner's routine found here: Your First Penis Enlargement Routine - Penis Enlargement Gym
